Where do I even start ||Service - 5 ⭐ ||Food - 5 ⭐ ||Ambiance - 5 ⭐ ||Drinks - 5 ⭐ ||||We had barbecue dinner at the pool side... Such a nice view...when it got a little windy out host was quick to move us inside to a warmer place while still enjoying the great views.||||The food... I love meat 🥩 and the meats from the grill were tender and juicy. They also had mutura which I honestly enjoyed. ||||Service - friendly, welcoming, ready to help with a smile 😊 ||||The selection of drinks was amazing...we enjoyed a sweet red - Roscato 🍷 served with peanuts and banana crisps 🔥 ||||More than enough parking spaces

This could be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is amazing, anticipating your needs. Breakfast is amazing, the bars are welcoming, rooms are nice with great showers. Check-in was fast and efficient. Only complaint, the location, while close to city center, was difficult to walk outside the hotel.

I had a tremendous stay and experience at Serena in Nairobi. From the moment I arrived, I felt the highest level of care and luxury. The food at the pool bar was just great, and the service was attentive, fast and kind. The room was the best you can get in Nairobi. It was large, clean and extremely luxurious. It was a suite, which was good. I am leaving on Friday, and have 2 nights and 1 full day left. It has been the best stay so far in Nairobi. Thank you Serena

Over all had a great time. I loved the pool, even though it was kinda cold. But I am Canadian and cold is my habitat and the pool is heated.||The food and staff were great, couldn’t have asked for more.||This would have been a perfect review if the room above us wasn’t under construction. Every morning 8:00 am on the dot loud banging started. Which sucked.

Our stay at the Nairobi Serena Hotel was waaaaaaaaay above expectations! We were immediately greeted upon entrance to the hotel. Our travel representative escorted us into the reception desk and did all the talking for us! We were then quickly taken to our room. ||Our room was beautifully arranged, including complementary fruit each day and a stocked non-alcoholic mini-bar. The bed was an over-sized king bed and was extremely comfortable! The windows were covered with, what seemed like, soundproof and black out curtains! One of the best night’s sleep to be had! The bathroom was very spacious, even with both a shower and tub available. ||The only amenity we had time to enjoy was the on-grounds open-air buffet-style restaurant! It was very spacious, plenty of options to choose from on both the indoor buffet and outdoor grill! The food was delicious for both breakfast and dinner!||All staff were very attentive and quick to care for the hotel’s visitors every need. They took great care in making things perfect! The rooms and all common areas were VERY clean and beautifully decorated! We enjoyed every minute while there and couldn’t have been happier that our travel agent chose such an amazing accommodation for us! We’ve nothing negative to mention about Nairobi Serena Hotel! If we visit Nairobi again, we will absolutely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at serena for 5 days and we had really a nice holiday. The people at the hotel are most welcoming and friendly. The old guy at the main gate, Helen at the reception and restaurant servers are all nice people. The only thing I should advise is you should add some more breakfast menu's.

We spent one night at this hotel. The location close to the airport is excellent, and from the start you can feel the luxury of the place. We tried room service with club sandwiches, but unfortunately they were disappointing, especially considering the high price. Breakfast, on the other hand, fully met our expectations. We really appreciated the late check-out, which was very convenient for our return flight, as well as the concierge’s helpful directions to find the Maasai market.
