Nairobi Serena Hotel

I had really an absolutely fantatsic time at the Serena. You cannot ask for more in your rooms, they think of literally everything. Housekeeping are attentive and go the extra mile. All the soaps in my room were Elemis 🥰 . I was there for 4 nights. There is a shop and a few restaurants. There is a gym with a steam/sauna included. The breakfast is fantastic you can’t really ask for more. The staff are SO caring and attentive. Mikwa in particular (young gentlemen at the front desk) was very helpful and made me feel welcome and at home. On my final day he coordinated a smooth check out for me and I managed to get to the gym too!. I cannot fault this hotel I was sad to leave but I was only around for business. Price is a little on the higher side but if you can afford it, it is worthwhile, you will be well looked after. SERENA HOTEL THANK YOU!

Nairobi Serena located in the heart of the city is a perfect place for a staycation. We had a very warm welcome from the staff. The room was amazing, very clean, quiet, with a breathtaking view of the park and the city. We had a short but wonderful stay and we look forward to going back.

My wife and I spent 1 night before embarking on a safari. The hotel is very well managed with many people determining and meeting your needs. The room had a king size bed that was very comfortable. Everything was clean. The food service was very good and catered to my wife’s celiac disease. The chef made her special dishes of food to eat.||If I had a complaint it would be that the music in the outdoor areas of the pub and restaurant play too much Arabic music at a volume where non-fans of that music do not enjoy it.

This could be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is amazing, anticipating your needs. Breakfast is amazing, the bars are welcoming, rooms are nice with great showers. Check-in was fast and efficient. Only complaint, the location, while close to city center, was difficult to walk outside the hotel.

I had a tremendous stay and experience at Serena in Nairobi. From the moment I arrived, I felt the highest level of care and luxury. The food at the pool bar was just great, and the service was attentive, fast and kind. The room was the best you can get in Nairobi. It was large, clean and extremely luxurious. It was a suite, which was good. I am leaving on Friday, and have 2 nights and 1 full day left. It has been the best stay so far in Nairobi. Thank you Serena

We spent one night at this hotel. The location close to the airport is excellent, and from the start you can feel the luxury of the place. We tried room service with club sandwiches, but unfortunately they were disappointing, especially considering the high price. Breakfast, on the other hand, fully met our expectations. We really appreciated the late check-out, which was very convenient for our return flight, as well as the concierge’s helpful directions to find the Maasai market.

Great Service, Hospitality and selection and variety of food! Really appreciated the personalised service received from reception and the explanation of all the facilities available in the room and in the hotel. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one.
