muy mucho

AVOID HERE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE MANNER!!! Today i went to the muy mucho fontanella shop to buy souvenirs for my friends and family around 18.30. I spent some time there and bought 4 souvenirs for them. I told the lady at the cashier that im travelling and need more stable packaging for my way home. She said okay and wrapped the items with wrapping paper and put them in the store bag. I spent around 2 hours walking around the gothic area. Suddenly the paper bag broke and 3 out of four of my items were broken into many pieces. I went to the closest muy mucho store and asked if i could exchange them with unbroken ones. They told me to go to store i bought the pieces in and they would help me. So i went to the muy mucho fontanella and explained the situation. There was a middle aged male sale assistant and he started shouting at me in spanish even though i told them i didnt speak spanish. The other sale assistants translated to me the he said the bags are really strong and the cant break. What he means is probably that i am lying to them for an exchange. I told them its their brand bag and i didnt put extra weight in the bag. He said he cant do anything for something that happened outside of the store and put my stuff in a new brand bag and sent me away. I put the pictures of the broken stuff and bags that store down both within 2 hours of use (the first one is the one that broke all my stuff and the second one is the new one that broke in half an hour). I also shared the receipt of all the stuff i bought. Now i cant take any gifts to my loved ones because most of the stores were closed and i have an early flight the next day. I DONT recommend the store as the staff are not doing their jobs right and rude.

The store smells like heaven and it's perfect also if you want to get someone a present!!

Offers a great selection of scents and home accessories. However, I have no idea why I wasn’t allowed to take photos as I was informed of such by a male staff — I did not find a “No Photography” sign anywhere in the store. It ruined my experience.

If you shop for small presents this is the perfect place as this offers you a variety of house hold decoration ideas and anything else the might bring a smile to someone to surprise with something they would not buy themselves otherwise.

Good deco but expensive

X-mas related things, this is a cute shop 😍 found many things to buy. I couldn't buy it because of the international travel. 🙄
