Royal Palace has been a wonderful host to us! We celebrated our neighborhood Diwali party of 203 people and every single person was raving about the food, decor, and management. We met the owner several times before the event to work on menu, decor and setup. Everything was top-notch! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for small and big gatherings.

Loved the way all the arrangements including the decoration, service, food from catering partner worked out. The hall was looking very beautiful. Got many compliments for the hall and food. Their catering partner is iGrill. They did a great job as well. Would host my future events at My Royal Palace without a doubt. The host Harmin has given valuable advice from his experience in hosting. He is very prompt in communicating and will make sure all your needs and wants are met.

Recently, we celebrated our baby's 1st birthday at my royal palace, and it was a great event. Harmin, Happy, and the entire team were exceptionally professional and helpful. Our guests loved the food and thoroughly enjoyed the party. During the event, the manager, Happy, and the entire staff were extremely cooperative and very attentive. This will be a beautiful memory that we will cherish forever. I will recommend this place to family and friends. Looking forward to hosting more family events here in the future.

We did our wedding ceremony and reception at My Royal Palace. The setup was amazing along with the service. This is the second event we had here and we are definitely going to do more. Harmin and Bobby were accommodating and very flexible to our needs. Marisela and team who worked the reception were attentive and answered all our requests. Not sure how we would have gone through the evening without them. The decorations, table setup and how the food was placed were on point. Definitely recommend this place. He gave us very good price and the services provided were up to Mark as he had promised. We loved the food that was a part of catering, all our guests enjoyed the portion as well as flavor of the food. The decoration and ambience was above our expectations. They gave us the key to the hall ahead of time to decorate, the staff was very helpful and kind - the music system was wonderful and everybody enjoyed the birthday party thoroughly. We are really happy with our event and would highly recommend my Royal Palace and its services. Harman ji was extremely patient and kind, he followed upon planning when we were busy with other things and he adjusted few things to suit or busy schedule. Everything was done well and they have two changing rooms upstairs, their decoration packages are also excellent. Food caterer! that they are collaborating with, Make very good food. We had a party for 110 people and it was generous portion as well as flavorful. We also used bar services and the bartender did a good job as well. All in all, a very good experience for us and we will book parties in future over here as well.

We loved all the customizable options for decorations and the price for everything was very reasonable. The food was catered through IGrill and was very tasty! Harmin Ji was very easy to work with and provided the best customer service and accomodated all our requests. On the day of the party Bobby Ji took care of all our needs and was very helpful. We decided to party just 2 weeks back. Harman helped organize our party very well in each and every step. The decoration was great and all the guests had very pleasant time. Bobby and the staff were very professional and helped a lot. Food was great and overall it was an excellent experience.

My Royal Palace is truly one of the best event venues we've ever experienced! The price, the food selection, and the overall atmosphere were all amazing. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating--since our event was on a Friday and there was nothing scheduled before us, he even gave us the keys a day early, which made everything so much easier. The staff and manager were just as wonderful, always helpful, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Special shout out to Hemanji and Bobbyji they went out of their way to make the event special and accommodate all our requests no matter how last minute. They created a no pressure event for us. We enjoyed the full event with our friends without any worries. We couldn't have asked for a better place to host our event. I would definitely recommend this place!

The best part of this venue is that it is easy to do all inclusive - definitely took stress off planning separately for decor, food, tablecloth, centerpieces, plates. silverware etc. Harminji was excellent to work with during planning, and Bobby and team were very helpful on the day of the event. I especially liked the fresh white decor that could take any decoration seamlessly, and the Chiavari chairs.

My overall experience with this venue was awesome. I looked at so many and when I found this venue and the package they had that was affordable for my daughter's Quinceanera I was so happy. It's a one stop venue. The decorations that they did was so beautiful. Harmin was very nice and didn't get annoyed when I called him so many times to ask queso's it got close he assured me not to worry. Happy was also a great host the day of the event he made my nerves go away and his staff helped out and knew exactly what to do this place has so many decorations and colors to choose from. They weren't like other halls pushy to add things on you they were the exact opposite and felt like a home filling hall. I recommend my Royal palace and will definitely be renting again. I would give them 10+ stars if I could

My royal place went above my expectations. They are super professional. Banquet hall is upgraded and nicely decorated. They have many choices in the decorations. Best part is they have separate area for food serving. I really like that. We hosted a baby shower event there and we did not face any issue. They had servers and manager rite there during the event which was a great help.their sound system and projection on the tv is perfect. We brought food from outside but they took care of serving and refilling it. Also they took care of all the utensils and water/soda. I highly recommend this place.

We had our sangeet at MRP in August and it went very well. Harmin was easy to communicate with and we were very happy with the final look and feel of the venue space, as well as the food from iGrill. Our other vendors found set up to be quite easy and our guests had a great time

Celebrated our daughters first bday at My Royal Palace! We booked the hall around 2 months before the event after we met Harmin & discussed everything. After the advance payment, we met around 3 weeks before the event to discuss the decoration. They are very professional in what they do! On the day of the event we could access the hall 1 hr before the event time, to do our small personal decorations if needed. The backdrop, table setting & the entry way decorations were really good & neat. For the event they provided us with a manager, a waitress & a cleaning lady. All three of them were really good & knows the job! Special mention to Merzedes, the waitress who helped with the cake cutting & the food. We also ordered the buffet from IGrill via my Royal Palace. The food was yummy & the guests loved it. The rate is quite good but they provide only for a min of 50 ppl.

We hosted our Charity Gala event at My Royal Palace and it was a fabulous experience! The best Indian food in a banquet hall designed for exquisite parties like ours. From day 1, Harmin and Gurjit provided us exceptional service and explained all the various party offerings, so we can select what we require for our special occassion. The decor in the banquet hall was just as fabulous as the food. The servers were warm and friendly, and paid attention to the ever changing needs of our 250 guests at the day of the event. It was truly the event of a lifetime. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, no surprise costs, exquisite decor and fine Indian cuisine were my most important requirements for the Charity Gala. My Royal Palace went above and beyond our expectations. We thank the My Royal Palace team for their incredible service and attention to detail. Life is all about flavorful food, good friends, good music, beautiful decorations and good company and we found all of these at My Royal Palace. Thank you Harmin, Gurjit and team! We had our 25th wedding anniversary party at My Royal Palace. Organizing this party was such a breeze Harmanji took care of everything for us. From the webiste we told him which decorations we wanted for the party, he arranged the DJ, Bar Tender and photographer for us. We did a tasting at iGrill for the food and gave our food selection to Harmanji. During the party, Bobby who was in charge, took care of all our needs. We had a 120 guests and there was more than sufficient place for seating and dancing. The staff was very courteous, efficient and great at attending all the guests. The decoration and ambience was above our expectations. Our guests all loved everything about My Royal Palace and were very impressed with all the arrangements. Sherri from iGrill was exceptional. I had 2 guests who were vegan due to severe dairy allergies and she arranged special vegan dishes for my guests. They really appreciated this extra care and were able to thoroughly enjoy the party. I would highly recommend this place for parties as it definitely is a one-stop-shop and you do not have to worry about anything, just enjoy the party.

We conducted a week long Children's Theater workshop here end of July. We were so grateful for this clean and spectacular facility. There is a foyer, the main hall, the side aisle and a segregated dining space. We also had access to a room and restrooms on the first floor and also their fantastic audio visual system which was very easy to operate. Mr. Herman and his entire team were very kind, helpful and easily reachable and very flexible to accomodate our needs. Children are going to remember this for years as they never forget the venue they had fun at. We absolutely loved the positive energy of the space thriughout. Thank for supporting children's enriching activity by sharing this space with us.

We have celebrated 2 events at MRP so far and both times the food and service exceeded our expectations. We held a reception here in 2019 - all our friends and family enjoyed the event, the decor was beautiful and the service was seamless, food was great and the serving staff was good too. Harmin was very easy to work with. For our next event in 2023, 4 years later, we chose to go with MRP again because of our exceptional experience the first time. We had an amazing event. We were able to finalize most details on the phone with Harmin and everything was as discussed on the day of the event. He even accommodated a menu item change on a short notice before the event. Food is catered from iGrill, it is definitely one of the best Indian food in the bay area. Highly recommend!

We did our daughters 16th birthday bash here and all were so happy and we were so satisfied with all the decor, hospitality and arrangements.......all we needed to do was to show up and enjoy the event. We recently had a party at My royal Palace. This review is for that experience. Overall, it was a great experience, from facilities, to food, to decorations, and above all attention and customer service from Harminji and Happy. Let me start from beginning. We reached out to Harminji after reading their reviews on Yelp. We had some doubts re so many positive 5* reviews. However after 1st call itself, we could understand why. Harminji was nice to talk to and didn't push for anything. He kept repeating that it is our party and he wants everything to be of our choice so we have a great time. And he was true to his words. All through the organization phase, he kept us in loop, allowed us to make umpteen changes to the decoration theme and was always open to any suggestions we had. If he had some suggestions, they were always preceded with disclaimer that they are just suggestions and we didn't have to feel compelled to accept them. He gave us references for caterer (see my review for iGrill / Santa Clara), DJ as well as food choices. And each of those suggestions was on the mark. On the day of party, he ensured that the hall was open earlier than usual, so we could bring in some of our stuff for decorations. When we arrived, hall was all set for us... stage in exactly same color scheme that we had requested, and entrance arch, Photo Booth, tables, chairs all totally meeting our theme expectations. During the party, support staff kept hall moving. Tables got cleaned as soon as guests were done eating, water filled up and food served. They took care of serving cake as well as ensuring that guests had to only focus on having fun and nothing else. Happy was their entire evening ensuring that things go as expected and we have no issues in execution. Many thanks to him and support staff for the flawless experience during actual party. Overall it was an outstanding experience. We had a blast of a party and every single guest went impressed with decorations, arrangements, spaciousness, table arrangements, and overall vibe, So thank you Harminji... our next party will be at MRP only

I had my son's first birthday celebration at my royal palace and I have to say it was one of the most easiest and stressfree party I organized. We came to Harmin just 1 week before the party and thankfully we could reserve for the sat. Harmin, Bobby and the entire team were really professional and very helpful. Our guests loved the food, the ambiance and the service. Harmin responded to text/any questions we may have immediately. All the decorations were so well done. I am super happy we decided to celebrate the party here and I'd highly recommend anyone who's planning any event to consider MRP.

We recently hosted godh bharai ceremony here. We had an amazing party here. All our guests enjoyed so much. The ambiance, decoration was very nicely done. We had very good servers and bartenders from them as well. Harmanji was pleasure working with.

We had a party at MRP Banquet hall recently. The food, decorations and service was awesome. Harmin and Bobby were extremely nice and helpful, they took care of our entire event end to end. I recommend this place 100% Very reasonable and very professional team. The hall was very well lit and restrooms were very clean. All through the event they provided servers to take care of guests needed. The only improvement that I can recommend is bigger TVs.

5 stars to My Royal Palace (MRP) for everything from planning, execution, attention to details and super responsive to all questions and queries. We started the planning early on 3-4 months in advance and we were looking for a venue for our 25th Anniversary party. I had been to MRP before for couple of close friends' events so was familiar with the place. We scheduled our initial meeting with Harminbhai and all our doubts vanished in thin air. He put us at ease by assuring us that he will make sure everything will be flawless. He told us that only few weeks before the event we would need to reconvene to finalize the decor etc. When we met for that meeting we finalized our color theme and decorations. We had some tips for him and he assured us he would take care of that. We finalized the menu and it was so nice of Harminbhai to be involved in that too! He immediately mentioned he was not sure if Tawa Veg would be a good appetizer for our menu and on his suggestion we switched to Hariyali Tilki and everyone loved and raved about it! Whatever we had requested he meticulously made sure all those requests were fulfilled!! we really wanted him to attend our event and he graciously agreed! On the day of the event, we worked with Bobby and it was an awesome experience as well!!Thank you again MRP for making our event so wonderful and memorable!

We were looking for a venue for our intimate Indian wedding and MRP completely stood out from the places we were considering. After talking to Harmin once, it was a no-brainer to go with MRP since it felt like a one-stop solution. In each step of the process, Harmin was a fantastic help - be it decorations, electronics, catering details and every other thing. Because of Harmin and team, we could enjoy our event completely stress-free. Harmin was pretty responsive in all communications and answered our silliest questions (that was important for us as we were noobs at event planning). For two year in raw we are hosting fundraiser and venue and staff has been great, they have been accommodating, providing great value, their catering part is also great food was great tasting, decor was great, Owner Harmin and his staff has been wonderful to work with!

We had our son's first birthday party. They have one of the beautiful venues at a good location. Food was really awesome and loved by everyone. I highly recommend the food catering service from them. The venue was beautifully decorated by the team as per our request (Mr Harmin accommodated a lot of requests). We had our own theme "Lord Krishna" and we prepared our own decorations and the custom cake too. The venue and theme decoration made the party an amazing experience. Mr Harmin is very professional and very helpful. He really made sure to have our party most memorable. During our journey of planning and execution of the event he really made us comfortable with arrangements for decoration and food, it was all taken care of by him and his team.

Hosted an event on 6/7/24, had an amazing experience with them. They customize from back drop curtains, to center pieces, table covers as per your choice. They also made minor last minute adjustments as per our request. Decor looks superb in the pictures. For food they had a tie up with I- grill. Everyone in the party loved the food, quantity was more than enough. Harmin was very easy to work with, professional and supportive. He provided detailed itemized options and was available to answer any query we had. Assigned Party host - Happy was very responsible as well, we don't have to check on anything. He was personally attending the guests when food was served. Servers were hardworking and a breeze. Hard to believe everyone was so good at their job. We booked DJ and photographer through them as well. Our DJ Gurjeet was excellent. He managed the mood lights, Bollywood/Hollywood songs choice very well. He was able to read the room and catered to teenagers and adults simultaneously making the event fun for all. He was very patient. Photographer Anunay knew was a pro. He covered the event very well and was very accommodating as we extended his service by one hour, last minute as party was little behind the schedule as everyone was having a good time. Can't thank all of you enough for making our event a beautiful memory. Your hard work deserves applause. Highly recommend!

Great place! We held my sister's 18th birthday (Filipino Debut). The venue holds around 200+ people. They provide a limited selection of decorations. They do show you their portfolio of decorations and if you want anything outside of their inventory you'll have to pay extra. They provide a soda fountain machine, mugs/cups, utensils, plates, chafing dishes, sound system, monitors, RGB lights and a bar! Which is all part of the package. Although we didn't utilize the bar so I don't know any other details about that. Part of the package is charging per hour including the hours of setup and clean up if you plan on cleaning up any items you've provided. The managers that we've met, Harmin & Bobby, we're very straight to the point, attentive and flexible. They also respond very quickly to any messages/emails that we send. Overall great experience, great space to be in, and awesome service! Thank you guys!!

It was our son's first birthday celebration there 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM, 50 guests. Wonderful experience from beginning to end including management, service staff, food and ambience. This place and the organizers were really great, supportive. Hall's overall condition is really good. Nice decoration, amazing foods, Audio and Video equipment were good and staff were so nice and we don't have to worry about anything. Our event went very smoothly, we had lots of fun. Hall has nice enough room for 100 people. I would recommend this place to party for any of your occasions, they can really do nice decoration jobs based on the events too. Simply superb and fun filled events.
