We rented the junior suite. It had a central location and a nice girl checked us in. Esthetically this was a nice apartment. It had a small balcony too. But it has only one double bed. In the kitchen and in the sitting-room there were coaches . And the quality of the coaches were too bad to give a good sleeping quality. We also missed some pegs on the wall by the shower, cutting-board and knife to the bread, a functioning light bulb in the toilet. I have given feedback to the owners, so I hope they make som improvements for the next guests.

Superb! My husband and I stayed in apartments 3381 and 3382 ("maisonette") with our 2 sons in Nov 2016. A modern duplex, recently renovated. Living room on the ground floor had a sofa bed, kitchen, washing machine and toilet. Upstairs was the the bedroom with a free standing bath tub overlooking the canal and an attached bathroom.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Stayed 2 nights in appartment 3. Rooms are clean and air conditioned. Nice shower great kitchen. Nice to take all family and free enjoy and rest in Venice. Staff is very friendly and kind. Thank you.

Great apartment tastefully furnished in a modern style. Perfect location (Castello) to visit the Contemporary Art Biennale. Yoses who welcomed us has been very nice to us. We appreciated the expresso coffee machine with a few complimentary coffee capsules. Thanks a lot! The bed was very comfortable. Very close to a supermarket where you can buy readymade tasty Italian food to eat at home in the beautiful brand new kitchen. I recommend this place +++

This hotel cancelled our booking just 2 weeks before our trip during the busy tourist season. They provided no apology and did not offer us an alternative room option - even though they had availability advertised online. Very disappointing customer service.
