The experience at mi quince world was amazing the staff were really helpful and made finding a quince dress super easy! We said yes to the dress thanks to the help of the wonderful staff! 🤍🤍 Juanita was very helpful and gave us all the options to find our dream dress 😍😍

We were here today with Stefanny! The staff was attentive and lovely. We ended up choosing a beautiful lilac rapunzel vibe dress 😍. 10/10 no notes on god!!

At My Quince World we had the best experience with Juanita. She has the best customer service and patient with us. We tried on so many dresses and said yes to the first one our quinceañera tried on after our third time coming in. I Highly recommend to go to My Quince World they have a high selection of beautiful dresses.

I loved My Quince World not only for their beautiful dresses, but because how welcomed I felt that. I had always wanted my sweet 16 dress to be from this store, but was a bit nervous because it's a store mainly meant for Quinceañeras and I'm black, so some people may see me as not fit to wear a ballroom gown for my sweet 16. But my worries quickly dissolved once I stepped in here. I felt so comfortable, and they perfectly matched my budget and style, as well as my size. I'm a little plus sized as well, and their dress selection fit everything perfectly, and I didn’t even have to worry if the dress fit well or not. The rental dress options are super affordable, and they always find a way to make it look like a brand new dress. Overall 100/10 and I will recommend this store to everyone!

Had such a great experience here! Susy was amazing, super kind, patient, and really helpful while my daughter tried on dresses. The owner was also very welcoming and upfront about everything, which I really appreciated. My daughter found a beautiful dress and we left feeling so happy.

They literally have the most beautiful dresses there. I wanted to buy them all. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We drove all the way from Ohio and was leaving the next day and they even. set up an appointment for us so that we could try the dress on before we leave.

I was chosen to be the maid of honor for my best friends wedding and wasn’t sure what size to order my dress as I didn’t know my measurements. I was looking around and came across this Quinceañera store and thought I may ask. I called and Ariela was so kind and told me to stop by anytime and she’d help me. Sure enough I went in and was greeted nicely by the staff. I got my measurement and Ariela told me to call her when the dress arrived as she may be able to do adjustments depending on their availability. The dress arrived and I was able to bring it in to do the adjustments! It was ready within the same week and I couldn’t be any more thankful for all of their help and support as this was so short notice but they were able to do it all! Thank you once again Ariela and the team!

I had a wonderful experience finding my wedding gown in 2021 through My Quince World. I was able to customize a quince dress and order it in an ivory color that was PERFECT. Ari, the owner(?), was super sweet to work with. And the other employees were all nice and accommodating too. I felt so welcomed and supported, even though I am not Latina myself.

This place really puts their customers first. They do not crowd the place, I love that it is by appointment, very personalized service. They took the time to listen to my daughter's ideas and we are having her dress custom made. Very good reasonable prices, especially for custom made

I cannot say enough great things about Ariella! We came to just get an idea of styles and prices but my daughter said yes to a dress that same day. Ariella was very knowledgeable, kind and so professional. She took her time with my daughter and made her feel very special. We didn't need to go elsewhere after this great treatment. Would definitely recommend!

I would put 0 stars if I could. The reason for this review is because I had planned out a quince for my daughter back before the pandemic hit and everything was shut down. The dress I put a deposit on was for $150.00 and it was in March of 2020. I called to see if I can get a refund and they asked if I can push it towards the summer and I said yes. I then said if my daughter does not have a quince, I can try to do a sweet 16. So with everything slowly opening up and with certain restrictions, we didn't have the sweet 16 as we liked. The woman from my quince world said I can't have a refund because they almost lost their business. I lost my job and still been looking for over a year and they are the only business who did not refund the deposit. I luckily had refunds from the hall, cake, and DJ deposits and even the hall I had paid in full. My quince world decided that I held the dress too long and that they could have sold it during the pandemic. When the pandemic first happened, they told me if I didn't have anything, I can get a refund because they understood what was going on. Now they took their word and denied they said I can have a refund. Very unprofessional and will never speak highly of their business. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!

I came here to place order to rent tablecloths and seat covers. They had a very reasonable price and left also renting the carriage for the cake and buying the pillow. I went last minute to buy the pillow and she did her best to make sure it was what I wanted and that it got there on time since it was last minute! They designed the carriage very beautiful to fit the colors of my daughters Quinceanera. It was FANTASTIC that they not only delivered but also set up the table clothes and chair covers!!!! Extremely helpful when you are in a rush to finish and be on time!!!! Some of the best customer service I have ever received!!!!! Will definitely recommend!!!!
