We planned for a day of searching for the perfect dress! We took my daughter to one store in the suburbs, back in January. While on vacation, we made a quick stop and went to one more store in Mexico. Fast forward to today, we envisioned visiting a few stores in the heart of the beautiful Little Village Community! Welllll—there was no need to! We stopped here and fell in love with the service, attention, transparency, kindness and the beautiful dresses! The only reason we left and came back was because we were hungry! We thought my daughter would want to see one more store before committing to the dress, however—she quickly stated after eating her last bite of her delicious taco from Atotonilco, “Ma—let’s just go straight to the store, I love the dress!” A shout out to Juanita for her professionalism and attention to detail. I couldn’t leave the store without thanking her for doing an amazing job and taking care of us today! Customer service is getting difficult now a days for so many different factors! Some beyond what we can control! However, today’s experience gives me hope that genuine and dedicated people are out there and when we are received with such service, as customers—we should praise it!!! ¡Gracias, Juanita! Can’t wait to pick up our dress in a few months! God Bless you, the staff, the business, and all the Quinceañeras that will have their dreams come true with your dedication.
