Nadi Bay Resort Hotel

We stayed here in October and were delighted. Very close to the airport which was very convenient and no issues with noise as the hotel is opposite the mid point of the runway. Only 6 months old everything is new and clean. The hotel design is superb with beautiful public areas and well designed rooms. One restaurant and pool area adults only so no kids but the place was not busy in the week we stayed and there were always plenty of loungers. Really friendly and helpful staff. A great find we will be back.

Absolutely wonderful place! Having read previous reviews was a bit unsure on booking but glad we did! Got this as a Expedia deal.||||Property has 2 outdoor pools ||Room rate includes breakfast. This is continental ( Weetbix , Cornflakes , Toast w/ Jam, Peanut butter , Butter , Juice / Coffee / Tea. ||Rooms are a decent size , both the shared private rooms and the non shared ones. ||||GM Jack is amazing. Staff are what make the place what it is. The two Mary’s from housekeeping are a absolute delight, The girls in the resteraunt ( Lucy ) Sarah and the guy at reception area down to earth. ||||For kids while there’s no kids club like your typical denarau resorts, they do have the pools which have a shallow bit and the staff are great with kids! Especially the young Fijian? Guy who’s doing the yard work. He’s a absolute laugh and was always happy to stop for a few mins and play catch with the ball with miss 5. ||||Food is really good at mangos. Cheaply comparable as-well. Happy hour is also good rates. ||||Location wise is amazing. $6 taxi ride into Nadi, 5 min walk to a bakery / movies / Burger King / local Indian and Japanese / liquor store / supermarket etc.||||Would highly recommend.

Pretty much resumed on the title. Rundown and cheap and it's a pity for it has potencial for being much more even as a budget hotel. OK for a night but expensive if considering options like Fiji gateway hotel. Is good as is closer to the marina if you are taking the Flyer (our choice) to the yassawas but no more than that. Breakfast (included) and dinner (not) were both good and the restaurante by the pool is nice. Internet comes comes complimentary for 1 hour wich is nice and staff was also nice.||All in all was a little dissappointing even for a cheap hotel and We rea sorry not to recommend it unless they do some very much needed improvements.

First of all, most of the photos here are NOT from this place... We had a very „okay“ stay in one of the cheapest rooms. Breakfast is basically toast with peanut butter and jam. Nothing more. This hotel is everything but busy, so 2 of the bars and 1 restaurant are not run anymore. It seems like a place that has been very nice like 15 years ago. The nicest thing is the pool and the good food around the main road. The worst experience was that we asked the staff to call a cab, actually they called a transfer shuttle service with no taximeter and double the price. We just wanted to have a regular taxi. So we asked again, and again some shuttle driver has been hired. No taximeter, double the price. Ridiculous.

Have stayed here for years on business. Good rates great staff simple but large clean rooms. Food use to be award winning but chef ran away. Breakfast use to be simple but great hot breakfast with fresh fruit. Now just cereal and toast. Menu only five items for dinner. Ok but ... fortunately lots of good eateries in this area.||||Could definitely use new mattress, Maintenance, sliding door jammed, no mossy screen, low water pressure ||||Still recommend for short stay or crash pad for business

The resort itself is beautiful of course and the rooms and amenities show the newness of the establishment but the true pleasure of our vacation were the employees themselves. Everyone there treated us like friends and went out of their way to make our stay memorable.||||A special mention is due to the woman who takes care of the front desk. Her name is Sereana and she made sure that we didn't make any mistakes as far as taxis are concerned. She booked a trip into town for us to experience the local food and from the connections to and from, to the establishment (Tu's Place) she made our night memorable. Thank you to all

Needed a place to stay for a few hours whilst waiting for a flight so didn’t stay the night and booked here accordingly. It’s not the most flash place to stay in Fiji but the rooms had AC and a fan and the pool was nice and clean. Food/drink prices were reasonable. If you need a quick place to stay in Nadi this place gives pretty solid value.

I stayed in this hotel for a night. It was Saturday night. Checked out on Sunday and and left to go for our island trip. After we left I realized i had forgotten my heels (shoes) in the room, that was the o my heels i brought with me for this trip. So as soon as we got back to the mainland we dropped by the hotel to pick up my shoes. Enquired at the front dest so this lady asked us to wait while they check. After few minutes one house keeping lady comes and tells me she cleaned the room next day and she didn’t find anything. Now that’ was the biggest lie because I clearly remember where I placed my shoes and only forgot to pack it. It’s sad that we trust these guys but they steal and lie to our face. Bathrooms are old and rusty, beds were like massage sized bed for a regular room. Never going there again. |Date of stay August 27,2019.
