NAINO

This place is awesome because, reason #1 the staff are very nice when it for example when it rained they gave me and my family warm towels, and they even asked me how cooked I wanted my meat. Also, the best thing of all, THERE WERE SO MANY CUTE CATS! We even fed them a little bit of steak, they were so cute! Overall the place is really nice, I highly recommend÷) This review was written by my 10 y.o. daughter.

Food is really good and not expensive given the quality. I black tuna, sopa de lima, pork tacos and guacamole with Longaniza Valladolid, everything amazing, we were super full. Very good service, there’s a button for immediate attention. I think the green says win the tacos can have more flavor. You can go up in the tower :D

Located inside the Zentik, the Zentik alone is worth the visit. The food here was delicious, the Naino eggs are a must and the Golden Milk Latte was the best I’ve ever had! It was so sweet and delicious. The food is all the same price, and very happy with the service! Also don’t forget to try the Zentik coffee, they are known for their tequila coffee here!

One of the best restaurants I found in Mexico. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here over the course of 2-3 days. We loved all of the things we ordered. They did offer us 2 rounds of Tequila on the house :D

Decent food, atmosphere OK. Experiencing a thunderstorm made our dinner a bit troublesome (restaurant is open on front and had a power outages). However, the staff was super friendly granting us a parking spot right in front of entrance, a tequila each on the house and walking us to the car with umbrellas. Muchas gracias.

Nice place, prices are high. We tried steak and a vegan burger. Steak was not so good, lots of fat and veins. Vegan burger was ok. And a small non alcoholic beer. For that we paid like 500 pesos. The staff is good. They have a large hot water channel system (like a pool) underground. Ot looks interesting, but also the price is enormously high. They charge 450 pesos per person and it is for the whole day (why do you need that!?). There is also a tower that you could climb to see the suburbs.

I've been lucky enough to visit Naino twice in the last few years for lunch, but I haven't yet stayed at the hotel (will have to do that next time!). The food and service in the restaurant is excellent, and it's a wonderful option in Valladolid. The property has some beautiful murals and other forms of art, and there appears to be an underground, heated cenote. We also noticed a lovely looking temescal!

Nice setting and generally the service was good otherwise I would have given a 1 star rating. I don’t usually offer low ratings but unfortunately I was disappointed we were still charged for our fish and chips which had lots of bones in it, was over cooked (very brown but not quite burnt) and was not fresh (smelled very fishy). We only ate about 10-20% of the dish and returned it but we were still charged.

We ate at this restaurant in the Zentik Project Hotel a few times while staying there in December 2019, and more recently for lunch when stopping by again during a day trip. The menu leans heavily toward seafood and Mayan influences, and I have always been extremely happy with my meals. The service is great, the atmosphere wonderful and the "special coffee" is a must have! The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is that Hubby has been a little disappointed a couple times (ie. overcooked tuna). Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area or staying in the hotel.

We stumbled across this yelped restaurant and boy were we pleasantly surprised! Thank you Yelp and thank you Naino staff for a wonderful meal after a very long day in Chichén Itzá. What a beautiful place, I loved it so much I asked our server for a quick tour of the grounds. A bright romantic/sexy place for any couple to enjoy. This restaurant is part of the "Zentik project". So good we started with guacamole and ceviche- delicious! Tuna prepared two different ways and finished with a corn cake and cappuccino-delish! If you're in Vallalolid or planning a trip to the area you will not be disappointed here!

Tonight we decided to eat here at our Hotel Restaurant called Naino, the Hotel is ZENTI'K Project eco-friendly The restaurant is very cozy, but a little dark. Our two waiters both named Carlos were very good, but are very busy with other tables, so we didn't get to service that were accustomed to. We ordered the Mediterranean salad, it was very good but the lettuce should be crisp and cold and it wasn't. My wife ordered the ham croquettes, she's very happy with her dinner. I ordered the Ribeye steak with with french fries, the steak has to be one of the best steaks I have had in 20 years, absolutely delicious. The french fries were a little bit on the cold side and not crispy. It came with a salad, but again the lettuce was not cold, and not crispy. Overall, we highly recommend Nainos Restaurant. My wife had the margarita and she says it's one of the best margaritas that she has ever had, the bartender; Carlo's who was also I waiter did a fantastic job with that drink. We travelled to Cancun and were on our way back from Chichen Itza, got hungry and decided to get food in Valladolid. We stopped here with some curiosity as several prior reviewers seem to have stumbled into here by luck and really liked it. We decided to do the same and was also pleasantly surprised. We ordered the shrimp tostada, tuna cerviche Verde, the mole chicken and bbq grilled salmon, and every dish was superb. The staff was pleasant and the food came without much delay. The jou of finding hole in the wall restaurants like this is why I don't stay in all-inclusive resorts in Cancun.

For a random last minute find I'm so happy with my experience at Naino! We were passing by Vidolladid and wanted to find somewhere to eat seafood. There weren't many options on Yelp and even though this was the #1 search result, there were only 2 reviews. One of the reviewers said that the quality was great despite the lack of reviews so we dedided to wing it and test our luck. So glad we came here! Firstly, the restaurant is in a beautiful hotel filled with green plants, flowers, and cool art. Driving up, we got excited seeing how picturesque the restaurant looked. We had been staying in Tulum where everything was vastly overpriced for the quality. In comparison, Naino served delicious food for half the price of what we would have paid in Tulum. I've ben in Tulum for 3 weeks now and haven't found better food since we're not visiting the really expensive restaurants. The presentation of the food at Naino's was gourmet, and all of the dishes we ordered (filet mignon, guacomole, ceviche, and mussels) were top notch. Our server was very acommodating and replaced a steak order with filet mignon when my friend wasn't happy with how it was cooked. The food took a while to come out but we walked around the beautiful grounds and checked out the pool in the backyard. There was even a nudist rooftop surprisingly. Would definitely recommend coming here. After a day of sightseeing it was a relaxing little getaway with delicious food. Would love to stay at the hotel too, it was really beautiful!

Really excellent meal. The arrachera was huge and tender as butter. The fries came with a great seasoning too. Lots of options on the menu, really great service too.

Excelent place to enjoy a good meal. From the starters to the dessert an exquisit journey of flavours perfectly balanced and combined. The place is wonderfull too! Hidden in a jungle like environment, gives you the perfect scenario for a romantic dinner or a pleasent meal to get in touch with the nature. Overall recomended and a must visit place on your visits to Valladolid

Awesome find. We were hesitant coming here since there was only 1 review with no pictures, but we went for it anyways and it turned out to be a gem. There is a menu with a variety of foods: pastas, tacos, fish. The tequila we had here was great too. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you get the chance. Heads up: it's a bit out of the way from the main streets. Their venue, service, and food were all fantastic.

Incredible. They have a fixed 4 course meal. No choices but it means less time fretting over the menu. Every course was superb. The cost wit beer was 150 pesos. It doesn't get better in Vallidolid.
