Pros: An aesthetically pleasing, welcoming resort that truly enhanced our time in Chiang Mai. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a neat touch, with housekeeping leaving cute gifts for us. Place was full of adult couples, yet remained quiet and peaceful. The AC was ice cold, and the blackout curtains in the room keep it as dark as you desire in the mornings. The breakfast was wonderful, serving a nice mix of pastries, jams and fresh honeycomb, ham and bacon, steamed buns and congee, and much more. Front desk was staffed 24/7. Located in a very walkable area with easy access to great restaurants and multiple night markets.
Cons: can hear music coming over from a bar across the river at night, there are only four non submerged lounger chairs by the pool so it can be hard to get one. There is no gym besides three outdoor cardio machines.
