Was wandering through the neighborhood, stumbled across this place, and so happy that I did. The hostess/waitress was phenomenal. Food was awesome. Amazing atmosphere. Not sure when the next time I’ll be through Winterthur, but if you’re in town, stop here and consider yourself lucky. Thanks for a great time.. made this Canadian feel like family.

Very kind staff, good food, good atmosphere. The waitstaff had a very flawless appearance and went for it’s details with explaining from it’s menu card over to other kind exchanges. For the food we only gave 4 stars since smn of us was vegan and they had only a few or even only 1 vegan “mail meal”. But as well in general we gave a 4 star for it’s food but it was satisfying of course!

The quality and presentation of the food was wonderful and the service was outstanding! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough and will definitely return! It has a warm & welcoming ambience inside and looks like the garden area will be beautiful once the west warms a bit too!

Beautiful cosy place with great food and very good and friendly service. Very special is dining on the the romantic patio overgrown by vines on a lush summer evening. Will be back very soon!

If you had the chance to read my review of the "Nachbarbox" , also a small fast (finger) food restaurant a couple of meter away from this one, you will be amazed that they belong to the same owner meaning the quality here is also not an exception. More formal, also small but food is fantastic, they go to the detail, the presentation and the service. Talking about prices is Switzerland is reactive, as this country is expensive for everyone. I do not want to say it's an expensive restaurant but it goes according standard's of living and here you'll pay what you get I just can say... have a visit, you will not regret it.

Very cute little restaurant. A little bit narrow, because it's in an old swiss family house and the restaurant is in the original living room and the adjoining rooms. They created a lovely atmosphere. The food is just delicious! Everything I tried was amazing! The service is good even when the place is crowded. Which it is pretty often so I recommend making a reservation some days in advance. It's quite expensive but for us foodies it's definitely worth it!

Visited with some work colleagues during a business trip. Needed a little help from Google to translate the menu, but staff were super helpful. Food was impeccable and atmosphere was warm, friendly and hospitable. This was my first visit to Winterthur and Switzerland. The rest of the country now has very high standards to live up to!
