Our Fiber Armchair broke under light use despite their 10-year warranty promise. The manufacturer dodged direct contact, forcing us to go through a tedious process with the dealer. After requesting multiple photos as proof, our warranty claim was flatly denied without any explanation. They had the nerve to offer a mismatched seat shell for a whopping €250 that doesn't even fit our model due to material changes. Avoid this manufacturer at all costs!
