My City Hotel OÜ

My City is comfortable "basic level" hotel with great location. Building itself is beautiful but rooms are pretty basic level. We also didn't get the room we asked. We were hoping room from the top floor but got one from the 4th floor. That was not of course promised for us in advance but still... ;) |Breakfast as well as pretty much everything else is standard stuff, nothing to cheer but nothing to complain either. Service varied from very friendly to "I do my job but not gettin paid extra from smiling" level. Very good location lifts 3 star experience to 4 star.

Sunny, immaculate room with comfy bed! And best AC of our trip. Pretty hotel in a great location with easy access to the old town. Breakfast room just meh for decor and food options. Staff is friendly and helpful. Kick up the breakfast and it would be 5 star!

Great hotel. We rented two different rooms, with two single beds and one large bed. One room had a view of the central street, the second had a view of the courtyard. It's quiet and comfortable to relax at night. I can't hear the noise from the street. The bathroom has rituals cosmetics. The bathroom is clean, there is no mold or other unpleasant smells that occur in hotels. In the room with a large bed in the bathroom there was a bathtub, in the other there was a shower cabin. In the morning, if you open the window, you can hear a hymn. Very nice. Breakfast is varied. We were very pleased with our choice. We will definitely come to this hotel again.

A very nice hotel that exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations about the city. The breakfast was also very good, offering a nice variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day.||The location could not be better – right in Tallinn’s charming Old Town, just a short walk from many of the main sights, restaurants, and shops. It was easy to explore the city on foot, and the atmosphere around the hotel felt safe and lively. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Tallinn, whether for a short weekend trip or a longer stay. I would definitely stay here again and can warmly recommend it to others.

Nice location in the old town. The hotel looks very good from the outside. Fine interior and a nice backyard. Generous room with a wall to wall carpet. Beds ok. A big minus for the malfunctioning air condition who changed temperature on its own which gave us a very warm night and a bad sleep. Old pipes? A very unpleasant smell from the floor drain in the bathroom especially when the neighbor flush the toilet. Breakfast ok but we were expecting a bit more from a 4-star hotel. Poor fresh fruit and the only eggs we found were boiled in 11 minutes and green!!

there are a ton of places that look fairly similar in the tourist zone that is Old Town Tallinn but My City Hotel climbs to the top. The room is spacious (particularly by European standards), the bathroom has a heated floor (!), the bed is good, the hotel is well cared for. The breakfast is only a 3 out of 5 compared to what we have had elsewhere both in variety, quality and being in the windowless basement setting, but even it is solid. At about $200/night, it's a solid choice and we are enjoying our stay.

The hotel is central to everything which makes walking 20,000 steps very easy. Great restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very nice and the hotel was very clean. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at My City Hotel has been great. The hotel is situated literally just 5 steps away from the old town so it is very convenient to move around. No need for public transport, everything is in walking distance. The room was really good and clean and had pretty much everything we needed (but some complimentary water bottles would be appreciated in the room). Breakfast was sufficient, there were several options and was tasty. Staff have been nice. We are very happy with our option.
