MUZE Hotel Utrecht

This is such a lovely hotel. It is really central so everything is in walking distance. We had bikes with us and we were able to keep them in the beautiful garden. The rooms are beautifully decorated. We were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The owners are really friendly and provided great tips for dinner and activities. Breakfast was home made and delicious (amazing yogurt). We loved being able to make tea and sit in the garden in the afternoons (espalier fruit trees and beautiful hydrangeas). All in all 10/10 from us for a great stay.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious. The location was excellent, and the natural view from the window was simply beautiful and uplifting. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful small guesthouse/hotel. Only 9 rooms with real personal service. Beautiful setting alongside Single canal. Everything is walking distance. Lovely breakfast served in the drawing room. Highly recommended for those liking smaller hotels.

This hotel is a beautiful building and the interior decor of a high standard. Very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, by a serene canal but within easy walking distance of the town centre. Highly recommended.

I stayed at The Muze for one night at the end of a week-long trip to the Netherlands. I chose the Central Room (inspired by Rietveld) and loved the design! The room is on the second floor overlooking the Stadtsbuitengracht (canal), a super leafy outlook.|So much love has obviously gone into the hotel's design and it would have been lovely to sample more than one room! |The bed was very comfy and the room plenty spacious enough.|Breakfast was okay, though to avoid waste it may have been better to ask guests what they'd like rather than just presenting it. Very good bread, cheese and juice. |Minor negatives: no spare plug sockets near the bed for phone charging, without unplugging a bedside lamp. The upper shower head could have done with a descale to improve flow. Decent TV however adjusting the guide to remove all the unavailable stations would make finding something to watch a little easier.|Finally, of the four places I stayed in the Netherlands on this trip, this was the only one to exclude the tourist tax from the room price.

Pretty small hotel with nice design and very friendly team. We liked our room, which was spacious and clean, and enjoyed delicious breakfast. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the center of the city. Would stay here again every time.

Our room (green, with jungle mural) was beautiful; lovely bathroom too. Soothing view across the canal and through green trees. Good sound insulation and high-quality bedding. Breakfasts were delicious and the staff had bought dairy-free yoghurt and gluten-free bread and granola for me. A very pleasant 10 minute walk to the major sites. Would gladly stay here again

What a gorgeous boutique hotel! We stayed for just one night but would definitely come back again & 100% recommend. Comfy bed, charming room, perfect location & delicious breakfast! Excellent service completed a wonderful stay.
