MYR Hotel Palau Vallier

Palacio Vallier is a wonderful hotel. First, the location is perfect, it’s in Valencia’s old town, on Plaza de Manises, and just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Plaza de la Virgen and Valencia Cathedral, so you’re right in the heart of everything. ||The staff are super friendly and attentive. They welcomed us warmly, gave us welcome drinks, and water bottles every day. The room we stayed in was on the smaller side, but very comfortable, clean.||Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a good variety. Check-in and check-out were smooth. We had an early departure (5:00 AM to the airport), and the team was kind and helpful assisting us with that.

What a wonderful 6 day stay we had at Palau Vallier. From the moment we arrived, the front of house staff made every special effort with our family of two small children not only physically helping us with our bags and large double buggy but caring for our kids, distracting them with bubbles and being generally caring and wonderful full of tailor made recommendations. The housekeepers were exceptionally adaptable to our need for a cot and extra bed and every day was like coming back to a new room. The breakfast staff are some of the kindest warmest people we have met and again flexible with our needs and distraction techniques. The little stories and explanations about Valencia made our stay even more poignant. The hotel itself is amazingly well situated and the envy of all the tourists walking by. The food at breakfast is very good with table service and a wide choice of freshly cooked/prepared dishes all top class. The room was spacious and comfortable with silent air con and soft comfortable beds. Our only slight issues are taxi access but that is the issue with a central Valencia location. We will definitely be back and looking for MYR hotels in future. To the management your Valencia hotel is a prime example of how to mix luxury with friendliness and impeccable hosting skills.

Excellent Stay! The room was impeccable! Hugo is Highly Commendable! Him and Adrian gave us very nice memorable first impressions. We were amazed that they actually gave us our preferred room - 203!☺️|Hugo gave us all the information we need and more! Adrian was very helpful and always goes out of his way to make us feel at home.|Hands down the BEST Breakfast experience in all of the hotels we’ve been to! Everything was made to order but with highest quality. Valery is Outstanding! Each day starts with Valery greeting us with warmth and always providing us with whatever we need. Always proactive and cheerful. Maria and the other guy (in black) are equally excellent as well! |We cannot find anything negative to say. Kudos to everyone! The menu at La Perfumeria, the hotel’s jewel, reflects Valencia’s essence, drawn from the markets and sea, yet presented with modern finesse. Team welcomes with a hand on the heart, this small gesture carries weight. An Epicurean Affair at every meal. The Lladro Bar within the hotel’s refined lounge offers exquisite Lladro pieces and poised porcelain. Crafted with care each cocktail is a prelude to the evening ahead!

Where do I start, having travelled many countries and cities I can safely recommend that this hotel is with the best of the best. |All the staff are polite and can not do enough to make sure you want for nothing, our double deluxe room on the top floor looking out over the square was beautiful, spotlessly clean with loads of little extras in the room. |The bed gave me as good a nights sleep as I've had in a very long time.|The hotel decor from the entrance lobby all the way upto the roof terrace , via the glass staircase is stunning. |If you're going to Valencia treat yourself and stay at what is one of the best hotels around, we will certainly be back.

One of my best friends celebrated her wedding at the Palacio Vallier in Valencia and it was the most amazing place to have the ceremony in. It is simply stunning. Also the staff did an outstanding job! Everything was catered to the detail and just well thought out. I would like to point out that Romy's service throughout the entire event really left a mark on us, the way she was constantly helping the bride at all times and making sure all guests were comfortable and taken care of, made it feel as if it was one of her own that was getting married. You could see how dedicated and involved she was in this very special event. It was a beautiful ceremony through and through. A big thanks to the staff and to Romy! If I ever get married, this will definitely be my first option.

Palacio Vallier is a real gem. The perfect combination of the old and the new.|It is centrally located and once you step outside you are surrounded by history.|Hotel itself is a piece of Art decorated by famous porcelain company Lladro.|Breakfast was truly amazing. It was wow. We were a bit worried when we got to know there is only A la carte menu and no buffet but they proved us wrong! The most delicious breakfast we had in a long time. The chefs were very fast and accommodating every our need without compromising the quality of our meals.|Then there was Valeria. The beautiful lady who took care of us every morning, remembered every order and attended us with her cute personality. She is a real treasure to the hotel. Of course we need to mention all the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. And we are coming definitely back!!!

Palacio Vallier is outstanding, offering the best of quality, serenity, service, and location. While in a very convenient area, the hotel itself is on a small and quiet (almost private-feeling) plaza. The building itself is historic, gorgeous, and tastefully updated for every comfort. Our room was generous in size, with a stunning marble bathroom. There was ample storage (lacking in many hotels), plenty of hangers, and the most substantial, comfortable slippers we have ever encountered in a 5-star hotel. There was a convenient refrigerator, stocked with soft drinks replenished to our liking daily. Coffee, too, of course. The service was superb, friendly and cordial without being overly formal. Palacio Vallier provided a perfect stay in Valencia. Superb!
