Food is fine and drinks are good but service is bad enough that I felt I needed to write a review. We paid for 2 drinks, 2 apps. First, one of our group’s cards was run 6 times and the waiter came back to say it “needed an authorization code” which isn’t something none of us have heard of. But it was really more how he handled this, not that it happened, that was the issue. He was rude and instead of trying to troubleshoot with us he said something like “call your credit card company.” So we gave up and the two of us split the bill. We were both brought a receipt for 88$ but were in a rush as it had already taken 10 minutes to try to figure out the credit card situation so just paid it with a 16$ tip. We realized an hour later that it made no sense that what we ordered cost almost 200$ so we went back. We got some extremely confusing story about how they split the bill for us but gave us each the entire receipt. When I tried to explain that you cannot charge people for different charges than what they signed for there was really no answer. I also pointed out that we tipped on the bill we were given which now feels extremely sneaky because we left a 32$ tip which ends up being almost 40%. No effort was made to resolve this issue. We had to ask multiple times to see the bill and when we raised these issues they shrugged. They finally showed us the bill and saw that each bill was for 88$. They did not acknowledge that this was a mistake or made no sense. The response was just “this is how we split bills.” Definitely not going back and check your bill VERY carefully especially if you are splitting it.
