Great place to have dinner with friends and family! They had Sapporo Beer and the ceviche was pretty good! People there were mostly International.

I'll admit, I've never eaten here. I've always popped in for drinks. It's just a nice chill vibe away from the noise and crowds in the other bars. Some interesting cocktails on offer. But the espresso martinis were the most memorable. Obviously I've tried the many others on the menu, but being a cafe during the day, it means they know how to make a proper coffee to use in their martinis.

French Chardonnay. 1500 W / Akkeshi oysters - shallot dressing. 1800. Wagyu rump steak, fries and truffle butter 5500 - French Syrah 1500 French Pinot noir 1500. Oysters were fresh and had great flavour. Seemed to have similar characteristics to Sydney rock oysters (my favourite), only bigger. I’m generally hesitant to order the larger sizes. I would eat these over and over again. I enjoyed oysters with a glass of French Chardonnay. Wagyu rump steak - Extreme disappointment. Looked great on menu and plate. The truffle butter had just come out of the freezer ? Maybe outside but wasn’t fridge or allowed to come to room temperature. Was still hard by the time I’d finished the steak. This was the chewiest cut I’ve ever eaten. Flavour varied - very little seasoning but atleast it has seen some flame. This is justification why I rarely eat steaks out. It’s rarely done right or acceptable. Sad as we came last year and food and atmosphere was great. This year a little different.

Nice little place for tea, crepes are served until 4pm! Lemon and sugar crepes are great. French onion soup is also really delicious.

Musu bar and bistro (niseko, hirafu, 3 star) We ate here a couple of times with mixed results. The drinks on both occasions were fantastic however the food on the second visit was disappointing. My wife’s first choice was unavailable so she decided to try the salad. It was just a bowl of lettuce, which wasn’t very fresh, and a couple of carrot and cucumber slices with no dressing at all and a fried cheese stick on the top. The burger and chips were delicious.

We went in without queuing and reservation after onsen nearby. Great atmosphere and nice cocktails, although food is fine but not amazing. All staff are westerners. You almost don’t feel like in Japan at Niseko!

Cute bar overlooking Niseko's main street, but the food for dinner was overpriced for what you get. Wagyu was $55AUD for a tiny portion and it did not come with any sides, with the chimmichurri not resembling the fresh flavour it should have. Stir-fried calamari $22AUD was unfortunately very chewy - and the flavours of the capsicum and oyster sauce was very mediocre and lacked depth. Potatas bravas $11AUD was full of flavour - but be warned that garlic mayo is spread all over the top of them (if you're not a fan maybe ask for it to be on the side). Service was friendly enough. Didn't get a chance to have their cocktails so can't comment there. FYI- their lunch menu is definitely not available at dinner.

Relatively pain free to get the seat here. Food is fusion and amazing. Everything we had here are excellent. Drinks are good too. Having good time here.
