Nago Sushi & Sake

I visited Nago Sushi & Sake on my birthday, just before Christmas, and it turned out to be a great sushi experience, so much so that I’m only now finding the time to leave a review. We were seated at a regular table rather than at the bar and tried several dishes, including the tempura shrimp and the salmon ceviche. Both were excellent, with the ceviche standing out in particular. That said, if you decide to go for the omakase, which you absolutely should in my opinion, you may end up tasting one of the best bites imaginable that is a sushi topped with outstanding tuna tartare. Highly recommended.

This restaurant is a gem!!! We had such a great experience here from the minute we walked through the door to the minute we walked out. Anna was our server and she spoke amazing English and was very helpful in every way possible. We sat at the bar and the chefs were so friendly and asked us if they could create a specially designed sushi roll just for us. Yummy. The deserts were delicious and the food and service was top notch. Highly recommend this place! Would definitely go back and wish we had one in the USA!

We decided to visit this sushi restaurant today. I want to start from the beginning and I will gladly leave an honest review. The restaurant's exterior is appealing, the interior is beautiful, everything is clean and nice. The waiters are very polite and pleasant I was happy to leave them a tip for such good service. The food is a completely different story if I say it was awful I would simply be complimenting it it was disgusting! They probably ordered the rolls from a supermarket on discount. You can see everything below yourself. The thickness of the rolls is simply astonishing photo below! The rubbery pieces of fish are horrifying. But the packaging is excellent a beautiful stylish box 🤣😂 The Tom Yum soup was not just spicy it was dragon's breath my husband finished it in one moment I was afraid of a gastritis attack 😢 Overall if you want to sit in a beautiful place with nice polite and attentive waiters then this is the place for you but if you want to eat you need to go somewhere else 😘

It was such a wonderful experience! The place feels warm and welcoming, and the staff are genuinely kind. Our waiter was so nice and helped us choose delicious sushi — honestly, the best we’ve ever had! We’ve tried sushi in many places, but this one really stands out. Next time we’ll definitely sit at the bar. Thank you for such a lovely experience — we’ll be happy to come back when we’re in Krakow again! 🥰

Had an amazing late lunch today! The fish is super fresh and the staff is wonderful! If you want cool innovative nigiri this spot is for you! Such a great selection of appetizers and mains. Also try a bump of caviar ! Definitely one of the best sushi restaurants in krakow !

My partner and I stumbled across this amazing restaurant after wondering out of the city centre. @Nago is fantastic, lovely service from Anita, who ensured we ate the best of the menu and a lovely Pinot, not to forget the Vodkacelo that is home made. We sat at the counter watching the Chefs prepare every dish which is a show in itself. Chef Mark the owner and head chef is both skilful and engaging with his craft, he creates not only the best food but the best atmosphere. We cannot advise this place enough for visitors to the City and locals, a beautiful venue in decor and food.

A True Culinary Journey at Nago Sushi This was not just dinner: it was the best dining experience of my life. Nago is far from a “classic sushi” place; it feels like an authentic trip to Japan right in Kraków. Our waiter made the evening unforgettable. He was deeply knowledgeable, attentive, and honest. When we considered ordering more, he advised us to wait so we wouldn’t over-order, explaining that we could always add later. That fairness and care for the guest made a strong impression. The food recommendations were spot-on. Every dish was fresh, refined, and delivered with perfect balance. To my surprise, the entire meal with drinks cost less than what we’ve paid at more commercial sushi spots—yet the quality here was on a completely different level. I truly enjoyed the experience and will return without hesitation next time I am in Kraków.

I love this place !!! Came from NYC just to have a roll from here. Every time I come to Poland this is my favorite sushi spot. Very classy atmosphere and their A5 WAGYU is amazing
