The property was beautiful. The gardens were divine and immaculate. The vibe was tranquil and relaxing. The staff were so lovely and welcoming and when we arrived we were unwell and they managed to check us in early to make us comfortable. Anousack the restaurant a manager was amazing as were all the staff. Anousack was very knowledgeable on drinks and helped us choose the perfect food from the menu. He was also great with the cocktails. Santi was also extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We were so sad to leave and miss them all. See you next time.

Mr.Anousack (manager) and the whole crew is very Very attentive and incredibly friendly staff. This was our second time here, and just like the first visit, we were treated exceptionally well. Not only did we receive a room upgrade, but the food and all other services were excellent. On top of that, the atmosphere of the entire property is beautiful. The location is perfect — only a 10-minute walk to the city center, yet very quiet and peaceful for sleeping. I can highly recommend this place to everyone and encourage you to experience the staff for yourself — they are doing a wonderful job. And especially Mr. Anousack: you should definitely try his special drink! Warm greetings and a heartfelt recommendation from Germany 🇩🇪✨

Charming rustic boutique hotel with lovely and attentive staff, and comfortable rooms. We had an issue with our original room and were immediately given a great solution. The team is helpful, breakfast is great, and the rooms & beds are super comfy. Highly recommend! PS - do keep in mind it's not in the main part of the old town - it's about 15-20 mins walk / 5 min on bike. We preferred it that way, and going to the main part of town on e-bikes / the free hotel shuttles was perfect.

Delightful stay in a charming resort. The rooms & grounds are pleasantly rustic. All the staff are friendly, gracious & helpful. Special mention to Mr Anousack, FB Manager, who was always there every morning to greet us before breakfast. Such a happy man! We have no hesitation in recommending this resort to anyone for a memorable experience in Luang Prabang. We would love to stay at My Dream again!

Beautiful resort with amazing facilities for the given price. It has a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms are beautiful and receives natural sunlight. The breakfast is really good which serves both Laos and English breakfast with live counter for eggs. You get amazing latte or cappuccino as a complimentary. You have free hotel shuttle to the night market at 2 different timings. You get tuk tuk as well.

The price was good, the pictures were promising... We were sure the choice was excellent. We got a room with a stinking smell from the bathroom, hot/lukewarm water in the shower that came after 10 and if you accidentally turned on the tap then less. The room had little lighting and burnt out bulbs. And a TV? This is a real joke, they list a flat screen TV! My computer screen at home is bigger except it didn't work! Stay away from this hotel.

After visiting Luang Prabang multiple times, I was looking for a hotel that was outside the fray of the main peninsula but still close enough to walk to town. I was also looking for a nice place to cater for a large group of people including families with children for nine nights. This place was perfect. A beautiful, serene location on the banks of the Nam Khan. The hotel managers, Mrs Kaisone and Mr Santi, happily organised many vans, tuk tuks and tours whilst the bar and kitchen staff looked after our every need. The breakfast provided a wide range of options, including delicious Khao Soi. The rooms were clean and well furnished and the gardens were immaculate. There were multiple pools for us to enjoy and the staff even provided me with an unexpected birthday cake. Gotta love Laos and the Lao people. A perfect holiday location. Thank you, My Dream Boutique Resort Hotel!

Very nice hotel with a peaceful and serene property. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. There is a complimentary shuttle service to the airport or the post office in town as well which is convenient. The food and drinks are great as well as the included breakfast buffet! Truly a dream place.
