Yelp
Just a smallish nice neighborhood mall to meet the basic needs of people living in the area - grocery, money changer, bakery, bank, hardware store, dry-cleaner and plenty of restaurants/cafes.
Besides street parking which can be a nightmare, there is also underground parking inside the mall which is so much more convenient.
Unless you are enamored by certain food stalls here or in the area, there is really no compelling reason to head over here as most of the stuff is also available elsewhere.
When I am in the area, I will get stuff from Chinta Manis or Bakerzin, have a foot massage at Chen Kang Wellness, get some grocery from the NTUC or get foreign currency from the money changer (rate is not as good as those in town but when you are changing a small amount, it does not make a drastic difference).
There is also yoga at the rooftop on certain days. Da Paolo Gastronomia is no longer there which is quite a pity as I like getting the packs of pasta sauces and salad and desserts.
It is also not super crowded when I am there, usually on weekend late morning to afternoon, making it quite a nice place to chill with a cuppa joe from Coffee Bean or Relish.
