We had a family reunion last week and checked in on August 6 and checked out August 11. Rooms smell, water very scant and/or none at all. Some of us paid cash and the rest via Expedia online . Our check out was a disaster . Front desk clerk told some of us that they only accept cash ; no credit cards yet there’s a sign that credit cards are accepted . I paid my bruther’s family via Expedia ; we were charged again for 3 days . He said they never received the money from Expedia . A lot of us were charged double but they managed to confuse us all . This will be the last time I will book our family reunions in this hotel . We’ve been checking in our families here every 2 years for our family reunion for the last 8 years. I am hoping the owner of this hotel conduct an audit and realize that someone is cheating the hotel guests . If they don’t , your hotel will shut down fast .

Was one of the best of my travels. We were the only guest when we visited there. My partner had the best sunset experience of his life.

everything was great but the aircon in my room that i rented it was'nt gave cold enough. and may be management have to add 1 electricfan in each room just incase aircon will get some electrical failure.

We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed this lovely and charming place. The owner and staff are really friendly and helpful. They have decent food too! This old mansion is quite remote and has a very big pool, hence it's a great place for relaxing. One trip to the port of Poro was included in the price. However, the place needs some renovation in the near future, especially the bathrooms😊

My wife's family is from Camotes Island where this hotel is located. They went to the hotel for a day to take advantage of the swimming pool. They loved it and said the staff was super nice. We plan on staying there ourselves the next time we visit the Philippines. Can't wait! One more thing, they said the hotel just finished a renovation, so maybe some of the old negative reviews were before the renovation.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. Im sad to say that it keeps getting a little worse each time, but this last time i stay was probably my final time. First of all the best part about this hotel is the swimming pool. Unfortunately they are not keeping the pool up. The sides of the pool are peeling away and attracting mold, the pool was so dirty i would not go in for a swim. I asked them to clean it and they said it was clean. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, mold doesn't happen over night. The next thing was the aircon is not strong enough for the larger rooms, (my mistake) It was only a few more dollars for the bigger room so i thought i would go for it, should have stayed with the standard room for better view and better aircon. The aircon is same size for all rooms, so bigger the room the more difficult it is to keep cool. The Hotel is just falling apart at all aspects. . Also if you do not have a motor bike you are pretty much stuck, unless you want to pay for the hotel to tour you around, a bit expensive. They have wifi but it didn't work even once. Ok now for some positive points. ||The view from this Hotel is amazing, sunsets are just awesome. If they clean the pool and do some repair the pool is also great. the food is a bit expensive because you are so far from everything but it was all very delicious. The staff is very good and very nice, the hotel falling apart is not at all their fault. So if you like to have some peace and quiet then this hotel is a Little Gem. Every time i have stayed their was only 1 other couple there, most the time it was empty and we had it to ourselves.

Went to this hotel for a meeting. Lunch prepared was excellent! Dishes served highlighted local produce---camote, seafoods, coconut. Restaurant has views overlooking the sea. The place needs updating but well-planned from arrival experience and featuring sea views from common areas of the hotel such as the reception, restaurant and pool area.

Stayed one night. Very laid back reception . Had no evening food available as kitchen staff sent home early . Sandwiches were made to acceptable standard to feed kids . ||The room was clean and spacious. Truly the fixtures and fittings in the room and bathroom were very dated and there was no hot water. ||The breakfast was minimal to feed a mouse. With no facility to buy extra as previous guests had eaten all . Ran out of eggs and bread. The coffee was rationed to small cups.||The kids adored the swimming pool at night time and in the morning. A big plus for the enjoyment of this hotel ||Not cheap or really good value .
