Good hotel! 1. Location: 5 out of 5. Walking distance to the center, not far from the airport. 2. Cleanliness. Clean bathroom, clean bed linen, clean pool. 3. Average hotel, can probably find better options for that price. Big rooms but ours was facing the employee headquarters and they were very loud in the early morning (@7am). Staff was helpful with booking of day trips but although we arrived at 8am and asked for our room to be available as early as possible we still couldn't check in until 3pm. Would have appreciated some flexibility and the room to be available earlier after a long trip.

Above and beyond service. Beautiful, airy and clean hotel. They give you free snacks, water, departing gift, they were extremely helpful and nice - perfect English. I loved staying here. Highly recommend. Breakfast was amazing too ! So much to choose from. Great great stay thank you !!!

The hotel was a short walk from town centre. We spent a few nights here while visiting the local area. Most of the activities for us were a taxi ride. I recommend hiring a taxi for the day, which is very reasonable priced.||To be honest Chiang Ria itself appears to be a run down part of Thailand compared to many other parts of the country. I got the impression it more likely attracts back packers. That said the people were very helpful and friendly. There was a winter wonderland event on while we stayed and it was clearly a success.||Re hotel:||Clean and tidy.|Loverly sized room.|There was a nice size pooled.|Most importantly the staff were very helpful.||The only question for me is why the hotel does not offer a reasonable restaurant facility? Other than breakfast there was a very small and limited bar menu. If you want anything substantial you need to explore town.||So for us a nice hotel. Staff helpful and would recommend to others.

We stayed here for just one night and the hotel is good. The staff members are friendly and the location is in a walking distance to night bazaar and bus station. The breakfast is excellent as well and the bed is comfy. A couple of minor cons are: 1. There are mosquitoes in the room but the hotel management left a plug-in mosquito repellant and we had no problem while staying; 2. The room doesn't have a perfect noise proof door which they might have to look into. Overall, I recommend this place for other tourists.

Very clean and pretty. Good breakfast, even for vegetarians. Great service. Working TV, including Netflix and everything. Nice, Big pool (was cold for us, though) and a great fitness hall. Lovely stay, all in all.

Really nice hotel. Quiet location but a bit far from restaurants if you want to walk. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Bathroom is small but great shower and in the room area there is an alcove with a light for applying makeup. Staff are friendly. Pool is clean. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices both western and Thai. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Very beautiful and quite hotel, very clean with a nice pool and very polite staff. Location is also nice and close to many attractions. Highly recommend this place
