"Myeondong and Hongdae Nanta Theatres Opened in 1997, Nanta is the longest-running show in Korean history. Similar to Stomp , it’s a nonverbal musical that people of all ages and nationalities can understand. The comedic story follows a frantic kitchen staff as they prepare for an impending wedding banquet. In addition to impressive percussive performances with cooking equipment, the 90-minute show incorporates many opportunities for audience participation. It’s become so popular that it now plays at two theaters, one in Myeongdong and another in Hongdae. Each venue offers an afternoon and evening show, with a third added on weekends. It’s recommended that you buy tickets in advance as seats sell out quickly."

The Nanta Cooking Show did NOT disappoint! The Red Team was awesome and they did a fantastic job of keeping the crowd entertained for the entire duration! I highly recommend going if you are visiting Seoul and have 90 minutes to spare! (Pictures are only allowed in the very last skit and at curtain call.)

Another great experience had in Seoul.only regret is that I didn’t get the VIP seating. Next time for sure. The show lasts about 90 minutes and it keeps me entertained the entire time so it has to be pretty good.

Super fun and lighhearted play. Had a very good time! The actors are full of energy and talented at a lot of different things. Sadly, the staff is very bossy and make the experience outside the theater very mid.

Nanta Show in Seoul was an absolute blast! I laughed from start to finish — it's one of those shows that makes you forget about time and just enjoy the moment. The performers are incredible: full of energy, creativity, and humor. They manage to connect with the audience in such a powerful way. The mix of music, rhythm, and comedy is pure magic. If you’re in Seoul and want a fun, light-hearted experience that will leave you smiling long after the show is over, Nanta is a must-see!

A comedy of 3 chefs drumming with kitchen utensils, pots and pans. A bit of juggling and magic show as well. Enjoyable family fun. No Korean knowledge required.

An excellent blend of comedy, a cooking show, and Stomp. Perfect for visitors of all ages because it requires no knowledge of the Korean language. If you can get a seat on the first floor go for it, but the view from the second floor is great. We spent the evening laughing and clapping along to all the action.

Love the show. I initially thought it was like STOMP, but the show exceeded my expectation by inviting audiences to participate in the show. It also has good storyline. A must watch for visitors in Korea!
