Nairobi Serena Hotel

Beautiful place. The staff were very warm and inviting. Security 24/7. Clean. Bed was very comfortable. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of options. The pool is heated. I would recommend.

This hotel is the benchmark for other hotels. I got good food especially the juices you must try 😋. The lounge is nice,the pool is great and the rooms are so beautiful and photogenic. My socials were full of serena hotel pictures 😅. But I would highly recommend this place and put in on my tier list as an S tier. Good work

Charming large hotel that keeps it's cozy, friendly and yet very professional atmosphere. All staff members were extremely obliging, friendly, always smiling, always willing to help and go beyond their usual job requirements. Lovely garden, very relaxing pool bar area, rich breakfast buffet, great selection of meals in restaurants. The gym suits it's purpose though it would deserve a bigger space and better AC:). The spa was also good. I felt so much welcome!

Cost performance is 100% good! They may not the highest level of 5 stars hotel, but they give me the home feeling. If anyone would like to come Nairobi, I definitely will recommend this one

I had a wonderful stay at Serena Nairobi Hotel. The service was consistently kind and professional—from security and reception to the concierge and wait staff. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, and I especially appreciated the daily restocking of the minibar. I also dined at the hotel bar restaurant and enjoyed the experience. The location is very convenient, with easy daytime walks to the Maasai Market and several nearby restaurants. Overall, a comfortable stay with great hospitality

Had a wedding booked a month prior to the wedding date, they relocated my event to the garden coz they got a booking after my booking since it was a UN booking they choose to give them priority and since they give me the garden they refuse to pay for the flooring of the tent and extra lighting needed. They should have done better kindly think twice before choosing serena for any of your event. They are loyal to money.

We have had a very restful time during our 2 wedding nights. We have enjoyed the friendly hospitality by all staff, especially from Josephine. We also loved the honeymoon suite and set up, as well as the gifts. Thank you so much Serena Nairobi

Absolutely 5stars for everything and everyone! From the airport pick up to the final check out, everything was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained and cleaned. The staff were all very friendly and always willing help. On the first night we arrived a fantastic live band were playing in the bar so we were up dancing before we had even ordered drinks! The lovely restaurant manager organised a surprise cake and sang to my husband during the delicious Sunday brunch! The outdoor pool was heated and a dream to swim in. We would 100% recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again soon. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff.
