My House Dumpling – A Cozy Late Lunch Spot in Leederville It’s surprisingly hard to find a cosy, sit-down Asian lunch spot in Leederville after 3pm, so I was thrilled to stumble upon My House Dumpling, which stays open until 4pm. What a gem! The menu is packed with tempting options, but since I was dining solo and didn’t want to order dim sum meant for sharing, I went with the Taiwanese beef brisket noodle soup. It did not disappoint—the beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the noodles had that perfect springy bite, and the broth was deeply flavorful and comforting. The service was lovely too—the server was kind, friendly, and made me feel welcome. I also appreciated that spices, sauces, and water were already set up on the table for easy access. I honestly couldn’t believe I finished the entire bowl, but it was just that good. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a hearty, delicious Asian meal in a warm and inviting setting—especially if you're craving something satisfying a bit later in the afternoon!

Xiao long bao has a good flavourful filling, with just the right amount of soup so it's not scalding hot. The wrapping is on the chewier side. The dumplings with chilli oil and peanut sauce is amazing with a really flavourful sauce and a slight kick. You can also buy a jar of that sauce from them and make it at home.

Authentic Chinese cuisine executed well. Service fast and attention to detail. All dishes served piping hot even the rice bowls were warmed up and water already on the table on arrival. Signature Xiao long Bao well made, skin delicate and soup savory. Well priced, will be back to try more dishes.

What an amazing experience for food! Food was one of the best dumplings I have around Perth.

There was a small group of us sharing an abundance of food on a busy Sunday dinner service. We all chose meals and shared them on the table from dumplings to honey pork, tempura squid and beef stew, the food was served quickly and was devoured. There was so much leftover that we took some home! The highlight was the mocktail, tasted yummy and was visually super-cute.

We had gone there for lunch on a Sunday. Even though my group of 4 had walked in without reservation, we were given a table without too much fuss. The wait staff was cheerful and helpful enough without being overbearing. For this meal we only ordered their different kinds of dumplings and nothing else. We could see that all the dumplings were freshly made on the spot, and the taste test did not disappoint. Indeed, they have one of the best dumplings around. The waiting time was very reasonable, considering that every basket of dumplings was steamed only upon ordering. My group left the restaurant very satisfied and even more impressed by the quality of the food. If there's any downside though, we were so engrossed in enjoying our food that we had forgotten to take any photos of the dishes!

First time at My House Dumpling. And it was great. Not only dumplings but an amazing choice of excellent food. Every dish was delicious and we will definitely be back for more. Recommended

We came here on Saturday lunch, not very busy. Plenty of space, staffs are friendly. You order your food via iPad, it’s easy as there is photos for all dishes. We ordered the beef noodles soup, Xiao Long Bao, Siumai & prawn dumplings, everything we ordered was good. Hugh portion! We will be back to try more.
