My Pretty Payma

My second time staying at these apartments, they are self sustained and quite spacious. It has a good central location with good bars and the beach only a short walk away. The apartment is clean when we arrive and is nice for a short break away. The pool is on the smaller side but not very busy most of the time, the sun is over the pool area consistently from around 2 pm. For a short break away this is ideal. It does only have single bed but this was okay for a short break. The air con works well. The staff are always helpful and friendly also. Hassle free check in and check out and they allows us to check in 3 hours early as the room was available.

My stay at the Pretty Payma Apartments was fantastic! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from both Levante Beach and the bustling nightlife. It's the ideal spot if you want to be close to everything without being right in the middle of all the noise. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Considering the price and the prime location, this place is an incredible value. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Benidorm and I can't wait to go back!

Fantastic hotel. Very accommodating. Well equipped rooms and brilliant location. Would highly recommend. The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning.

You can't sleep there,need be ready for crazy noise from club downstairs until 5 am and from neighbours who were very unpolite and crazy too(England area)Room was nice,but without sleep i don't know how to "rest".

I have stayed at My Pretty Payma regularly over the past few years; so often that it's actually like a second home to me. I must have stayed in nearly every apartment and I'm surprised it's taken me so long to write a review. The owner Corina is always so lovely to me and I always feel so welcome. Claudia is also lovely to me, very welcoming, and she works so hard. I love chatting to both of them and always look forward to seeing them. The location is perfect and the rooms are lovely, tastefully decorated and furnished; and they have all the useful amenities you would find at home. I particularly love that they all have washing machines which means I can pack less. I've seen a couple of people complain in the reviews about the noise from local venues but this can't be helped. This is Benidorm, not a peaceful countryside retreat in the middle of nowhere. In summary, I love staying at My Pretty Payma and will always highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for listening

Corina was extremely helpful before after and during our stay. Very clean apartment. We had 3 x 1 bedroom apartments between 8 of us. Everything you could possibly need in them even a washing machine, Right in the middle of the action. Great place to stay and would highly recommend. If we booked again we would choose the penthouses or studios on the 11th floor as these are the only rooms with a full balcony which we missed. Lovely stay thank you Corina and your team.

Recent stay in these apartments. Whilst the location and view was amazing that is the only positive thing I can say. Air con was abysmal, was cooler in the 36c sun!! Noise level from nearby bars continued until 5am. |Every request to the receptionist was met with a huff (even when asking for clean towels). Looking at other reviews I would love to know what the apartment that was exceptional was.

We have just got back from a 4 night stay at the Payma Apartments, we would definitely recommend them! Very central, and clean! We got it for a really good price aswell.|It’s right next to insomnia nightclub however we couldn’t hear the noise as our room looked onto the hotel Presidente pool, which was nice and calm! The apartments had everything you needed. The pool was small but was really nice & it got the sun from like 11ish. Really good communication from the host too! Would return!!!
