Very nice hotel with breathtaking views. What we valued the most was how helpful and going the extra mile of the hotel staff. Anything and everything we asked for was provided to us or at least gave us advice on where to find it if not available from them. The breakfast options are quite varied which makes it perfect if you have a long stay. I would like to point out that we really valued how good they are with parking and ensuring cars are safe in the parking spots. We celebrated my birthday during our stay and it was just perfect. Sunsets are stunning!!!!

It is a lovely hotel on the far end of Mon Choisy. If you want to stay next to a beautiful 2km long swimming beach then this hotel is worth considering. It restaurant, Restaurant 36, has mixed reviews but I found the food and service to be awesome.

Beautiful location. Balcony rooms have a stunning view. The sunset is to die for. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Loved it so much I even extend my stay.

The location is unbeatable, right by the sea with breathtaking views and beautiful, tropical surroundings. A quiet, sandy beach is just next door, ideal for relaxing in peace. Our stay at Mystik Hotel in Mauritius was an absolute nightmare, especially considering we were there on our honeymoon and were expecting something special. Instead, we were welcomed with disappointment after disappointment. To begin with, there was no complimentary water provided – everything had to be paid for, which is ridiculous for a so-called “high-end” hotel. No room service, no luggage service, and no in-room phone to even contact reception. It felt more like a cheap hostel than a hotel. The WhatsApp number they give for assistance? Completely useless. No replies. We were put on the second floor with no lift, despite clearly traveling with six heavy bags including four 23kg suitcases. I had to carry everything myself while staff just stood by. Not once did anyone offer help. As for the room itself, it was crawling with lizards, the AC was way too small and ineffective, and the room remained hot most of the time. No proper cleaning was done during our stay – just a poorly made bed. The bathroom was not cleaned and towels weren’t even replaced. This is basic hotel service and they couldn’t even get that right. We were promised early check-in, but instead had to wait for the room. They even promised breakfast for early checkout – another empty promise. When we did have breakfast, it was a joke. Only one item allowed, no buffet, and terrible quality. Easily the worst hotel breakfast we've had anywhere. Overall, the service was non-existent, the comfort was poor, and it was a huge disappointment for a honeymoon trip. This place is all about the photos and absolutely nothing about service or hospitality. Avoid at all costs. There are far better places in Mauritius that actually care about their guests.
