Nice selection of frames and good product quality overall. However, the customer service experience in this specific brunch was disappointing. When we asked to order a new, untouched pair of glasses instead of purchasing the display model that many people had tried on, we were told that we “don’t understand luxury experience” and that it’s not standard practice to provide a fresh item. In my opinion, plastic frames in the €400–500 range that are being worn by 100 customers a day don’t exactly qualify as luxury, and I’ve never encountered this approach before. A more customer-friendly attitude would have made the experience much better. We bought the frame as other colleague quickly told us that he will do what’s desired, but I wish all your workers learnt basic respect and how to do sales properly.

I went there to get new lenses for my old mykita glasses. The employee was super nice and helpful and gave me a few options to choose from. She recommended me the perfect lenses and after not even 24 hours I was able to pick up my „new“ glasses, after receiving a notification via WhatsApp. I’m super happy with them

The quality of MYKITA glasses is absolutely outstanding — but this review isn’t just about the product itself. I bought my first pair during a trip to Berlin in 2022 and they were, without a doubt, the best glasses I’ve ever worn. After losing them about a year ago, it was hard to find the exact same model again, especially living in Brazil. When my husband had a trip to Germany coming up, I reached out to the MYKITA store in Berlin and was incredibly well assisted by Karina. She went above and beyond — from helping with the payment process to making sure the glasses were delivered to the hotel on time. Exceptional service, from my very first purchase to this replacement. Highly recommend!

Later on, I needed assistance with another matter and contacted her by phone, and once again, she resolved it quickly and professionally. Highly recommended!

I was in Berlin from Australia, travelling around Europe. A lens from my optical sunglasses kept falling out and I came across MYKITA Berlin Mitte while searching for an optician there. I was so lucky to have Peter and his assistant look after me and my sunnies! Great service and results. Vielen Dank!

I really don't get the - reviews! I was in the store 2 times today and got excellent customer service. I know myKita from a good friend back home and he is fascinated so it was a must go while in Berlin. I had no intention of buying. First visit i browsed throug their assortment and saw two pair of glasses which just struck me. The blonde Lady who appeared to be the Manager had a customer and still she helped me out while I was trying glasses. She was super honest and said why what fits me or dosent! I spend 20 min in store and left. Had lunch and was still thinking about the pair. So i returned 2h later and Dax a super nice shop assistant was on shift. I told her about the pair I was thinking about and she showed me extensively the features while laying out myKitas Philosophy and that its hand Made in Germany. I bought them. No intention on spending a small fortune on shades the Atmosphere and honesty of the service took me as well as the quality of those glasses. So here I am having to explain to my wife why I spend so much 🙈
