Muu Steakhouse

We came back to Muu after 2 years, and somehow it’s even better than we remembered! The steak is Michelin-worthy — and after visiting Japan, we can honestly say this is like Portuguese wagyu. Perfectly cooked, insanely tender, and full of flavor. Gabriel, the owner, went above and beyond to make the whole experience unforgettable and Dino welcomed us like family at the entrance. The service, the food, the atmosphere — all 5-star. And everything is made in house, even the bread. This place is truly something special and we can’t wait to be back.

A terrific experience! Everyone here really cares about the food and their patrons. The host was fantastic and personable. Our waitress provided great service. Welcome glass of prosecco was a great touch. Not very many tables so the chefs can focus on the food. While it wasn’t the best steak I’ve had in my life, it’s the best steak I’ve had in Europe. Make reservations!

Incredible service. Some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The owner or manager and his team were amazing! Also, some really cool artwork inside. The steak was great, but the starters and desserts were phenomenal! Especially the steak tarter and goat cheese with honey dessert.

My wife and I had an amazing dinner here. The customer service was truly exceptional. The people working here just go above and beyond to make it a memorable dinner. We had the rib eye steak, mushroom polenta & potato side dish. They were really nice and gave us some sparkling wine when we arrived, a side dish, dessert and a few glasses of tawny port for free. Can’t say enough of how great this place is. They truly excel at customer service especially when so many other restaurants do not. We will be coming back here in the future. 👌

A must-visit if you love great meat and excellent service. You’re welcomed with a glass of champagne or water, guided to your table with a welcome plate, and treated with real care—waiters kneel to your level, swap napkins with tongs, and happily replace anything you’re not satisfied with. Welcome drinks and compliments from the kitchen come at no extra charge, which really adds to the experience. The steak was flawless, the dessert impressed with rich flavor and texture, and the side dishes were refreshingly creative. One was a bit too salty for my taste, but we didn’t ask for a replacement. They also offer vegan options, which is a big plus. Dinner (starter, main, side, dessert, coffee, and water) came to €101, plus tip.

Absolutely outstanding and recommended to everyone. From the very first moment you knew you were treated special. Every staff member from the chef to the waiter was kind, helpful, explained everything and was paying attention to each customers needs. The food was incredible, especially the gyoza, but also the meat quality and the dessert, as well as the side dishes of which one was free of charge. There is not a single point I would criticize. The interior was also very well suited for a steakhouse. Will come back when I return to Porto. 11/10 experience.

We had an absolutely outstanding dining experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, which set a delightful tone. The seafood soup we had as a starter was rich, flavorful, and clearly made with the freshest ingredients. The main course, a perfectly cooked beef steak( black Angus sirloin and Vazia maturada 60 days) , was incredibly tender and packed with mouthwatering flavor. The quality of the food was truly top-tier and exceeded our expectations. To end the meal, we were treated to a smooth glass of port wine, which was the perfect final touch. The service was impeccable—attentive, warm, and genuinely hospitable throughout the evening. Overall, this was a memorable experience marked by exceptional food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you
