NABOA Hotel

We had a wonderful stay for three nights. The staff were extremely kind, and we enjoyed delicious meals — both breakfast and dinner were fantastic! The rooms were beautiful and quiet, with a spacious seating area. A stunning jungle ambiance welcomes you as soon as you enter the hotel. Located in a peaceful area of Tulum and easily accessible by rental car or taxi. I also had excellent Pilates, yoga, and functional training classes with Mariana. She is lovely! Thank you for such a lovely start of our vacation in Tulum :-)

A Hidden Jungle Paradise in Tulum The Naboa Hotel in Tulum is brand new and absolutely stunning. The entire property is beautifully and thoughtfully integrated into Tulum’s breathtaking nature. From the moment you arrive, you feel as if you are truly in the middle of the jungle, yet the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, calm, and quiet. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Every single person we encountered was unbelievably warm, kind, and welcoming. You can genuinely feel that they perform their work with love and passion, which creates such a special and heartfelt atmosphere throughout the hotel. The rooms are wonderful—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and filled with attention to detail. Everything feels carefully considered and perfectly maintained. The hotel also offers its own scooter rental, which is incredibly convenient and accommodating. It made getting around Tulum easy and stress-free and added even more comfort to our stay. We also booked an additional massage, and it was absolutely worth it. The therapists took so much time and care, making the entire experience deeply relaxing and special. Naboa Hotel is a true oasis and a perfect place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and feel genuinely cared for. We would return without hesitation.

Oh Naboa 🤍 You stole our hearts within seconds. The design: flawless. The breakfast: delicious. The room: straight out of a dream. The location: perfect (for us), as it’s exactly in the middle between town and the beach. The pool area: so relaxing. The cat: you’ll want to steal her. The service & the team: PERFECTION. Booking tours or taxis, getting (great) food recommendations, receiving a small breakfast to go because your tour leaves at 5:30 AM, getting help with small touristy problems along the way – everything was taken care of. We stayed here for 4 nights, visiting from New Zealand. It was the most relaxing stay, in what i considered luxury without overdoing it. Naboa has an appreciation of their stunning natural environment surrounding them. From the cool cobal flannels when we arrived, to the attentive service every day before, and during our visit, to the beautiful products in the bathrooms, the peaceful zen like spaces, and not least of all the restaurant -Lo La. This was some of the best food i had experienced in Mexico. And we had eaten at many different restaurants. Worth going to the restaurant at Naboa just for a meal if you dont get to stay a night. I would stay there again, over and above all the beach accommodation which can be over crowded and noisy, this was so peaceful and beautiful.

I would not recommend this hotel. The website and room descriptions are misleading. We expected a wellness-focused stay, but there were only one or two yoga classes. The location is very remote with nothing walkable nearby, requiring a rental car or expensive taxis. Amenities are minimal—a small shaded pool with very limited seating. Our two-bedroom had steep stairs, an open bedroom with no privacy, and no blackout curtains, none of which were clearly disclosed online. Service was disappointing, as promised help with dinner reservations and a rental car never happened. Overall, the property looks much better online than it is in reality.

Fantastic hotel, superb room, staff were very attentive and the restaurant was excellent, the head chef has put together an exceptional menu, wish we could have stayed longer and tried more of the menu! Special shout to Carina, very warm and genuine as were all the staff. Location is perfect for unwinding but not really suitable for walking. Taxi to tulum centro 300 pesos (12quid) which was the cheapest taxi of the trip, getting around Tulum/Playa Del Carmen area by taxi is very expensive. Come here to unwind and then move on when ready!

What an amazing hotel ! The view is incredible, and the room is much larger than I originally expected. If you love arts, you will definitely fall in love with the hotel.

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations — spotless rooms, super comfortable beds, and staff who truly go above and beyond. The location is perfect, the atmosphere feels elegant yet relaxed, and every detail made the stay unforgettable. Would 100% come back!
