Myconian Villa Collection

We had a wonderful stay at Mykonian Villa Collection. The customer service and housekeeping were truly excellent—staff were attentive, friendly, and ensured our room was always spotless. We were welcomed by a wine and cheese board at our room. The property feels clean, modern, and well maintained, which made the overall experience very comfortable. Our suite was a highlight, with a gorgeous ocean-view balcony and a private hot tub that made our evenings unforgettable. One of the best parts of staying here is that the collection includes seven hotels, and as a guest you can enjoy the pools, restaurants, and amenities across all of them—an amazing variety of dining and leisure options without leaving the group. There were just a couple of small areas for improvement: at times, a noticeable odor was present in the hallway, and updating the room outlets to include USB-C and regular USB ports would add convenience for modern travelers. Overall, this hotel delivered a luxurious and relaxing experience, with so much flexibility thanks to the multiple properties. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Mykonos.

We loved our stay at the Myconian Villa collection hotel. Our suite/bed and pillows were lovely, the room products were Molton Brown (yes please). The pool and beach area beds/loungers were also very comfortable. The complimentary morning breakfast had a thorough variety in its beverage and food options. Food and beverage at other restaurants/areas was consistently well done. |The included shuttle to town was a game changer, as well as the paid transfer to the ferry/airport. No stress or headaches, just appreciated and timely service. |The biggest praise I would give to the spa - the spa manager, Samantha, and therapist, Konstantinos. Samantha was thoughtful, funny, and accommodating. She had great recommendations. We loved the spa circuit and did it on 2 different days - totally worth it for 30 euro per person. |Konstantinos provided the best deep tissue massages I have ever had. Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel features a nice pool and a semi-private beach. The beds were comfortable, although there were occasional shortages of towels. The beach itself was pleasant. Service at the pool and in the restaurant was good, but the in-room service was less reliable. Requests often took a long time to be fulfilled, and in some cases we had to ask more than once. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which was appreciated. However, upon check-out, we were not asked about our stay, which felt like a missed opportunity for feedback.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel spa. The atmosphere was relaxing from the moment we walked in, with calming music and a very welcoming staff. The treatments were excellent — professional, attentive, and tailored to our needs. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This such an amazing hotel with a very professional hospitality, quality and service. Hotel is decorated ultra modern and every spot has a unique touch from the entrance to your room. I am extremely happy to stay here and don’t think that I will go anywhere else when l come to Mykonos. I recommend everyone to experience this amazing hotel especially welcoming is incredible. You feel you are a princess:) this is beyond luxury

The hotel is in an amazing location with great view and away from the hustle bustle. The rooms are very spacious and the experience in the restaurants was very nice and great food although the coffee was cold. They need a bit upgrading in rooms (some tiles in private villa pool were cracked). The staff went out of their way to try to find me feather pillow but it had strong mildew odor unfortunately. They forgot to put water in my room on the first day and I had to call to remind them to bring. The bus situation into town was stressful with people pushing and fighting. When we arrived back at hotel late at night there was no one to escort/ direct us to our rooms ( which was very difficult because the hotel is huge and a bit of labyrinth) It would have been good to have staff there to monitor and help. At the beach, we were there for a few hours and we couldn’t find any staff at all to order a drink. Recommend that you offer towels earlier for morning beach goers. Overall we loved our stay but I think staff is under resourced and more attention to detail in order to make it a 5 star experience.

Facilities are top notch and service is very attentive and helpful. Front desk booked all our taxi rides, which made our stay much less stressful as Elia is 30min away by car from Mykonos town, Superparadise, and Ornos. The hotel bus to Mykonos town is very reliable on timing and allows you to plan dinners, night out in town (last bus back is at 23:30 though so you will need to take a uber or taxi back if you stay for the bars/clubbing - we could get a uber with about a 5-8min waiting period ). The private section in Elia beach is very comfortable and we could easily get front row seats every day. In sum, we highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

I would like to thank your therapist Konstantinos very much. I was 2 times with him for an 85 minute massage with him. It does its job excellently. You realise and feel with how much dedication, passion and love he does justice to his task. Thank you again! Marco
