The place is close to most key sights like Duomo , about 15 mins walk. By Milan’s standard that’s normal as most people walk around the city center. |The accommodation itself is clean and someone comes in to tidy your room. It is not a full fledge hotel service. The tram lanes and a cathedral is right outside the place so you hear the tram and the cathedral bells regularly. There are also many drinking spots so it gets noisy at night. We were fortunate to get the third floor so we don’t hear it as loud but we can tell if you get a room on the first floor, it would be unbearable.|The service we received by a gentleman Alessandro was very good. He was attentive and also fixed our leaking shower very quickly. |This place was listed as having a carpark but actually it does not. Therefore if you are driving it’s not a good idea as the nearest parking is about ten mins walk and the average per night for parking is 24€. |As we had quite a bit of luggage so it was hard to figure out parking. You cannot even temporarily park as the tram lines are just outside the building. |If it rains or snows, getting about is not easy.

Very well located, in the center of Milan, My Bed is very well maintained. The room are clean, well equipped and with the rooms on the street, you'll have a very nice view on the church of San Lorenzo Maggiore (may be a bit noisy at night, when all the Italians go out to make the Passeggiata... I love it!). The hotel has a minimal service, no restauration, but they are plenty of nice restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. It's actually not a real hotel as it doesn't have a 24h service team, but the price is really nice, so I would recommend it for sure. Definitely worth the price!

This small bed and breakfast is in a great location with a view and private bathroom. There is restaurants nearby that are really good. (Ralph's is a nice bar!) and bit of liveliness if you don't feel like walking too far. The Duomo is only a few minutes away and everything is within walking distance. The reception who check us in and out was extremely nice and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

I stayed in a single room which was very simply furnished but had everything I needed to be comfortable and it was very clean. It was on a buzzy little square and had a small balcony. It was a 12 minute walk to the Duomo, and very close to the small canal district which has a ton of restaurants. The location worked very well. It’s in a older building and was a little tricky to find. No big sign, but a tiny label on a buzzer next to a large antique door, to the right of the pharmacy when you face it. It’s on the 4th floor of an older building but it has been very thoughtfully remodeled.||The room was ready early and they let me check in-greatly appreciated after a transatlantic flight.||I wasn’t bothered by street noise. The owner had his children there one night due to renovations and the only disruption was him worrying that his children were causing a disturbance. They were actually very well behaved. I would stay here again!

Beautiful, modern and spacious room with an incredible view of the old Roman columns and the Basilica - book a room with a balcony! The owners are a lovely couple who went out of their way to make sure we were happy, they lent us tourist guides and recommended restaurants. 10min walk from the Duomo, where there is a Metro station and there is a taxi rank just opposite the accommodation. Students do gather at the Basilica in the evenings, but rooms are soundproof. There are no tea/coffee/breakfast facilities but plenty of cafe's in very lose proximity. We loved MyBed Milan and will highly recommend it.

MyBed on Porta de San Lorenzo is a beautiful, clean, comfortable and modern apartment. Set in a residential apartment block you really can pretend to be a local for a few days during your time in Milan.||||The apartment was bright, airy and stylish. The room was extremely clean, the staff were on hand with any help required. The bed comfortable and the air conditioning welcomed.||||The apartment is set opposite San Lorenzo church which has a large square out front. During the day the area has tourists and locals mulling around however come evening the square becomes packed. Locals and tourists alike sit in the square and while away the evening. It can be a little noisy however the once the windows to the apartment are closed the noise is blocked. We joined the locals in the square and enjoyed being able to skip back to our room with ease.||||The local area is littered with wonderful bars, cafes and restaurants. Just a 10 minute walk to Navigli area with its abundance of eateries and place to sit back and people watch. The Duomo is also just a 10-15 minute walk away along a busy shopping area. ||||MyBed does not have a bar and does not serve meals however you are surrounded by a great choice to eat, drink and be merry in the local area.

Stayed at Mybed Milan for one night in late June, and found the room to be spacious, comfortable and modern. Our host was exceptional, helping us navigate our way around the city, and really went above and beyond in contacting our next hotel and assisting greatly with travel arrangements. The establishment is boutique, and in a great location within walking distance to the main shopping precinct and the Duomo. The only slight negative would be that noise from the piazza in the front room during the night was quite loud, but to some could be part of the whole experience!

Stayed in Milan for one night- luckily we picked My Bed- a perfect place to lay your head whilst in Italy. An old door from the street opened up into square filled with character. We got the lift up to see the host, a lovely guy called Alexander. He was so friendly, showed us the ropes and was a happy soul. The room was super clean and the shower was powerful. ||It’s a perfect location - not too far from the Duomo. |||
