Located right on the edge of the bustling Souq Waqif, the Najd Boutique Hotel oozes traditional Arabian charm. The hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of the Souq Waqif metro station, which makes it a whole lot easier to access the entire city in a jiffy. |The fascinating interiors transports patrons to an old-world Arabian era. The hotel is immaculately clean and well maintained. Rooms are massive and specklessly tidy with comfortable cushy beds and convenient seating. The bathroom is humongous and hygienic. |However, it was the staff that made the stay even more enjoyable. Saidul from room services ensured that the room was made-up daily and put in all efforts to keep the room spotless. Bikash at the front desk was immensely agreeable and went out of his way to accommodate our requests.

The hotel itself is pretty and historical but everything is outside — breakfast served in another place. Swimming pool and gym in another place. Sauna limited to 15 min in another. So you have to always leave the hotel to use the services. Not practical. The drain in the bathroom was clogged and flooded the bathroom. I asked 2 times for it to be fixed. The lights in the room are difficult to use. They brought someone to resolve the issue but didn't. You pay a lot and you don't get everything you paid for.

Room: spacious, clean, and well-prepared. Staff: friendly, helpful, and efficient. Price: affordable. Restaurant: delicious, offering a variety of cuisines to choose from. I booked my room directly with the hotel, which came with a package including a 75 Qatari riyal spa voucher and a 20% discount at all hotel restaurants at any time. The so-called distance between hotels, restaurants, and facilities is never an issue—they provide golf cart transportation, or you can simply walk, as everything is very accessible. A special thank you to Ahmad and the entire staff for their warm hospitality. Every request was fulfilled with a smile, making my stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely return to experience more!

The Najd is art of the Souq Waqif hotel group, and as such you benefit from having access to facilities in other hotels. Sadly we did not have enough time to make use of all of that. Our room was wonderfully spacious and well appointed despite being one of the most economical options. This means we had access to the pool in the hotel opposite - literally across the pathway. Breakfast served at another hotel - there is an on demand golf buggy to take you ("bags) between any of the hotels at any time of day or night. The breakfast was superb. All the staff were also without exception really friendly and always ever so helpful. The location is of course excellent. Would not hesitate to book with this group if here again.

Bad experience for unorganised staff that almost fighting with each other's infront of customers. Order took a long time till delivery and each staff member moving the delay cause to another person. Regardless of the nice look for food, taste is normal, and soup arrives almost cold. Price compared to what experienced not compatible. The table inside the restaurant is clean . From personal experience: not recommended

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Najd Hotel which is part of Tivoli Souq Waqif boutique Hotels group. The experience I encountered was far below the standards expected from such an established hospitality group, and I have to address several significant issues I faced. I made an online reservation, carefully selecting and confirming my rooms. However, upon arrival at Najd Hotel for check-in at 3 PM, only two rooms were visible in their system. This forced me to wait until 5 PM to receive the additional rooms I had already reserved and expected to be ready. The check-in process itself was chaotic. Despite staying at Najd Hotel, I was required to check in at Al Merqab Hotel, located opposite to Najd Hotel. Additionally, breakfast arrangements added to the frustration, as it was served at yet another hotel, Al Jassra, which is a 10-minute shuttle ride away. My family and I had to wait more than 15 minutes for the to arrive, only to be informed upon arrival that my booking did not include breakfast. I then had to go back to Al Merqab Hotel to clarify this, where I was told that breakfast was indeed included and was apologized to for the “miscommunication and they claimed that the system wasn't working .” However, the delays with the shuttle continued, further impacting my stay. Furthermore, the room service was extremely inefficient. They rarely answered calls, and when they did, their response times were unreasonably delayed. For such a reputable establishment, this level of service is simply unacceptable. While I do appreciate the effort by a few staff members, including one of the managers , who tried to assist when they noticed my frustration and they apologized for inconvenience, but this assistance came only after an extended period of unacceptable service. By that time, my experience was already impacted, leaving me quite upset. In summary, my stay was affected by inadequate communication, long waiting times, and poor coordination among the facilities. I would not recommend these hotels to others based on this experience, and I hope this feedback encourages immediate improvements in service and organization.

Great location. Great staff. My only issue was the bed was too soft for me. Otherwise everything was excellent. It's right next to the metro station. Even though it's in Souq Wafiq it was not loud since it's in the quieter area. Will definitely stay here again.

Chose to stay at this hotel based on my previous experience with this boutique hotel chain. And this time around it didn’t let me down and in fact it was beyond my expectations. Despite the room size is smaller than that of Hotel Najada, but it apparently to be a newer hotel and every thing in the room is updated. Service is another thing worth positive feedback, felt like being in a family with every staff there willing to help even with smallest things such as help carrying my groceries to the room. In short this is the hotel to stay if you visit Doha and it’s the choice you’ll never regret.
