DO NOT GO HERE!! The guy sammy is a theft !!! My partner ordered a necklace for as a Christmas present begging of December through a friend who suggested him. We dont live in NY so he said he would mail it long story short he gave excuse after excuse why I haven't received it. He said he sent it a multiple times but could never give a tracking number. Since it didn't arrive by Christmas which he swore it would I asked for a refund. He made up excuse after excuse he has cancer and he cant send back the money so he robbed me of 2 thousand dollars. Police reports and in the process of getting his shaddy store closed down! Do not buy he is a scam artist crook !!!!

I was a happy customer here until Sam took payment for a sentimental pendant of my recently deceased mother for my brother and never produced the product. He constantly uses the excuse of chemo to delay the process. At this point all we want is the money back but he is ignoring calls and now the business is temporarily closed. STAY AWAY. Do not conduct business at all.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I Put down a $400 deposit in a pendant that he claimed would take 2 weeks. A month and a half later, after no updates, he claimed the piece was finished but failed to ever show me proof of progress or completed product. After 2-3 weeks of hearing excuses after he claimed the piece was finished, i decided to cancel my order. If i could give a zero star I would.

BE AWARE OF Myrtle gold treasure located in Ridgewood Queens Sam owner & his brother are nothing but scammers they deal with fake gold, don't leave deposits, He taking people $$$ deposits and don't pay for something until you know is % gold, he will sell you fake gold and after months you will see your piece turn black ! !!!! He did it to few people and me being a costumer over 30 years is unacceptable !! imagine what he's capable of doing to a new costumer ! Sam took a "deposit" of the full amount for a Cuban Chain order and stole my money. Over a year he delaying my order, he wants everyone to feel sorry about his sickness & that's unacceptable !! He's a scammer % !! and the worst thing he gave a check that bounced !!! Shame on you Sam !!!!! Report to BBB & Social Media !!! This location is 0 Rating ...PERIOD !

This man is a scam i ordered a 4,100 dollar chain!!! i asked for it to be ready as soon as possible that i will be paying full price and taking it out as soon as it was ready! He told me it would be ready in two weeks i put 1100 dollar down. This was 4 months ago!! He did not have the merchandise ready or anything to show he had the items i requested... for weeks i asked for pictures or anything to show for the pieces i ordered!! He lies and lies about being a good person and evens uses an excuse of having cancer.. he even involved me in his personal business to cover himself needing more time to come up with the items.. always telling me that he had the merchandise already and it was going to be ready a certain day and when i would call to pay and pick up the stuff, he would avoid me or use an excuse that he was fixing a diamond and adding finishing touches but nothing to show, no picture, no proof, nothingggg!!! Now that i no longer want the items.. he has been giving me the run around for my refund! 1100 dollars is 1100 and he refuses to refund me back my money.. he sent me 200 to shut me up and refuses to send me the 900 left.. He uses his so called cancer and him going thru personal stuff as an excuse to not return me my money.. which i dont even know if its true or not..ima very understanding person and i dont wish that on anyone but he lied and said that he just found out about his cancer right when i made my order and when i searched his business, other people are going thru the same and he had been using his cancer excuse since beginning 2023.. now i have to pay for lawyers fees, file police reports and who knows even have to go to court to get my money back!!! This man has caused nothing but stress and anxiety on me for the past 4 months and refuses to return my 900 And the more i look into his business, this is an ongoing situation and nothing is being done! I will be reporting this to the business bureau this is very shameful for a man to claim he is a good person who can be trusted once u meet him has turned out to be nothing but a headache.. business is business and i have nothing to do with his personal life! And im really sorry if he really does have cancer but this is just overwhelming and messed up!!!! You cant claim to be a good person and yet steal from people!

My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years. Sam is amazing! So welcoming and understanding. He listens to exactly what we ask for and always gives a good price! This place literally has everything and will custom make anything! Go see Sam for anything you need.

My cousin ordered a custom made ring. She was told it would take 6 weeks. She paid $600 and 4 months later she still has no ring. Sam K.? You own this business? You should be ashamed of yourself!! You should be giving her money back! I am calling the BBB and filing a complaint against you Shame on you!!

Christmas was quickly approaching last year and I wanted a good jeweler I could buy my partner a gold chain and Jesus piece from. Went on a trusted recommendation to Myrtle Gold where the owner Sam was very professional and helpful. He made sure that I walked away happy not only with a chain I loved but that my partner was stoked to wear. Since then, my partner has now made Sam his jeweler and went back this year for a matching watch to complete the set. Friendly service & expedited to make it in time for the holiday! I'll definitely be returning soon.

This is THE place to get your jewelry! Amazing customer service, beautiful real gold 10, 14, 18 caret gold and great fair prices! Have been going here for ALL my jewelry needs for 18 years and send all family and friends to Sam. Always feel welcomed and glad to be seen. Great thing is if you don't see what you want or need just tell them and they make it happen! They can get what you want if it's not in there store. Best place to get your gold or silver!!!!

Came in for a battery change on my watch the owner was quick and friendly $7 was in and out in less then 10 minutes

Avoid this place like the plague. They sell 10K gold and lie about it being 14K. I've been told by 3 people already that they've been scammed by the owner. If you must shop at this location ASK TO SEE THE GOLD STAMP. Do not trust them with or for your jewelry needs. You don't even have to take my word for it. Look at his instagram @samgotgoldtreasure. He'll tag 14K on newly arrived merchandise when the manufacturer tag CLEARLY says 10K. Buyers beware.

The worst experience I have ever add with a jeweler this guy Sam is a slick talking lier I kid u not this guy gave me the run around for my own jewelry like it was his and I gave him diamonds to do work for me at one point after 2 and a half months I thought the guy had robbed me I went to his store day after day to get my jewelry back and he would not give it to me eventually I turned ignorant like him and he came up with some shit not the diamonds I gave him at all I don't even think these are real at all not the gold I gave him either stay away from this place trust me a real Jew Bastard the other worker wouldn't help me either get my stuff they just looked at me like poor baby I hate the service the jewelry is fake ..u can't make this stuff up all facts

I visited the Jewelry Store since they're close by my residence. They buy & sell diamonds & gold, they have watches, rings, etc. I was able to get quotes on some of my items. I sold my unused jewelry at a fair value. The employees are very friendly & helpful. They're worth visiting.
