We had the chance to try Fleur’s fabulous cuisine at a food & wine festival, and it was wonderful. The authentic boeuf bourguignon was made with high quality ingredients, and the beef chunks were clearly long-simmered, tender and flavorful. The sauce itself was perfection, silky and rich, not too thick or too thin, but just right. I sampled her bouillabaisse sauce and bought a jar to take home to have at a later date with the fish of my choice. She cooks to order and can prepare many other French dishes for your pleasure, for a gathering, or just a casual meal at home. I look forward to trying some of her other dishes!
