Do you know those trips where the accommodation is so incredible that it makes you want to revisit the city? This is one of them. The location is unbeatable, right in front of Mercado Central. The surrounding area is perfect for exploring the city center on foot—beautiful, vibrant, and surprisingly peaceful. It's also just a 2-minute walk to several supermarkets and surrounded by fantastic boutique restaurants offering authentic and affordable meals. We've stayed here multiple times, in different rooms, and each visit has been exceptional. The rooms are modern, newly furnished, and incredibly comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the kitchens are impressively well-equipped for those who prefer cooking. The staff deserves special mention—they are consistently amazing. Always helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind, they truly enhance the experience. The spa, though compact for a city-center location, is well-maintained and feels brand new. The massages are a must-try and were a highlight of our trip. This place is 100% recommended, whether you're traveling with kids or without. We will surely come back in the future. A big thank you to the staff for making every stay so memorable!

This is our 4th time in this hotel and we have always been perfectly satisfied. The location is perfect, close to so many things worth seeing . The area is full of nice restaurants and squares full of life. However the rooms are very quiet. We love the clean spacious suites, comfortable beds, the spa and above all the friendly service we met from Gaby in the reception.

Lovely comfortable rooms, excellent staff at reception, in the restaurant and in upkeep. Good location, easily accessible by metro (six or seven minute walk). Facilities in room very good. The gym facilities are small, but the spa facilities seemed popular. Enjoyed my stay.

It was our wedding anniversary and there were love heart balloons and chocolates awaiting us in our room upon arrival. A nice touch. The check in was seamless and all staff members were so helpful over the 5 days of our stay. A particular shout out to Luke who gave us valuable tips and advice about transport and things to see and do in Valencia. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious. Thank you for looking after us do well.

If you want to stay in the heart of Valencia this is the place to stay. My wife and I stayed here over Christmas and it was absolutely perfect. We bought food for Christmas dinner at the central market and cooked it in our room. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. The staff were great and took care of all our needs. It was like we had found a new home.

My experience is very positive. Room had space, sauna was not crowded. Staff is very professional and helpful, always ready to support. Next time I will probably not go for the breakfast, which is limited options (but still good if you want to have it “secured”). Thank you!

The positive comments about the location ( close to all touristic sites, restaurants, the Main market , pharmacies etc) are totally accurate. The staff are professional, very helpful and customer service oriented. The room was spacious, very clean, great linens and toiletries. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. ||The only recurring issue we had throughout our stay was the wifi connectivity.. inconsistent, we had to re log on over and over, slow. Staff gave us a portable WIFI to address but not much help… we did not have WIFI issues in any other hotel in Spain.

Well this is a fabulous hotel, lovely beds ,aircon we had a superior suite so a kitchenette which if we were staying longer would have been beneficial . Breakfast was lovely and just enough, though a buffet would have been nice. Staff are very helpful. Our beef was the key system it’s now downloaded onto your phone via a QR code, my hubby was not a happy bunny, he hated it! We also noticed a lot of the restaurants are adopting this system now too. Surely we should be trying to convincing people not to use mobile phones in restaurants! |So that’s why I have awarded 4 stars if the key system had been a physical key ! |This will not affect the younger generation at all just us mid sixties moaners
