A beautiful, long-established shop (run in the family tradition for more than 200 years) where you can buy very good hand-made brushes and brooms. The owner was very friendly and accommodating and gave us very good advice. I will come back and buy something again when I am in Kyoto.

We came by this beautiful store by pure coincidence on our Kyoto holiday and bought a small brush for 2600 yen. The quality of the craftsmanship is exquisite. The product seems very well made and the owner is very kind and explained to us how to use the brush.
