My daughter Bella had the most amazing experience looking and trying on quinceañera dresses and got to order a one of a kind unique personalize dream dress. We were stressing out about finding her the perfect dress, and My Quince World made it happen. We are so happy and thankful to all the personal for making us feel welcome and guiding us till the end!

Beautiful store to go shopping for your perfect quince dress! Me and my sister are having our quinceañera together, and we had an amazing employee named Juanita help us so much. She was so nice and such an angel, she helped us find our dream and perfect dress just for us! We traveled from Wisconsin and they appreciated us so much as well.

Ariela and Juanita are wonderful!! They helped us with the whole process, were patient throughout our customizations of the dress, and are kind and sweet. The dress variety is great and they're soooo beautiful! So glad we purchased from My Quince World.

This place was EXCEPTIONAL! The service was amazing from the moment we walked in. The day before I called to see if I needed to make an appointment. Ariella answered and had the best customer service. Very helpful and I hadn't even been in the city yet. We came from out of state and it was definitely worth it. We went to multiple stores to find the perfect dress. No other store compared to this one. It looks small from the outside but they have tons of space and a huge selection of dresses. On top of free alterations. They even offer free customization. They add their own flare on some of their styles which make the dresses so unique and one of a kind. You can add more flare or appliques or remove whatever you don't want. We added a large bow. Juanita gave us exceptional service and gave us tons of tips and ideas and helpful "day of " advice that we didn't think of. Even though we had 2 quincea before. Juanita, mari, Susie and ariella were exceptional. It's hard to find good service these days. Out of all the stores on 26th St or in the city. This is the place to business with. The customer service is phenomenal. We came in 10 after they close to ask a specific question regarding a dress we've seen on tik tok. Without our knowledge they were the designers of the viral quince dress. all the ladies were super sweet, knowledgeable, and caring even though we came in 10 mins after close. Reasonable prices, bunch of quince dress options, and a choice of customization. Definitely will recommend this shop to anyone looking for quince.
