My City Hotel OÜ

Beautiful hotel with professional, friendly, efficient staff. Very conveniently situated right in the old town of beautiful Tallinn. We had a front facing room which was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Great shower, with lots of soaps and shampoos. As others have reported, it was a little bit noisy on Fri/sat nights as right next door to a club, but nothing horrendous and was soon rectified by closing the window. Lovely place to stay.

Stayed here three nights. Lobby was inviting and as soon as we walked into our room we were greeted with a nice smell, comfy bed and fresh air. The bathrooms are vintage but well kept. Despite moderate noise from the club across the street, our stay here was relaxing and convenient. The location is great, breakfast is delicious and the rooms are clean!

Hotel has an excellent location in the center of Tallinn. Our room was quite small, but enough for us, because we didn't come to Tallinn to stay at the room. Everything was clean and rare thing was well functioning shower. At most hotels after taking shower everywhere is water and steam. At this hotel water did not leak from shower space. Pillows were too high for me, but my husband appreciated them. Breakfast was good and atmosphere at the dining room calm and tranquil. Staff of the dining room was very welcoming and nice. They knew their work and created warm feeling. We did not test the lunch, but have heard a lot of positive comments on it.

The location is great, fairly efficient reception staff. The room large enough and nice, comfortable bed. Bathroom - all good, with several amenities by Rituals. Breakfast maybe not outstanding, but very good, with good coffee. Scrambled eggs could be better and more fresh. Our room was on a top floor, with roof window. Due to cold weather, it was also cold inside, with bathroom floor heating not working and window with significant gap. Last night was quite rainy and windy, it was very loud from the raindrops hitting the roof window, difficult to sleep.

A nice hotel in an excellent location on the edge of the Old Town. Our room size was adequate for the both of us with a very clean bathroom. There was a good selection for breakfast, but the area did get busy during this time, sometimes with limited seating. The hotel is directly next to a nightclub and if you had the window opened, there was constant noise until about 4.00 am, but this was only at the weekend. If you want your room cleaning, you need to remember to hang the sign on the door before you go out for the day. The hotel has a keyless system and you need to remember the code to type into the keypad on your room door. Overall a good stay and I would recommend due to its location.

Top location in Tallinn‘s old town. Quiet, but still very close to cafes, restaurants, bars & shops. Friendly & helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great room, although carpet & furniture are a bit outdated.

A really good location. Just a few minutes walk and you are in the main square of the old town.|The room was comfortable if a little dated.|Breakfast was ample with choice for most diets.|The hotel even provided a half bottle of of Prosecco for my wife’s birthday.|I would not hesitate in recommending My City Hotel.

Excellent location, right next to the old town. Nice hotel in that it's warm and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was ok, however sadly our biggest issue was that we were in room 207 and it was directly opposite a nightclub and 1 floor above the street. The 1st night was fine, no noise and good night sleep. 2nd night was horrendous, it was Halloween and at 3am they crowds were in the street along with police presence. When I complained about it the next day, the man on reception was sorry but said he had seen it much worse and if we stayed again we could ask for a quieter room??? We would have done that this time if we had realised we were so close to a nightclub. Sadly we have only been in Estonia 2 nights and doubtful well return as lots of other lovely places to see, but we are going home pretty wrecked after a very bad night's sleep so not as rested as we had hoped
