Na Nirand Resort

-Location is really good adjoining to Ping river and rise high to avoiding flood and near many shopping centre. |- Atmosphere is really nice the swimming pool is at centre of the hotel with a beautiful garden creating relaxing vibe.|- Room is cleaned and smell really nice with classic and romantic vibe and quiet there is no noise from outside.|-Service is really nice they smile and Wai every time we pass by. The room service and staff is really fast.

The sound of Romance… as you can hear in the video. The location itself was beautiful, but there was nothing romantic or relaxing about the experience. The private “romantic” dinner I had booked to propose to my girlfriend turned out to be in a brightly lit room, with five staff members standing right next to our table, and candles in shot glasses. No effort whatsoever had been made to create a romantic atmosphere. In the end, I decided not to propose there, but to wait for a more meaningful moment somewhere else.

We absolutely loved our time at Na Nirand. The room itself was spotlessly clean and was tended to daily. We enjoyed dinner one night on the river at the Time restaurant on site. The service and food were outstanding. The pool was so serene and picturesque as well. We also can’t say enough kind things about the staff, everyone was so friendly. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and we hope to make it back one day.

No doubt that Na Narind is one of the top hotels, if not the very best in Chiang Mai. The staff is very professional and they really go the extra mile to make the guests feel at home. |The eye for detail is remarkable and the setting next to the river is the cherry on the cake.|We had a wonderful stay and we will certainly come back. |Thank you to all the staff to make this experience a memorable one!

Pros: An aesthetically pleasing, welcoming resort that truly enhanced our time in Chiang Mai. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a neat touch, with housekeeping leaving cute gifts for us. Place was full of adult couples, yet remained quiet and peaceful. The AC was ice cold, and the blackout curtains in the room keep it as dark as you desire in the mornings. The breakfast was wonderful, serving a nice mix of pastries, jams and fresh honeycomb, ham and bacon, steamed buns and congee, and much more. Front desk was staffed 24/7. Located in a very walkable area with easy access to great restaurants and multiple night markets. Cons: can hear music coming over from a bar across the river at night, there are only four non submerged lounger chairs by the pool so it can be hard to get one. There is no gym besides three outdoor cardio machines.
