My City Hotel OÜ

We have just returned from a 4 night stay here. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the old town. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and there was a great selection of hot and cold options. We had dinner in the restaurant twice, again staff were really pleasant and the food was good, although the menu is not extensive. Tallinn is a wonderful place to visit, the old town is steeped in history, but be warned, the cobbled streets are a bit hard on the feet so stout footwear is a must.

The location is great, fairly efficient reception staff. The room large enough and nice, comfortable bed. Bathroom - all good, with several amenities by Rituals. Breakfast maybe not outstanding, but very good, with good coffee. Scrambled eggs could be better and more fresh. Our room was on a top floor, with roof window. Due to cold weather, it was also cold inside, with bathroom floor heating not working and window with significant gap. Last night was quite rainy and windy, it was very loud from the raindrops hitting the roof window, difficult to sleep.

Superb location just a two minute walk to main square. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was a good size, very clean , with a safe and kettle in room. Bed was very comfortable and room was very quiet despite being on road. The breakfast was very varied with a good selection of hot and cold foods . All staff were very friendly and helpful particularly the ladies on reception. We would totally recommend this hotel and if we return to Tallinn we would 100% rebook this hotel.

My City Hotel is a really well appointed hotel in Tallinn. Our room on the fourth floor was comfortable, attractive and quiet. The fabulous artwork all over the hotel really adds to the ambiance. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a great selection which was constantly being replenished. We thoroughly enjoyed our four day stay.

Overall a really good experience. The hotel was well situated in the old town for our purpose. There were good cafès and restaurants close by. The hotel itself is well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant offers excellent food choices and od good quality. |The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the en suite facilities were excellent. plenty of hot water! The rooms were also very quiet.||My one criticism concerns the bedding. On stripping the bed on the last morning, the mattress cover was found to be heavily stained. It was obvious a deal of human activity had taken place in that bed. Not a pleasant revelation unfortunately.

Great hotel. We rented two different rooms, with two single beds and one large bed. One room had a view of the central street, the second had a view of the courtyard. It's quiet and comfortable to relax at night. I can't hear the noise from the street. The bathroom has rituals cosmetics. The bathroom is clean, there is no mold or other unpleasant smells that occur in hotels. In the room with a large bed in the bathroom there was a bathtub, in the other there was a shower cabin. In the morning, if you open the window, you can hear a hymn. Very nice. Breakfast is varied. We were very pleased with our choice. We will definitely come to this hotel again.

Wonderful hotel. In the middle of an amazing old medieval town. Great breakfast & reception staff. Wonderful evening meal at a vg price. Beautiful clean comfortable rooms with inspiring artwork. Will recommend this hotel to my friends , without hesitation !

(Receptionist a little surly.)|Breakfast (ok) included.|Tea/coffee facilities & fridge in room.|Shame there wasn't an old-style guest lounge in the hotel.
