Myriad

We stayed at the Myriad by SANA in Lisbon for one night and had a really nice experience. The room was very modern and high-tech, with a floating bed in the center and automated blackout shades. The shower was all glass and right in the middle of the room, and the toilet area was also glass with light frosting. It’s fine if you’re a couple, but it might feel a little awkward if you’re staying with friends since the layout is definitely more romantic. The location was great and the hotel felt very upscale. Breakfast was okay but not included with our stay. We had dinner at the hotel and it was really good. The service during dinner was a bit slow, but the food made up for it. The staff overall were very helpful and attentive, especially with helping us with our luggage on arrival and departure. We’d definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Lisbon.

We booked a deluxe room which had either a bath or shower, but upon arrival there was only a shower available (or we had to choose to get separate beds). The shower didn't have enough pressure, the massage jets just tinkled down the wall. The toilet made a lot of noise every few minutes, day and night. The TV was completely in Portuguese and we had no idea how to change the language, it seemed important since it had hotel information on there. The breakfast was amazing however, the rooms were clean and the staff friendly.

Booked this hotel because of the conference we attended was held here. Asked for a room with bathtub months ago during booking and didn’t get any response. Normally if I had a request or a question, hotel staff will reply, not this one. We eventually got a room with a shower which was quite disappointing. The location is far away from the old downtown but it is nice to take a walk along the river. The design and furniture of the room are not up to 5 star hotel. Quite small but clean. No privacy at all if you travel with your friend since there is no curtain covering the shower. The bidet is in the way when you want to use the toilet. It would be great if the window goes down to the floor to have a better view. The staff forgot to refill the tea bags. Breakfast room has a great view. The breakfast buffet is adequate but doesn’t really stand out. Staff was very fast in cleaning up the used plates and so on. All in all we paid 280€ a night with breakfast and didn’t feel like the whole deal is worth the money.

We chose the Myriad because it was close to the airport, but the hotel ended up being so much more! I loved the free health center and spa on the top floor. The waterfront restaurants across the street had a great selection and lively atmosphere. The views of the bridges and city were gorgeous. The staff was very nice and made us a breakfast box to take to the airport in the morning. It felt like we extended our vacation by a day by staying here -- a perfect last night in Portugal!

We had a wonderful 4 nights' stay and would recommend to anyone who loves a peaceful and quiet getaway. This is one of the best hotels in Europe in term of flexibility in the check-in time, of course, subjected to room availability and it's not a given. Front desk manager Sofia Pinheiro is very friendly and helpful, making our stay memorable. Lots of choices at breakfast and special thanks to Klisman Francisco. A very hardworking young chap who make an effort to remember the guests and their needs. We had dinner at their 2-star Michelin restaurant Fifty Seconds and the food and wine pairing were good. There are also a lot of eateries and cafe nearby. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Lisbon in the future.

The location of the hotel and the hotel itself are exceptional. Being a business trip, we probably couldn't take advantage of certain hotel amenities. We can describe the room and its views as spectacular, with a whirlpool tub in the room (albeit with a broken handle). Nice decor and a comfortable bed. The included breakfast was good, on par with other hotels in Parque das Naciones with fewer stars and lower prices. Compared to a 5-star hotel, some things were pretty poor, such as the bathtub handle, the cleanliness of the tub, and some towels with blackened corners. The window opening, for a 15th-floor apartment, was a bit weak. But the worst thing is that they should have provided better information about the parking location. In our case, it was a terrible experience for a hotel of its category. Paying €27 for one night's parking and, to access the hotel, having to leave the parking lot, climb some stairs with our suitcases, and access the hotel as if we had parked outside the hotel. Discovering that from the parking lot, you could access the convention center and the hotel itself is also not a good way to access it. Especially after asking at reception for parking access, they were informed after paying that it was accessed from outside. This is more than just a broken bathtub handle, a broken welcome glass, and a poorly-fitting window lock on the 15th floor (all of which were reported at reception upon our departure).

We were there for dinner . The service we got was quite and experience. We were very impressed. The manager of the restaurant Sofia was so friendly , we felt like we were treated like guest of the hotel . The place was so clean . The main bathroom looked like a spa. The staff at the front made us feel like royalty when we drove up . They opened the door and they were very friendly and helpful. The experience was phenomenal. I would definitely stay there next time.

From the moment we got to the location we felt like this was the right hotel. The service from all the staff was amazing. Our hostess Sophia P was amazing she welcomed us every morning in the dining room. She makes sure the guests are taken care of and received the best service ever. Definitely recommend this hotel.
