Always have a good experience at your hotel. Janet served me so well and attended to my every issue during my stay. she responded to all my requests and indeed deserves and employee of the 'time' award. ||Secondly, the hotel is very clean. The meals are great especially the fruit cake is 'mwaaaaahhh'. The Conference room was clean, well arranged and well aerated. the food was fresh, of good variety, well done and in plenty. Thank you for the great stay!!!

Great staff hospitality and adaptability. Impressive flexibility of staff who have been very accommodating in taking care of my luggage during my outside Nairobi trips. I felt valued as a regular customer. Also Safety is an element that is taken seriously by the hotel 👍🫶👏

This place is wonderful. The staff is super accommodating and friendly. I really enjoyed the pool area. Be careful if the UV index though! My room/suite was clean and well maintained. Thank you LOXA for looking after me at breakfast! I will certainly stay here on my next trip to Nairobi!

The service offered is excellent. Not to mention the wonderful location of the hotel with possibility for great view of Nairobi from rooftop. The staff has been amazing especially Rahab who served us the whole week. And kudos to the chef, superb food choices from breakfast to evening snacks. I probably will have to ask for their soup recipes because it was just spectacular.

The staff here is accommodating and kind. But one staff member stands out: Mark! Mark’s service has been excellent. He is attentive, detailed, and kind. Whether helping with taking dinner orders, bartending, conversing, making sure we are comfortable, Mark is the quintessential worker. I am glad the hotel has him as one of its ambassador/employee. He has made my stay here thus far very pleasant!||Thanks, Mark!

It was a pleasant time. We were served very well. Emily who was in charge of our food and drinks was exceptional. She always went out of her way ro ensure we were comfortable and did anything extra we requested of her. God bless the work of her hands immensely

Great safari themed hotel near the center of downtown Nairobi. Easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions at a reasonable price. There is also a pool and gym (although I didn’t have time to use those). The rooms are nice and clean, mine had a balcony with. Nice view of downtown Nairobi! All this at a budget friendly price
