NAGA REGENT HOTEL

The place is strategically located at the City Center. Banks, markets, restaurants and transportation center is very accessible. However, the Hotel really needs huge upgrading and rehabilitation. The rooms does not have its 'functionality' sense and room service (cleaning and arrangement) is not automatic. We were not able to sleep soundly due to insect bites. They have their own restaurant.

Nice place but most of the time super busy. Looks old ways but can be improved.

Went there to attend Seminar Workshop. Foods are great. Staff are friendly, except when there are times they just nod when you were requesting for a take-out food (that was served). I just got tired requesting politely. Their brewed cofee and creamer is great though.

Recently hosted a wedding in this hotel last week. I don't recommend you holding you celebration here. The place needs renovation especially the convention hall where events are held. They have a very bad sound system. Speakers not in the best quality. The worst part was that they don't have a dedicated laptop for their sound system. It's 2018! So you could imagine my reaction every time a song ends, there would be silence for 5-10 seconds before the next song plays. They use the good old DVDs. Good thing it reads my flash drive. Food was okay. I was not able to check in to their rooms so don't know if they are okay. But overall not a good place to hold your event. If you really want to, then it would be best to hire an sound system instead.

Our stay was okay. The Air conditioner inside our room was working fine. When we max out the temperature, our room got really cold haha. Our door cabinet was broken. The shower heater works and it heats up fast. It was just a little tricky getting the perfect temperature. Staffs are accommodating. In order to connect to the WiFi you have to log in and they give you the code, but pretty hassle for long staying guests since the code is good for 8 or 4 hours only. You have to ask for another code to the front desk again.

The accommodation is decent. Just don't get a room in the annex. Somehow, it smells like sewers there. I don't know why. We already mentioned it to the staff but on the week I was there, no actions were taken. Housekeeping is also very selective. Our room was cleaned only once though. Food on the other is good. Go visit the oyster resto.

We booked at this hotel last September 2016 for the Penafrancia Festival.||||The room we got was spacious but a little outdated, the airconditioning unit is sufficient for the area of the room. The comfort room was ok. No Wifi inside the rooms. Even if the hotel was located beside the street, the noise level was pretty low. ||||The food from the restaurant was not ok. For the price it could be better. The free breakfast is not that good. ||||There is a videoke room at the restaurant, we haven't tried it yet.||||One ride away from SM Naga(about 10 to 15 minutes if you will ride the jeepney). Walking distance to the market(where you can buy souvenirs, pili tart, pili candy, abaca slippers). 5 minute walk to the city park. ||||All of the staff here are friendly and accommodating. The parking of the hotel is limited. Guests need to arrive early so that they maybe able to avail of the parking slots in front of the hotel. ||||||Overall we were satisfied with this hotel! Will post pictures next time we check in

The room is clean and the toilets as well except for the bath tub's that has stain already. The function room for the workshop is ok. Well lighted except for some minor trouble in the sound system. The lunch and dinner food for the participants are fine but the snacks in between are not ok.
