Very small café, located on the right-hand side as soon as you go up the stairs from underneath the bridge (it’s the first door or terrace you'll see on the right — right side of the photo, first door).
The staff were very friendly. The prices aren’t cheap, but Porto’s prices in general have surprised me, so taking that into account, it’s a good option. The coffee is large and of good quality.
The views are spectacular, but there are only 3 tables on the terrace. That said, we went around 11:40 a.m. and it was almost empty. They don’t have much variety, but it’s a charming, well-kept café with attentive and approachable staff, and quality coffee.
