We encountered minor issues with the WiFi and air conditioning, but Amber promptly resolved them. Her positive attitude, warm smile, and practical solutions made everything effortless. We felt incredibly welcomed by her.

The 3 course menu in the restaurant was perfect every single night of our stay as half board guests. Perfect breakfast buffet too. The staff are helpful and the hotel is always clean. Ski in ski out with all modern facilities. Highly recommend.

The room we had was outstanding. I would not recommend the restaurants however. The food was mediocre and the apathy of the waiters and bartender was apparent.

Very friendly staff and ideal ski resort for beginners, the lessons given by Sebastian were very good. The hotel was nice and clean. I wasn't too keen on the food, it wasn't too bad but options were limited but I can live with that. The main issue I wasn't happy about was the room temperature - it was set to 19 degree which you could increase to 23 degrees. Problem is once it reached that, it then slowly dropped back to 19 and you have to increase it again. Not acceptable in a cold country. Aside from that, all round great experience, highly recommend.

Ok hotel price a bit high. Breakfast is ok but nothing special. Looks like in winter it's more lively

A great ski resort hotel to stay at even during the off months. Lots of hiking and other activities around. The staff were great, welcoming, and accommodating.

A very boring hotel, avoid it if you are not going there on a ski holiday. Very poor choice of food, very few options for buffet breakfast.

Hungry for a great meal? Stop here. Beautiful location, friendly staff, and delicious food with large portions. Pizza could be shared. We were a party of five and all were pleased with what we ordered: spaghetti, Caesar salad, hamburger, and pizza.
