Probably one of the worst place I’ve stayed so far during my trip in Asia. The rooms are not looking like the pictures that you can find online at all, even if this is a classic of Asia, this time is a bit too much. When we first checked in, the bath tube was blocked and really dirty ( we ask to get it fixed, but still blocked) not even half of the lights are working, AC is struggling, some of the power sockets are out of the wall and the cherry on top of the cake, this morning we've been woke up by the workers that are drilling and hammering. Don’t get me wrong, location is pretty decent and the building is ok, but the rooms need a serious restoration ! We went to see the lady at a reception but nothing as changed !

The rooms are a little pricey compared to other places close by, when you consider the room size and condition. Bathrooms are weathered but work. Staff is very friendly and helpful. AC was weak though. Location is great!

The room was clean. The toilet was fine but the sink needed had a plumbing issue. I did not mind but some people are very picky. Great price for a private room and toilet. Will come again. Thank you.

I stayed there during my temple visit. First of all, the best A/C in Cambodia so far. And you’ll love it if you need to rest. The staff is very kind and helpful. It was a good stay

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Hostel is located in a great spot, close by to everything but not too close that you hear all the business from pub street! Even had a lovely greeting everyday with Amok, the hostel cat. Would return again!

Worst place ever, staff can't know how about nothing, the receptionist can't call the boss! They write on site to sell room ''swimmingpool'' BUT they have NO SWIMMING POOL AT ALL!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS STAY AWAY!

Naga Angkor Hostel: Avoid at All Costs - Scammy Tactics and Zero Hospitality (0/5) Stay far away from Naga Angkor Hostel! My experience was a disastrous combination of misleading promotions, forced upselling, and appalling customer service. Scam Alert: Double Room Bait-and-Switch: Booked for 5 adults, arrived to find only 2 single beds per room. Hostel blamed Agoda - guests left in the middle. Predatory Upselling: Refused to squeeze 3 adults into 2 single beds (uncomfortable and unsafe!), pressured to pay for an additional room we couldn't afford. Pure greed, not hospitality. Parking Discrimination: Despite having parking, offered a distant alternative "because we weren't important enough." Deceptive Photos: Don't be fooled by their online pictures! What you see is not what you get.

Nothing much to complain about. I'd consider going back because the price. They could clean shower heads and work on unplugging some drains.
