I just had the most delicious grilled octopus! It's honestly the best I've enjoyed in such a long time! The pizza is also great! This is one of the best restaurants in town!

I honestly don’t understand how this place is still open. “National” in Antibes Old Town is hands down the most disappointing restaurant experience I’ve had in France — and that’s saying something. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were interrupting the staff’s personal day. Zero greeting. Zero smile. Just pure irritation on their faces, as if serving customers is a punishment. The food? Calling it “food” is generous. What they served looked like leftovers reheated by someone who genuinely hates their job. Everything was cold, bland, and badly cooked. Even the most basic dishes were a disaster. I’ve eaten better meals in airport microwaves. The service was a complete joke. We waited forever while the staff chatted loudly among themselves, ignoring every table. When the plates finally came, they practically threw them on the table without a single word. I’ve never seen such disrespect in hospitality. And the prices… unbelievable. They charge like they’re a top bistro, but the quality is below fast-food level. It feels like they rely on tourists who don’t know better, because no local would come back after this. By the time we left, we were angry, hungry, and honestly shocked that a restaurant in the heart of Antibes Old Town can be this careless. If you value your money, your time, and your mood — avoid this place. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. This one is an embarrassment.

My friend and I went there for dinner, it was a great experience. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and fun. They are helpful and very knowledgeable. We had the ribs and then had a dessert. The restaurant has a large menu and a big variety. The portions are large and the food is very tasty. It is better if you book ahead of time. We were lucky to find a table last min. Their wine menu is also very good.

Very nice restaurant with very pleasant service. Nicely located on the sun around 14:00. We had the Burrata with tomato and basil sauce together with the Focaccia with straticella and a beer. All at a reasonable price. I can easily revisit.

👍 Pretty good We’ve been here once for dinner and it was pretty fancy, we’ve enjoyed the atmosphere this restaurant offers. Although the prices are on the expensive side, the food itself is pretty worthy, also the portions are on the big side. The only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t give me new silverware after eating the starters, they left me the dirty ones on the table, not even on a plate and I had to ask them to give me new ones.

Lovely place with a great vibe and delicious food (Mostly Italian, but there are plenty of other options). We didn’t have a reservation, but I recommend doing so. Super fast service and friendly staff. All the food smells and looks delicious. Pricey options, but also payable. Depends what you like. Go for it!

The beef carpaccio and goat cheese entrees were delicious and probably the most stand out dishes of the meal. Spaghetti vongoles was OK as was the pizza - nothing to really gripe on, just not wow level standout. They were still good. Creme brulee was another 5 star delicious item. We also got the rum raisin to try... It's rum with ice cream and whipped topping. Probably don't get unless you like eating rum with a spoon. Service was quick.
