Amazing customer service. I thought the flight bag warranty was good for one year but it turns out it is three years! Sent pictures of the premature wear and tear (pictured) I was experiencing and, without any more hassle than simply an email with the pictures, and they are sending me a replacement when the next shipment goes out next month. The bag is pricey but the warranty and customer service and absolutely worth it! Awesome company with the right mindset for today's aviators.

MGF has a great product and it was nice to meet Jacob today in person. He explained that most sales are online, but he was so accommodating today with a piece I needed to be able to fly with tomorrow. Local Denver businesses are great, but a world class product right here is even more impressive. I now have mounts for my iPad, Stratus 2, and even my cell that work well. They just plain work.

My Go Flight is an excellent Company. Their bags are very well designed and their customer care is first rate. These people stand behind their products.

CAUTION!!! I bought a mount and the required IPad holder and the holder is defective in that the IPad doesn't fit securely and falls out of the case and have called and left several messages and emailed and left several messages and no response what so ever. BEWARE!!! If you get a defective part apparently you are stuck with it!!!!

This company is amazing! Their products are 1st rate in quality and design. I am very hard on equipment and I have only had one issue, and these guys were way more than prompt and fair to resolve the solution.

I have purchased two of these. The good: The size is perfect to accommodate an ipad and a single headset, sandwich, iphone, keys, spare glasses, and a few extras. I have owned other larger capacity bags and wind up carrying around more stuff that i never use. This bag keeps you honest so that you only carry what you'll use on virtually every flight. The not so good: The first, the zipper failed around the upper curve in under two months, so i ordered another, thinking maybe I was hard on it, the second failed in 6 months. I just never zip it up past the curve now and have spilled my stuff over a wet tarmac several times as a result. Second the slit/zipper sleeve on the rear is designed with two dimensions in mind, so if you attempt to slide it over your rollerbag handle, it'll be a fight if you have an ipad in the ipad slot along with headsets. The bag needs 1" extra fabric horizontally in this area to eliminate the hasstle and improve its use. I came to the website to see if mygoflight had made improvements to the bag to encourage me to purchase a third. The price and what appears to be the same bag have eliminated me from being a customer. There are cheaper, more sturdy options out there. I've helped mygoflight sell dozens of these, purely by others asking about them, I am honest about my like, but disappointment with the zippers, rollerbag slot. Later I meet those I sold on the bag and they with chagrin agree the zippers are of low quality. I am going to hand sew my own YKK quality zipper into this bag to extend its use for the price of a zipper and an hour of my time. 230$ is rediculous for a bag with a poor design and cheap zippers. you can see the excess fraying on the zipper, and that is after a few months of use. 5 stars for size, 3 fordesign 1 for material quality.

I have a mygoflight glass screen protector on my iPad mini 3. Removes glare and most of the fingerprints. My iPhone 7 is horrible. Just placed mygoflight glass screen protector. Glare gone fingerprints gone. Also bought one for my iPad mini 4. Fingerprints were horrible before, now no problem. Reduced glare. These are expensive but I sure get what I paid for. Tried other products. This is the only one that works.

After being assured that the MGF iPad mount would fit my airplane I found that it would not.....their company support was terrible and I ended up filing down the clamp so it would fit....not a good company to deal with!
