An Exceptional Stay in the Heart of València Our stay at this hotel was truly outstanding, thanks to its prime location, exceptional service, and excellent facilities. The hotel’s position in the heart of the old town was perfect, we could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions. The on-site parking was invaluable, as street parking in this area is virtually impossible to find. Our room exceeded expectations, it was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully modern. The kitchen was handy to store drinks in the fridge and make coffee in the evenings and morning. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable and it was nice and quiet, ensuring restful nights throughout our stay. We dined at the hotel restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, and the quality was impressive. The breakfast selection was particularly extensive, offering something for every taste. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived – when reception staff came out to greet us and guide us to the parking – until our departure, every team member was welcoming and attentive. The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff all went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious and had a lovely kitchenette with a microwave, plates refrigerator and stove. |4. The building is non descriptive but this hotel is really a hidden gem. They have a body jacuzzi in the spa that was superb. |5. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were an absolute credit to the hotel - cheerful, efficient and genuinely friendly. Their warm hospitality set the tone for an enjoyable stay and made us feel instantly welcome. A special highlight was the unexpected birthday gift waiting in our room - a thoughtful gesture that added a personal and memorable touch to our stay. Our room on the third floor was perfect - clean, spacious and with a balcony that offered a spot to watch the world go by. Every detail contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay which has given us the desire to return.

The hotel could not be better placed in the centre of the old quarter. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and the staff so helpful and friendly. |We also had a wonderful relaxing massage with two excellent masseurs. |The whole experience made for a great few days in this beautiful and fascinating city.

This hotel is just perfect on so many levels. Friendly staff, large clean rooms, in the centre of town, near the main market and most places of interest are close by that you can walk. Plenty of bars and restaurants just outside the hotel to choose from. The outside appearance of the hotel doesn’t look much but once inside it has a really nice atmosphere. Would definitely return if in town.

I booked three rooms at this hotel due to its prime city center location, perfectly situated for all the needs of a traveler. Although my stay was brief, just three nights, it was nothing short of exceptional. The reception staff went above and beyond, offering invaluable assistance and insightful recommendations. The rooms were spacious and serene, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The amenities were thoughtfully curated, and the housekeeping team ensured our accommodations were both comfortable and convenient. It wasn't just the outstanding location that made our stay memorable; it was the dedication and professionalism of the entire hotel staff that truly enhanced our experience and created lasting memories.

Our stay could not have been better. Communication through WhatsApp was amazing, even before we arrived. Staff were really helpful and recommended local parking as our car was too long to fit in the hotel car park's lift. We used the car park under the central market which was really easy to get to, minutes to walk to the hotel and cost about the same as the hotel car park.||We stayed in the Penthouse which was very spacious and well equipped. Beds were super comfortable and there are two excellent bathrooms. The Penthouse has a private terrace which we couldn't use as it was too hot and noisy, due to it being surrounded by all the ducting for air-conditioning; this was only minor and didn't spoil our stay in any way.||We had an issue with our room being incredibly hot and despite trying to turn the air-conditioning down, we couldn't cool the room. One call to Reception and they sorted it immediately and our room was lovely and cool.||The hotel is really well located in the heart of the historic centre, making it really easy to walk and see so much. ||All staff were really friendly and welcoming, but special mention to the member of staff who checked us in on the day we arrived; she was super friendly and welcoming, and made a point of talking to us each day of our stay.||We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we can't wait to return.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The room felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, complete with a full kitchen, which was incredibly convenient. I especially loved the little touches. Like the Nespresso machine, chocolates, and a small pastry muffin as a welcome gift. They even included a complimentary drink at the hotel restaurant and a massage at their spa (though unfortunately, I didn’t have time to enjoy it). What truly made my stay memorable, though, were the reception staff. Every single one of them was so kind, welcoming, and helpful—it really set the tone for my visit. I also appreciated the refreshing cold towel they offered upon check-in, which was such a thoughtful detail on a hot day.
