Really confused on the whole appointment protocol. I made an appointment online for 12:30, arrived at 12:25 and signed in on the kiosk. There were two people there already and the lady would finish one and call next, then when she finished that one she called next again and the second person went, then finally me. By this time it's 12:50. I thought the point of making an appointment was to be seen at that time. Kind of wondering how they know who had an appointment or who doesn't, or who's even next at that point. I took my lunch break to come in since I didn't get seen until 12:50 I was late back to work and didn't end up leaving until 1:20. Otherwise then that the stylist was nice but that's about it, my eyebrows are not 100% to my liking, a little uneven and have tint above my brow. Definitely had my hopes up due to the good reviews.
Also I emailed customer service because no one would answer the phone, they emailed me back right away asking what happened, then when I explained they went MIA, and it's been three days. So customer service is also poor.
Update to 4 days later and three different emails I Finally got a response back just to be told I should take my review down if I want a refund, which is so unprofessional, and then offered me to fix my brows if I take it down. So unprofessional
