You receive a great welcome at Naga Angkor, there is always someone available for every need. The rooms are clean but unfortunately absolutely not soundproof, it is like staying in the same room with the neighbors! Small and basic bathroom. For the quality/price ratio it is still top!! I strongly recommend you book the temples of Angkor Wat, I did the half-day visit and it was a wonderful experience, in Naga Angkor can help you to book it

Receptionist was very warm, welcoming, and friendly. I felt comfortable and homely. The Wi-Fi wasn't the best and could improve. The room could be cleaner, there were a lot of cobwebs in the bedroom and bathroom. Some of the lights in the bedroom didn't work. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the night markets, pub street and the main road that leads up to Angkor Wat. The hotel offers tours, bike/motorbike rentals at the going rate and offers discounts. Overall, the service and location out way any of its shortcomings.

Staff are friendly and helpful - all lovely people! Rooms are simple, but sufficient. It's an old hotel, and it shows - sheets with holes in them, paint chipping and lots of nicks and dents from the years. But it's just cosmetic. The aircon works, the shower is hot and cold and the bed is comfortable (although the pillows are almost like sandbags) The location is perfect - easy access north to Angkor and south to downtown. The back rooms are quiet with no road noise at all. The room has a small table and chair, if you need to get things done on your laptop, which is nice. Also, the rooftop! The rooftop is open and a great place to watch the sun set without having to go anywhere. Overall, fantastic value for money. Not fancy, but a good place to sleep. Be aware that there is no elevator, just one narrow metal spiral staircase for the building. Also, the cats need to be spayed and neutered.

Room facilities is bad shape and some situation look scary, in ways bedsheet with dirty mark. but the price is basic, so is up to customer to decide what you pay for. If want save money is still consider decent but if want quality stay for sure this is not the place. But so near to city center and night life.

Abysmal: - Avoid at All Costs My stay at this hotel was nothing short of horrific. From the moment I stepped inside, I was assaulted by the overwhelming stench of neglect and decay. The facilities are not just old; they're decrepit, crumbling, and frankly, hazardous. Everything was coated in a layer of grime; it was revolting. The room? A pathetic 20 square meters – barely enough space to swing a cat, let alone relax. And forget about comfort; the room was squalid, the bedding stained, and the overall atmosphere oppressive. This wasn't just a dirty room; it was a health hazard. The price? I've stayed in opulent hotels offering five-star service for less. There is absolutely no excuse for the substandard conditions at this Naga Hotel. Do yourself a favor and avoid this disgusting establishment. You deserve better. Much, much better.

The location is excellent, conveniently situated near Pop Street. However, the cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired, and the service could use significant improvement.

Amazing value. Location very close to pub street by walking and other activities. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but the main highlight of the room are the staff as the lady was the nicest women ever and so helpful to anything we needed and I felt so welcomed by her

Probably one of the worst place I’ve stayed so far during my trip in Asia. The rooms are not looking like the pictures that you can find online at all, even if this is a classic of Asia, this time is a bit too much. When we first checked in, the bath tube was blocked and really dirty ( we ask to get it fixed, but still blocked) not even half of the lights are working, AC is struggling, some of the power sockets are out of the wall and the cherry on top of the cake, this morning we've been woke up by the workers that are drilling and hammering. Don’t get me wrong, location is pretty decent and the building is ok, but the rooms need a serious restoration ! We went to see the lady at a reception but nothing as changed !
