Nairobi Serena Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Serena Nairobi Hotel. The service was consistently kind and professional—from security and reception to the concierge and wait staff. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, and I especially appreciated the daily restocking of the minibar. I also dined at the hotel bar restaurant and enjoyed the experience. The location is very convenient, with easy daytime walks to the Maasai Market and several nearby restaurants. Overall, a comfortable stay with great hospitality

It was fine, included in a tour. We were spoiled at the JW Marriott just before. Food was Ok, creme brulee was delicious. Staff was good.

Absolutely 5stars for everything and everyone! From the airport pick up to the final check out, everything was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained and cleaned. The staff were all very friendly and always willing help. On the first night we arrived a fantastic live band were playing in the bar so we were up dancing before we had even ordered drinks! The lovely restaurant manager organised a surprise cake and sang to my husband during the delicious Sunday brunch! The outdoor pool was heated and a dream to swim in. We would 100% recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again soon. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff.

I had a wonderful experience the rooms were luxurious and clean with many free items like bottled water and soft drinks. The pool was warm and and inviting and the grounds were beautiful and full of small birds I could watch during breakfast. Everyone was so nice. John the concierge arranged for a driver to take me on a tour of the city and the market. The driver Kennedy made sure i was safe even when a fist fight broke out in the market and even went back and got the items I chose for a lower price when we had to leave during bargaining. The food was delicious and available in such variety I'm sure sure anyone could find something they would like. The waiter john at herbs and spices suggested a soup that was amazing and Victor the restaurant manager at breakfast made sure I had herbal tea as caffeine does not agree with me. The concierge John also arranged for a driver Johnathan to transport me to my safari pick up site and aback to the airport when I was done. Can definitely recomend this hotel. Especially to the first time visitor to kenya and the solo female traveler.
