Mvuli Hotel Arusha

We stayed at the Mvuli Hotel before and after our safari. Jonathan and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We arrived close to midnight into Kilimanjaro airport and the driver was there to take us to our hotel. Jonathan took us on a fun site seeing trip around Arusha where we visited his friend who had a coffee plantation. We took part in making a wonderful cup of coffee. The scenery was just stunning. We ended up booking our 6 day safari with Jonathan. It was amazing! Our guide Johnny was so knowledgeable and just the best. We even got to see the Great Migration, even though other tour operators said the season was over with. We experienced it twice!! I really recommend staying at the Mvuli Hotel and book your safari with Jonathan! You will not be disappointed!

We stayed at the Mvuli hotel a day before our safari. It worked really well, I would do it again. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room has everything you need, the hotel also has a restaurant and a large garden. The hotel is not centrally located, but in a neighborhood that seemed very nice. The hotel is very suitable as an overnight stay before a safari.

Such a lovely, relaxing hotel in a quiet corner of Arusha. Staff were great and really friendly. So much nicer staying here than right in the middle of Arusha or in a big western style hotel. Highly recommend. If we find ourselves in Arusha again we'll definitely be staying here.

For the few days of my stay at the hotel, I received exceptional service. The rooms were great. What I loved most was how well we were served at the restaurant, top notch 💯.

What a wonderful place to relax with family and friends. Mvuli hotel is a coolest place in town and the staff, rooms and environment are amazing! This place will give you memorable experience! The graces are greener and you will be accompanied by beautiful sounds of birds and look at monkeys playing around!

Fantastic place in the heart of Arusha, Friendly staff that go far and beyond to meet your every need. Ordered take away one night and they set the table for us right by the pool no questions or fee´s asked. Stayed there for a week, felt like being around family in the end. Can only recommend this place was nice and relaxing.||Ofcourse its not the same as the fancy lodges outside of town, but those are not comparable to anything in arusha, for the real Tanzania feeling with a high standard Mvuli is the place to go, and the location and price are hard to beat.

Amazing stay! Very clean and picturesque rooms with a great view! Amazing food and service, will definitely recommend to others. We had a fantastic stay which we will never forget! Loved the staff and food particularly! Food was delicious and amazing presentation

Such a fun place in the middle of Arusha! This hotel is off the worst road in a city I have ever seen but it is totally worth it to get there. Tucked into the lively but poor back streets of Arusha, you will wonder if you’re on the right track, but once you arrive, the little hotel is very nice. The front desk greeted us with hibiscus juice and big smiles. The room was small but nice with great WiFi and AC. Our room was near check in and with the echoes and terrazzo floors I could see things getting a bit loud. However, even with a big party by the pool everything had quieted down by 11 and we slept very well. We had toiletries provided and a refilled glass water bottle, which we would have preferred sealed bottles so bring your own if that is a concern. The breakfast area was awesome, cozy and had very tropical vibes due to the setting. We enjoyed the food and service immensely during our short overnight stay!
