Visited back in July, amazed by the inconsistency in service, specifically from a lady, possibly the owner/manager, who made it clear through her actions that our table was not a priority.
Despite there being only two other tables occupied when we arrived, we were ignored for quite some time while she chatted enthusiastically with the other guests. Eventually she asked a guy to bring us menus rather than attending to us herself.
When she did interact with us, her tone was indifferent, minimum words and no eye contact entirely, in spite of being very friendly with the rest of the room.
And while she went out of her way to thank other tables and ask for reviews when they were leaving, unsurprisingly there was no acknowledgment when we left.
Yea this is the kind who served Japanese Negroni and dishes with some Asian ingredients, while giving such kind of attitude to the people from there.
(A review is a record of an experience, and the passage of time doesn't change the facts of how we were treated. Instead of addressing the service gap, the owner had chosen to respond with sarcasm and jabs. That, in itself, speaks volumes to future guests.)
