My Beach Resort

Rooms were excellent! Service was top notch! Location is pretty far from everything, you about a 20 to 30 minutes taxi ride in to everything but thet have rides available for you to book. If you walk up the road there are more restaurants and 7-11 available to you. I found a little fruit stall and roti station if you crave something sweet. About a 5 minute walk. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no outside food allowed. I also thought that considering this was a 5 star resort, the flavor in food was a bit lacking.

Review of the private dinner on the beach Absolutely magical experience. We had a special occasion and there was no better experience we could’ve imagined. I think the pictures and other reviews are really underselling how amazing the experience was, in large part thanks to our excellent waiter Zean. Instead of 3 courses, we actually got 4: a 3-part starters, a delicious soup, a main course with both fish and Wagyu beef, and the dessert was the best we had in Thailand: homemade coconut icecream with deepfried banana. The setting was just stunning: we were seated on the beach at sunset with a widereaching view over the boats, sea, and islands. There was so much effort put in the decorations all made with fresh flowers and my partner even got a self-made bouquet to take home with roses. At first you have the sunset, and when night falls you have surrounding lights everywhere in the trees making it truly magical. As tourists we requested beforehand no tap-water ice and no raw vegetables, which they accommodated really professionally. On top of all that, our waiter took a couple of pictures at sunset and we got a beautifully printed photo to take home. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is to put better pictures online and make a better description of everything included so people realize more how amazing it is! This was a once in a lifetime experience for us and would highly recommend for any romantic celebration! Thank you Zean!

This was our third visit to My Beach Resort in Phuket and it continues to surpass all expectations :)||The hotel itself is stunning, right on the beach, with breath taking sunsets and a really chill vibe - but it’s the staff who truly make this place unforgettable. ||The bar team (Nat, Berm, First, Bom & Folk) provide a 5-star service - always so happy and they also make the most incredible cocktails. The restaurant is fabulous too, great food choices and all beautifully presented, making every meal feel like a treat.||We were lucky to go to the Christmas Eve party again which is always a magical experience – so much effort was made, we had a great time. It’s been lovely getting to know the team a little better each year. Special thanks to the beautiful Duan and Jae (and congratulations), and to Jane and Zean for your incredible service and smiles, and Pen for all our chats and your wisdom. Also, Billy, Cookie, Koy, Ink, Tis, Jdk, Grace, Folk, and Ya Ya - (sorry if we have forgotten anyone). Everyone we met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, leaving a lasting impression on us. ||Also, a big thank you to the lovely General Manager, Yulia, for welcoming us back so warmly.||We can’t wait to see you all again soon - it was another incredible stay!

The hotel truly impressed us. We stayed only for one day, as we were in this part of the island, and both the hotel and the beaches were a real discovery for us. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful — probably the least crowded area we’ve been to. The beaches were almost empty, allowing you to fully enjoy the surroundings and the stunning nature, which is absolutely breathtaking. The hotel itself was excellent. We arrived a bit earlier than the official check-in time, and the staff managed to prepare our room very quickly and check us in earlier, which was a wonderful bonus. This level of service clearly shows a strong focus on guests, and it really makes a difference. The hotel app is also very convenient and easy to use. It would be amazing if, in the future, it could include a digital room key (QR code or key code), so guests wouldn’t need to carry physical cards — that would be extremely convenient. The food was delicious. We really loved the restaurant menu — everything looked tempting, and we wanted to try it all. Breakfast was good, though a bit more variety would make it even better. The beach itself is beautiful, but there are rocks when entering the water, so you need to be careful, as it can be a little uncomfortable at times. Overall, we had a very positive experience, and we would definitely love to come back.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at the My Beach Resort. We traveled as a couple and had booked their beach front premium room. The room was spectacular with the most amazing views of the sea and beach right from the bed itself. We also enjoyed the pool and the beach very much. The food at the restaurant was also really good. To top it off, the services from all members of the staff, made our stay really memorable. We can't wait to be back!

We had a great time in my beach resort. The private beach and pools are really beautiful, and were not too crowded. The infinity pool watching the beach is really amazing, it’s big and clean. Breakfast was super rich, many options. The hotel is located in a very quiet area of Phuket, and the hotel itself was very quiet and relaxing. The staff is great, very welcoming and going above and beyond (we forgot something at the hotel and they were super helpful). Overall, we had a super nice stay there and we were very calm and happy.

I really loved my stay here, my room had the most amazing view and I have seen here the most beautiful sunsets from my balcony. I enjoyed a lot eating at the restaurant, very good food and really really nice people working there. I especially want to thank Nam, Jane, Koy and Billy. Their treatment and hospitality made my holiday really special. They are amazing people, always smiling and always super friendly. Thank you so much for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at My Beach Resort. The view overlooking the beach was absolutely beautiful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The bed does take up most of the space, so if you’re looking for extra room to move around, pay attention to the room type when booking but for us, it was perfect. There’s only one restaurant on-site, but the food was excellent every time. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always with a warm attitude and genuine care. Their service is truly in a tier of its own. This is a family-friendly resort, so keep that in mind when considering the type of atmosphere you want. Overall, I’d highly recommend My Beach Resort to anyone visiting Phuket we’d definitely stay here again.
