⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly wonderful stay at Mykonos Grand Hotel & Resort We stayed as a couple with our 12-year-old daughter, and our experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The entire staff is incredible – friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, making you feel welcome from the first moment. The pool staff were all amazing, but Christos especially made every day unforgettable with his warm personality, big heart, world-class service, constant attentiveness, and genuine smile that lit up our vacation. ❤️ The hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious and beautifully maintained, and the private beach is quiet, clean, and perfect for relaxation. The overall service is truly exceptional – every request is handled immediately and often anticipated before we even ask. The shuttle service to Mykonos Town and the Old Town is always on time and makes getting around the island easy and stress-free. My wife had a knee problem that made walking long distances difficult, but thanks to the buggy service available anytime, we had no issues moving around the hotel comfortably. And we cannot forget the breakfast – a real gourmet experience, rich, flavorful, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We enjoyed every single moment, felt like royalty throughout our stay, and we will definitely return to this amazing hotel. One of the best hotels we've been to. The rooms are amazing, private beach. And the best of all the service. The hotel staff, especially Straviola, we're so friendly to the kids. Actually everyone in the staff was friendly in a really touching way that made our stay unforgettable. Would recommend from the bottom of my heart.

Super friendly staff – made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Outstanding service – everything was smooth, professional, and relaxed. Delicious food – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Stunning sea views – especially from the adult pool area right by the water. The spa was amazing – peaceful, elegant, and totally rejuvenating. Loved the adult-only pool near the sea – perfect for relaxing in a quiet, scenic setting. A beautiful mix of luxury and tranquility in every detail. Fully recommended.

We have been coming to the Mykonos Grand Hotel every summer for the past five years, and each visit somehow exceeds the last. The facilities are beautifully maintained and always look brand new. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the rooms are spotless, reflecting the hotel’s dedication to high standards. The beach service is fantastic, making every moment by the sea enjoyable and stress-free. Breakfast offers plenty of delicious options to satisfy all tastes, and the spa is truly top-notch — a perfect place to unwind and treat yourself. The bar is also worth mentioning, with a knowledgeable bartender who creates excellent cocktails to suit any preference. But what truly makes the Mykonos Grand stand out is the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Their genuine hospitality and care create an unforgettable experience every time. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and welcoming place to stay in Mykonos. The shuttle service to Mykonos town is a great facility that we used almost every night.

Outstanding hotel. What a fantastic hotel, wonderful staff and worth 5 stars and more. We had an amazing stay and from the minute we walked through the door it was exceptional. Fantastic bar and pool area and the breakfast each day was truly amazing. So many staff making sure everything was ok and they are so kind. The room was amazing , so much room and we had a pool with terrace and large swing chair. They made our anniversary and birthday so special. Having the private coach daily from the hotel to the town an back was very helpful. Also calling the hotel to book a taxi was so easy. Will 100% return.

I truly wanted to like this property more than I did. This was our final stop after 12 nights on other islands. In Crete and Santorini, we stayed at truly exceptional hotels with world-class service. Out of the four hotels we visited, this was the second most expensive yet it offered the least in terms of service and amenities. While the staff were generally polite, the experience did not feel like genuine 5-star hospitality. In this price range, you expect warm, proactive service, but here it often felt like questions or requests were met with mild inconvenience. The room itself was fine, but for the cost, it felt underwhelming. Turndown service left branded trinkets rather than anything thoughtful or indulgent. Even a simple chocolate would have been more appreciated. Pool and beach service were inconsistent, another disappointment at this price point. If this hotel were 25 to 50 percent less expensive, I would rate it more favorably. Unfortunately, it does not deliver the true 5-star experience it claims to offer.

The service at this hotel is some of the best I have ever experienced. The adjoining rooms for my wife and two kids were ideal. The master bedroom is lovely with a large bath and outdoor shower. There is also 3 balconies. Including a rooftop area to relax sunbathe and jacuzzi. The pool and beach access is ideal. This place was a 10 out of 10 for us. Also the hourly shuttles to Mykonos Town made it easy for us to come and go for dinner and shopping. This is not a beach party hotel, but ideal for a quiet vacation with a lover or your family. The food is also delicious and the gym and spa are good enough. I highly recommend!!

From the arrival to departure the staff were so attentive we felt comfortable and loved. Everyone quickly got to know you and helped wherever possible. We have delayed baggage from BA and the reception staff went the extra mile to locate the baggage and keep us up to date. Advice on restaurants and booking them for you was amazing.||We celebrated our daughter’s 16th and they helped with all the necessary.||Breakfast was an experience..|Dinner in the hotel was divine …||The trick they have is the friendliness and extraordinary helpfulness with everything ||Our experience with the Mykonos Grand was just exceptional…|Eleni in reception was the star in this phenomenal team.||Would recommend this hotel without hesitation and revisit definitely
