This is an upscale French patisserie. We waited till it opened & had our breakfast. The almond croissant was good, I was happy with the quality though the others were only so-so. London Fog was a clever Canadian invention, though it is more for marketing than for taste.

after crying in a back alley of the beautiful annex neighbourhood, me and my friend wanted a treat. our first choice was closed so we went here instead because it was the closest bakery. Famously, i review croissants in Montreal, so I wasn’t getting my hopes too high for this place since it’s hard to beat a montreal croissant. Sometimes it pays to stop yourself from dreaming, otherwise when they eventually come crashing down you have no choice but to lay in that bed of shattered light. I did not make that bed today. The croissant was okay, it was a bit dry and I think it was cooked a little too high since the layers didn’t flake nicely. The flavour was good though. We also got a cappuccino and an iced coffee and they were pretty normal. The best part of the experience was the barista offering us some broken macarons for free. I think they could tell I was crying.

The pastries were outstanding, and the cafe was warm and inviting. The cappuccino was ok, as it could be hotter and the beans more flavourful. However, the overall experience was excellent. I now have another cafe to visit.

Great cafe on Bloor Street. The closest subway is Bathurst on Bloor Line. The selection of bakery items and drinks is amazing. The staff is helpful and ensures swift service. Recommended!

Nice, clean and calm environment, service was excellent. Pistachio raspberry pastry felt a bit stale unfortunately.. but still want to try all of the other pastries 🥐

I have been to Nadege around five times over the past few weeks, and there is no denying that they put a lot of effort in making the treats. I just wish they tasted as good as they looked. Staff is a little inconsistent, I would say that the treatment was nice one out of five times, the other four just felt like they didn't wanna be there. Quality of the food? Yes, most things are good with some being great. The croissants I would definitely have more of, specially the salmon one. The sweets are ok, if you are trying some for the first time I would recommend to choose a chocolate based treat. Coffee is about average. While I did enjoy seeing the works of art that are produced at Nadege, none of them surprised me to the point of becoming a regular customer.

I picked up a Too Good To Go bag here. I liked that there was both savoury and sweet options. Staff were helpful and kind.

Nadège is a great place to go to if you’re craving croissant, pain au chocolat, cakes… it’s always going to be good. I’m so glad they opened this store and are continuing to expand. I love their products that are so delicious.

Yelp
Service here sux! Maybe its me or maybe the staff were having an off day. Yet they definitely seemed to be lacking in friendliness the other day. The apple cider they were out of, the detox tea they were out of. Didn't even bother with any treats, although I am certain they would have been tasty. Worth the service? Doubtful! I opted for the green tea. The coffee beverage my friend order was subpar, for sure not the greatest café au lait in the world! The tea, $4.50 for a small 8 ouncer, soooooo expensive! And the mugs are so effin* thick. Nadege is not my cup of tea for sure. At first when we arrived, the ambiance seemed like something we were looking for, basically quiet enough for a conversation, yet that quickly changed when the people next to us arrived. Chitter, chattering is far too distracting for me. I used to walk by this place with anticipation for my first visit, the pastries and desserts definitely look very decadent. Their granola looks good too. Way too over priced for my liking. I would not recommend. It seems to be the Annex is inviting business of this nature, more and more. Or maybe it's just this city, encouraging pompous, pretentious establishments, very SAD!

Yelp
I love this bakery. Ever since we discovered this bakery, we can never stop the temptation. The bake items are on the more expensive side, but it tastes so great. The croissants are always so crispy and flaky. One of the best croissants in town. The service are pretty quick and usually staff are pretty friend. The bakery is really cute. It's very chic and aesthetic.

Yelp
Everything I bought from this store was delightful. The pink thing in the back I didn't even get to try last night, but the one that looks like a donut is actually a chocolate shell filled with whipped cream and pralines maybe, and was absolutely delicious. The green bunny one was my favourite. It tasted like a tropical filling, with a key lime coconut chocolate shell. This pastry had a few layers of cake with different coloured fillings. The chocolate one, it wasn't my favourite. It is a dark chocolate mouse covered with a dark chocolate ganache. I feel that some cake in here would make this dessert much better to balance it a little. Over all I would get all but the small chocolate round mousse cake. Their food is also absolutely delicious.

Yelp
If you're the kind of person who likes going into very fancy bakeries to buy equally fancy pastries (think Dominique Ansel in NYC, Bottega Louie in LA, or Jean Phillipe in Vegas), then this is for you. Let me start by saying the exterior is nothing to write home about; I almost dismissed this as a whatever bakery until I kept seeing peple walk in and a bit of bougie-ness caught my eye every time the door opened. It's almost like a hidden portal where you get transported to somewhere elegant and a little extra the moment you walk in. I was tempted to get everything, but stuck with their macarons and a cookie: Pumpkin spice cookie: They do not slack on the spices; this was a VERY spiced cookie with a good chew and lots of ingredients packed inside (like walnuts, choco chips, etc) to create a textural masterpiece. I bet all their cookies are good too. Macarons: Let me start off by saying all their macarons are made to perfection. I've taken a couple classes and baked quite a few myself, so although I'm no baker I do know a bit more than your average Joe when it comes to macarons (I'm also a self-proclaimed obsessed sucker with my own Yelp Collection of macaron places I've been to). All of their macarons are consistent in size and appearance, with perfectly rounded domes of beautiful height and pronounced feet. They are baked exactly as they should be; crunchy exterior and a wonderfully chewy center. The Vanilla is mellow and mild--I wish it had vanilla bean (or more vanilla bean) to add to the flavor as it was quite...unexciting. The cassis had a wonderful flavor; tart yet sweet and almost floral. Rose was creamy and not overpowering as it could easily become, and instead had a very delicate floral flavor. Nadege is a hidden gem within the Yelp realm and people need to put this on their places to try. You're welcome!

Yelp
Stopped in at Nadege Patisserie because it was on one of our kid's lists of best places to check out. We bought a box of 12 Macarons of a variety of flavors. Liked most of them. Would definitely recommend going in and checking out all their goodies. A few tempted me, but alas, we had much walking to do!

Yelp
cons: staff not masked, they were all out of chocolate drinks like mocha, they've locked the bathroom down so you have to ask for a code pros: i respect when there's a change table in a gender neutral washroom, my caramel latte was yummy, lots and lots of choices for food and drink

Yelp
Pastries look soo good. Very clean and well organized display. Found the croissant to be too buttery and expensive. I'll try something else next time
