My Pretty Payma

You can't sleep there,need be ready for crazy noise from club downstairs until 5 am and from neighbours who were very unpolite and crazy too(England area)Room was nice,but without sleep i don't know how to "rest".

Omg This hotel is great and right in the middle of everything..Rooms are great living room. kitchen .2 Bedrooms.. You can actually move around there was no complaints from all 4 girls We were there on the 4th to the 6th March 2025 that stayed nice and clean not like any other hotel where it's one bedroom with a little kitchen .. Weather wasn't too bad..Would go back there again 👍👍🍹🍹

I have stayed at My Pretty Payma regularly over the past few years; so often that it's actually like a second home to me. I must have stayed in nearly every apartment and I'm surprised it's taken me so long to write a review. The owner Corina is always so lovely to me and I always feel so welcome. Claudia is also lovely to me, very welcoming, and she works so hard. I love chatting to both of them and always look forward to seeing them. The location is perfect and the rooms are lovely, tastefully decorated and furnished; and they have all the useful amenities you would find at home. I particularly love that they all have washing machines which means I can pack less. I've seen a couple of people complain in the reviews about the noise from local venues but this can't be helped. This is Benidorm, not a peaceful countryside retreat in the middle of nowhere. In summary, I love staying at My Pretty Payma and will always highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for listening

Corina was extremely helpful before after and during our stay. Very clean apartment. We had 3 x 1 bedroom apartments between 8 of us. Everything you could possibly need in them even a washing machine, Right in the middle of the action. Great place to stay and would highly recommend. If we booked again we would choose the penthouses or studios on the 11th floor as these are the only rooms with a full balcony which we missed. Lovely stay thank you Corina and your team.

We came here for a hen do - fantastic location, right in the thick of it! The rooms were very clean, I was disappointed as there was no balcony and the air con was very bad. We was in a two bedroom apartment and the air con (in August!) was only in the living room which was down a long hall way. We kept it on all weekend but it was still too hot in the rooms. In the rooms you have a stand up fan that moves but it’s difficult when there are two beds in there to distribute the fan between you.

Really enjoyed my stay here,and will return. The one bed apartment was really spacious and had everything I needed The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was excellent,right by the strip,I went solo,and felt extremely safe here. English tv channels. Hob,oven, microwave,fridge,toaster and washing machine. Plenty of places to get good food nearby. And good entertainment everywhere, something for everyone. Also,a private pool and sun loungers, around the back. Lovely friendly staff on reception,who were extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

I must say it's been such a smooth experience, lovely modern apartments.||Corina and her team have been amazing! Really couldn't ask for more.||When I return to benidorm this would now always be my first choice of accommodation, and I have been coming for 12 years now and this is by far the best experience

Recent stay in these apartments. Whilst the location and view was amazing that is the only positive thing I can say. Air con was abysmal, was cooler in the 36c sun!! Noise level from nearby bars continued until 5am. |Every request to the receptionist was met with a huff (even when asking for clean towels). Looking at other reviews I would love to know what the apartment that was exceptional was.
