Booking online is a pain in the butt. It's a really clunky system and just ends in calling the salon directly. However, Jiro is a terrific haircutter! The 4 is because of the booking issues.

I love Muze! Krista does my brownish greyish blondish, fine/thin hair and besides making my hair the best it has ever looked, she’s a beautiful person inside and out! I get constant compliments on my hair (which is new for me since going to her). For reference, my hair is now highlighted blonde and I’ve started getting extensions as well. I’m low maintenance and shocked to say i absolutely love them. It actually feels like it takes me less time to get ready because I don’t have to wash it everyday due to oiliness. It also is so much healthier! On top of that, everyone here is so refreshingly friendly especially Brooke and Jerry. Highly recommend Krista and this salon overall.

I have been getting my hair cut and colored at Muze salon for three years now, and I always leave with the biggest smile on my face. There is no one I trust more with my hair than Axel Rose- he does an amazing job with balayage on my hair, and my haircut is always fantastic. The salon is always clean and organized, and the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I really like my hairstylist - Aki. She does such wonderful job with my hair including the cut and colouring. She is very knowledgable and knows what her clients want even just based on very rough description (but it always turns out great!!!) Thank you Aki. I really appreciate your help!

I got my hair done at this place and words can't express how happy I am. I usually go for a single process color and a layered haircut. Malika does my hair just the way i want it, she never disappoints me. I've struggled ti find a good hairstylist eversince i moved to NYC and finally found that one stylist who i can trust.
