Bar tender seems to only be cool w/ his buddies that come up there to drink. I’ve had issues getting come cocktails up there in the past. But, finally tried the food. Okay burger, but since it was this “lunch menu” nonsense, I didn’t get what I wanted. Update*. Ended up going back & getting the burger I wanted: the truffle burger. You can tell the beef is high quality, but it was a little too salty. I think the cook was over-seasoning b/c my bone marrow poutine was almost too salty to eat.

The waiter was nice. We came for the wings and the nachos and they were sold out. The cheese sticks were good. The burger was ok. I didn’t like the taste from the grill on the burger. The homemade potato chips were awful. The fries were over cooked after I requested lightly fried. They still tasted decent. They don’t have regular ketchup. I felt that was weird. They make their own ketchup and it has a kick to it.It was nasty to my kids and I. My kids enjoyed their chicken bites and fires. I felt that was kind of rude seeing I didn’t have ketchup for my burger or fries. Their ranch is homemade with garlic and it was really good. I used it on my fries. I had the lavender drink which was decent. I took the mint out of it, but should have taken the lime out as well. Needless to say for 65 bucks. I won’t be returning.

I ordered a berry vodka cocktail that was very good. The brussel sprouts and corn ribs were excellent for an appetizer. The chicken mac net sandwich was decadent and the truffle fries just right. Our waitress was very attentive.

Food and drinks were great! Would definitely come back. It's family friendly and has a cool vibe. Might be a little more than other places like it... but the food is better quality than most. I had the Bacon Me Crazy, the wife had the Naked Burger and, our son enjoyed some candied bacon mac-n-cheese.

If you like expensive burgers, and waiting long times, this is the place. My hemorrhoid hurt waiting so long. No care for your time, and no rush! i'd recommend two hour call ahead for the takeout... even on thanksgiving, probably. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ 🥴😼👌😚🥺😀 No napkins btw had to use my hotels towels. yolo.

Google
The burgers were fine but small compared to the price you pay. It was 4pm and they were out of the soup of the day, the homemade chips are greasy and horrible no taste at all. Worst of all are the seats. They must have bought them second hand from a grade school. No grown man could sit on these chairs comfortably. You needed a magnifying glass to read the paper menu. First and last visit.

Ordered takeout yesterday. Diablo burger, cheese sticks, and wings. Placing order on phone then call drops. Then I cannot get thru for 15 as driving there. So ordered in person for takeout- they told me 20/25 min. It took them 45 minutes to make the food. The meat of the wifes burger smelled old- not fresh nor cooked fresh. Seemed like the old meat smell was masked with a ton of seasonings. Then the wings we waited 45 min for were not cooked all the way- they were raw in the middle. Which I didn't notice, but my wife did and sent me a photo. This resulted in me being sick on the toilet from 4am-5am. The ambience and decoration and presentation seemed really good. However the service inside lacked enthusiasm and friendliness. You could see it on their faces that they did not want to be there. Food quality was very poor. Nothing worse then raw Un cooked chicken, see photo. Cheese sticks were only good thing.

Google
Literally my favorite place to go for burgers and cocktails. I'm surprised their rating isn't a 4.7 or higher because my husband and I come here often and it's never failed us. Excellent food, excellent service, cocktails are creative, strong and delicious. Go here, order anything. You won't be disappointed. Dirty fries, corn ribs, smash burger are my faves.

Yelp
We absolutely loved our experience here! The atmosphere was upscale-casual, and very welcoming. Samantha was amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. We were looking forward to trying the food here, since we love restaurants that serve dishes that are made from scratch! They brought house made chips for us to munch on while we looked over the menu... they were so delicious!! I got a Hangover Burger (with candied bacon, sunny egg, avocado crema, caramelized onion, tomato jam, garlic aioli, aged white cheddar)...it definitely had a lot going on, but the flavors were great together! We also tried the Mad Mushroom burger (cremini mushrooms, grilled onion, pickled jalapeño, chipotle gruyere, sriracha aioli)...since the jalapeño was pickled, it was just the right amount of spicy, loved every bite! The burgers were huge so we shared a side of Dirty Fries - the whipped feta was so amazing, and the fries were cooked to perfection. Although I was pretty full, I was intrigued by the Pistachio Olive Oil Milkshake, so I had to try it, and wow was it tasty! The olive oil just brought out the pistachio flavor, and I shamelessly slurped to the last drop!

Yelp
First time here and it was an overall good experience. Our server was friendly and very helpful. I ordered the Bacon Me Crazy with the gluten-free bun. First time it came out, it was not on a gluten-free bun, but I appreciate our server responding quickly and replacing with the correct bun. The ambiance is nice and almost upscale for a burger place. The sweet potato fries were good. However, I was not a fan of the mustard aioli that came with the burger. Also, we ordered the corn ribs, which were good. Overall, nice place, service was nice. I didn't order a drink but I think next time I might try their mocktail.

Yelp
Last time I was here, I didn't even get a chance to take photos--everything was so delicious that I dove right in before I remembered! This time, I managed to snap a few pictures before enjoying my meal, and it was just as amazing as I remembered. I ordered the espresso martini, and honestly, it was the best I've ever had. The photos speak for themselves! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful inside, the service is always excellent, and every dish I've tried has been fantastic. I'm actually surprised it wasn't busier--maybe not enough people know about this hidden gem. I'll definitely be back again and again!

Yelp
This batter is kinda heavy and not a fav appetizer. It's okay but described better than it tastes to me.

Yelp
I have been here a few times and every single time has been an amazing experience. I ordered the burger with the jalapenos on them who's name I can't remember but it was amazing. It was a perfect balance of heat and as usual the flavors from the meat were tremendous.

Yelp
Naked burger was a place I drove by and thought to myself, "I will need to try that place." Well, last Thursday was the day I went because I was craving a burger and some fries. My sister decided to join me since she LOVED Naked Burger and tried many of the burgers on the menu.  Stepping into Naked Burger, I was pleasantly surprised by its modern yet unpretentious ambiance. The cleanliness of the place was a reassuring sign of their commitment to hygiene. Our server, a true professional, was always at hand, ready to answer our queries and ensure our comfort.  Our culinary journey began with a refreshing stop at the drinks menu. I opted for the Painkiller mocktail, a delightful blend of Pineapple, Coconut, Orange, and Nutmeg. Sipping on this cool concoction, I could almost feel the summer breeze on my face.  Entree: I had the Moroccan burger (lamb-based meat). This burger was bursting with flavor but could be messy. As complementary, you will receive seasoned chips.  Side: Marrow Poutine (famous fries in Canada of gravy and curd cheese). This side was perfect, light, and neat. Usually, gravy can be overwhelming, but their gravy was made lightly and to perfection.  Overall, I love this place and most definitely will eat here again in the future. My sister and I had a wonderful experience!

Yelp
I love Naked Burger. The food is always delicious and fresh. This last visit was on a Saturday evening and our server was Destiney who was awesome. She was personable, offered suggestions on drinks which were delicious. An overall great experience!

Yelp
Great spot for a date night or small group of friends. Our waitress was phenomenal and made great recommendations, highly recommended is the dark horse smoked! Menu is limited but delicious!

Yelp
I was wanting this to be so much better. Not pictured was the famous mozzarella sticks, Mac and Cheese, and the chicken sandwich. Went for lunch and it was empty... now I know why. The fries & moz sticks were under seasoned, while the Mac and cheese was overly bacon seasoned. Definitely would pass due to it being pricey and a longer wait. So many better places. My friend left her to-go box there, on purpose. Wait staff were friendly!

Yelp
My wife and I had an amazing time at this place! The food ,drinks and service were top-notch. I had the late-night smash, and it was to die for! My wife tried the bacon me crazy, and she loved it too. We also tried the Karaage Chicken Bites with Korean BBQ sauce, and they were delicious. And for drinks, we got the pain killer, which was also really good. The only thing we didn't like was that it was a bit too dim inside, and the draft every time someone came through the door would suck out all the heat in the place.

Yelp
Great quality sourced food and ingredients with a great relaxed ambiance and a very nice bar

Yelp
NB is a fabulous spot in Macomb for burgers and cocktails! The dark-lit ambiance gives a cozy and trendy vibe. The whole staff is so attentive and friendly. Make sure you stop in for their drink/food specials M-Th and happy hour M-F from 4-6p! The chick Mac-net burger (plus a side of onion rings!) is one of my favorites, but you also can't go wrong with the classic naked burger and truffle fries. They use 100% grass fed beef and are a scratch kitchen, even down to the ketchup!! The lavender berry mojito is a favorite staple of mine, along with their famous mozzarella sticks (TRUST ME, just try them!) I love that they rotate their desserts, usually every couple of months or seasonally, which gives a nice change to look forward to!

Yelp
So many great things about this restaurant, I don't even know where to start. First and foremost, we had outstanding service. There was almost a line out the door, but we were seated within 10 minutes. Our server was fantastic. Probably some of the best, if not the best, service I've received at any restaurant. When I asked questions about the menu, you could tell she was giving me her true honest opinion on her favorites, and not just selling me on certain menu items. She was attentive, but was not breathing down our neck every five minutes. We tried a handful of items, some of which were her favorite, and some of which were not. Out of all of the things we had, everything was delicious. But the items that she recommended were the ones that definitely were the best. But now to the food. Great service doesn't make up for bad food. But the food here was fantastic. This is a scratch kitchen, so that means everything is made to order. That also means things take a little longer to be served. While we knew that going in, the server did remind us as she was taking our order. And while it did take a little bit longer to get food compared to a chain restaurant, this is totally expected with a scratch kitchen. Our burgers were fantastic. They are good size, but they are not comically big. The onion rings were pretty big, but were great as well. We got the dirty fries which were great. Definitely some of the best fries I've ever had, especially since they fry them in beef tallow rather than seed oil. Those were my favorite, but my wife's favorite were the ginormous mozzarella sticks. Each one was bigger than a finger. For us, this is definitely not a place we can go to on a weekly basis. But it is 100% somewhere we would recommend to every single one of our friends, and we will definitely be going here again. I would say the only downfall is it is a little loud inside. But me and my wife definitely had no problems hearing each other or having to yell over everything else. So if you want something super quiet and cozy, this is not the place.

Yelp
To start, our table was not approached until at least 15 minutes after we were seated. The mozzarella sticks were amazing (I missed taking a photo). The burgers were good, but the truffle burger was significantly lacking in truffle. On the other hand, the Mac N Cheese and fries were very bland. The prices do not justify the flavor, and unfortunately, my milkshake was fully melted when I received it. Overall, I was disappointed.

Yelp
Great Service, great food, Tallow oil used, loved my Burger. Cooked to order fast and delicious.

Yelp
I had never heard of Naked Burger before but my sister took me and her kids for dinner one night. To my surprise, I was expecting healthy burgers wrapped in lettuce but this was not the case. While the majority of the menu is burgers/sandwiches, I wouldn't classify them as "healthy", and luckily they have other food items too. I opted for the bang bang shrimp with a side of sweet potato fries, both of which were very good. They also have a kids menu, so when my niece had her heart set on a grilled cheese, we were relieved they could accommodate it. Our server was great - super attentive and nice. I also liked that they have happy hour specials, even on a Friday! The atmosphere was fun and cool, and I would definitely go back.

Yelp
Decided to give NB a try after seeing some positive comments in a Facebook group. This will be a one and done for me. There was a lot that left me unimpressed. 1) We chose this place specifically because they had a falafel patty on their menu that looked good to the vegetarian in our group. Showed up to be told they were "out" of this item. I find it suspect that a restaurant can be out of an item at 5:00PM of a Friday dinner service, I've alway believed that Friday is the best night for food freshness because most places are fully stocked for the weekend dinner rush. At that point we were off to a rocky start 2) Food was way over priced, especially the cost to upgrade burgers from chips to fries. $9.00 for truffle fries..excessive 3) Service was slow....nearly 30 minute wait for 4 burgers and a Caesar salad 3) Everyone's food came out cold, not sure if it is a kitchen issue or a service issue, regardless, it was a bummer 4) The bathroom was a mess. In a general state of disrepair. I really didn't like that the took down a soap dispenser and didn't bother to patch the holes and repaint where the dispenser had been. i don't know, it just seems sloppy.A toilet brush just chilling in there was gross too. 5) the booths were incredibly uncomfortable The food itself was fine, but nothing amazing. Certainly not worth going out of your way for. Everything was pretty basic. Certainly not worth what they are asking for them.

Yelp
Went here for lunch and had one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. We started with the short rib nachos and they were delicious. If you are debating between the chicken sandwich and a burger, get the burger.

Yelp
A Seed Oil Scout find that did NOT disappoint. They have tap as well as bottled Italian spring and sparkling water. NO SEED OILS! (Avoid bang bang sauce and Korean BBQ sauce per waitress). They also have bottled European natural wines. We ordered the late night smash and hangover burgers with the oregano and feta fries and rosemary garlic fries. All were chefs kiss. They also make milkshakes using Guernsey dairy ice cream and Great Value whole milk per waitress. Definitely will be back to try amazing dishes!

Yelp
We drove 20 miles to try naked burger in Clinton Township. Let me preface this review with I really wanted them to have either an impossible or a beyond smash burger type sandwich. Sadly, they do not when I went online and looked at the menu. I saw a mushroom burger. It is not a vegetarian burger at all! The mozzarella sticks were homemade and I give them credit for that because they don't seem to come from a sysco truck. Sadly, they did not smack! They weren't seasoned and they didn't have flavor- no really - no flavor! The definition of average! Strong do not order alert! We could not finish four of them ! I ordered a tequila infused with habanero and it lacked dimension but I still got two! He ordered a pineapple express (pain killer) and loved it. The candles were real , The music was good. Lauryn Hill, young devil , Maxwell fortunate Etc . Matter fact, the music was real good. The service was also good. I'm glad I got to try a new place but until they get more vegetarian burger options , it's not vworth the drive. The best vegetarian Smashburger that I have had ever had is at Zaman's in Bloomfield Hills on Woodward Avenue for $24, well worth the price and the drive -go there ! If you wanna go out for some drinks and decent service and some modest menu options give this place a try. But if you want a super delicious vegetarian burger, then go to Zalman's! The chips seemed homemade and they tasted really good , they had a really great crunch. We also ordered some truffle Parmesan fries, which came with garlic aïoli - quality. He said the burger was great and he is obnoxiously picky. I am also happy to report that they do not have an Instagram grass wall with neon - the hot sauce that I requested never came We got into an argument when my date called me a big back. people need to know.

Yelp
First of all, the food was phenomenal! The truffle burger was amazing and so was the barrio grilled cheese. The fries and chips were both very yummy as well. Our waiter was great but we didn't love how small the place was and how cold it got everyone anyone entered or left the building. It was a tad pricey for burgers but I'd go back!
google avatar

Connor S.

Yelp
45 minute wait for a single order of Mac n cheese ... I've worked in a kitchen for 8 years and this is totally unacceptable. The dining room only seats 30 people. It's a BURGER joint . What takes 45 minutes too an hour for A BURGER ?! Food is outrageously overpriced . Tastes like a McDonald's Big Mac . Save yourself the trip and money .
google avatar

Nicole G.

Yelp
My friend mentioned that she really loved the burgers and fries here so I definitely wanted to try the food! The place was beautifully decorated. It felt modern and elegant which for some reason I wasn't expecting. I loved it though and I wish I took pictures. The place is also pretty casual though but I think if you wanted to, you could go on a date here too! They have great options and I went with the bacon burger and me and my friend shared the parmesan fries. I really liked the burger! It was very flavorful and juicy! The fries were good too. They had a truffle flavor which was new to me but I enjoyed eating them. My friend also recommended a cocktail which was sweet and fruity and I loved it too. The waitress was also kind and attentive. I appreciated when she asked us how we were doing. Overall, this place is a hidden gem that you should definitely check out!

Yelp
We tried this place for the 2nd time because a lot of people seem to really love it. The burgers and fries were good but nothing that makes me want to run back. The mozzarella sticks that are raved about were so spicy that we couldn't eat them. I don't know if it was an off night or what. The service we had was fine no complaints.

Tee E.

Yelp
This is a place that says NO to a frozen patty. I got it cooked to my specifications and it was not overcooked nor was I told I could only order medium well. I did not need to season anything. Perfectly infused flavors. I've had a $20 burger at very upscale restaurants and I can tell you they use a frozen well done patty. I will pay $20 for a perfectly cooked burger packed with flavor. When I'm craving a burger, I'll be hanging with the Naked Burger. 10 out 10.

Hanna M.

Yelp
I've been going here since they opened and loved this place every time i was in town! Today's visit changed my mind. First the service was not great. Second they changed the way they serve burgers! It used to be a basic burger and fries for $14 then they changed it to burger and chips for $14 now it's just the burger for $14 and if you want any side with it you will have to pay $4-$9 extra. Also expect a 3% surcharge when paying with card. The mozzarella sticks are still great but sad to see these changes.

Natasha H.

Yelp
The Elote Corn Ribs are a must get when you come here, they were soooo delicious also the wine took me by surprise I was not expecting a bunch of different flavors but it was very tasty

James M.

Yelp
Naked burger is truly a gem of a restaurant, I went today with my wife after a well deserved date night getting away from the kids and I do not regret choosing to go here. Surprisingly we went at dinner today and it wasn't a hassle to get a table. We got a table right away and the waitresses were fantastic, super friendly and nice and even complimented my wife's outfit. I wish we got the waitresses name who dealt with us because she was fantastic. There was not a single moment my drink was empty or I was waiting for a refill. I'm not big into burgers but honestly when I crave one naked burger always makes one that wants me craving more. Overall the burgers, mozzarella sticks and the truffle fries are delicious. I definitely will be making more trips to this establishment.

Yelp
The server Erin was great from when we hit the door. Tuesday truffle day menu was amazing. The truffle old fashion was perfect. The truffle burger with aioli was exquisite. The rosemary parm fries amazing.

Yelp
This is not your typical burger joint. As you enter you see a very cozy well thought out bar area with comfortable seating. The decor is very inviting. This is a casual elevated restaurant that offers the top shelf crafted cocktails from an amazing bar and the best burgers out there! They serve grass-fed, dry-aged Piedmontese beef and other assorted menu items. The fries and chips are delish! At times a Wagyu special too! We have now lost count on how often we have dined here. Second time to dine here. If you are on the fence just try them out! The burgers are just delicious. That yummy beef taste and texture of what beef used to be like! There are a selection of burgers with sandwiches created with a variety of beef and lamb.A few chicken sandwiches, crafted sandwiches and a big person style grilled cheese(lol) I will be trying at my third visit. They use beef tallow in their fryer so everything tastes amazing. Fried sides sell at a shareable price. The feta fries are yummy. It is always a pleasure to receive a dish that is different from the norm! The short rib nachos are amazing too. The beef melts like cotton candy with great crispy nachos that hold up to their toppings. Just added a tad of salt. We have had the bacon me crazy burger and smash burgers. Both are amazing. They have gluten free burger buns. My partner had the Tarzan cocktail and a whisky sour. The bar tenders rock mixed craft cocktails here and use egg whites in the sours demonstrating old school crafting. Lemonade is okay. Variety of milkshakes with and without alcohol. Great for singles , date night or family dining with a nice size bar to dine at or try a craft cocktail. Staff is very approachable and attentive. They are just open from a remodel. The inside is higher end looking than what you would think for a burger location but this is more than just a burger! I have always said ,"I would rather eat a great cheeseburger than a steak because finding a great burger does not happen that often and when it does, you just have to go for it !" There is a level of darkened elegance with a relaxed vibe. Great place to unwind and dine after a hard work week! They are trying a new menu and items. At times they may run out of a product ,however, in keeping everything fresh from scratch this can happen. I will go with their flow for food that is freshly prepared by a business that cares. If I were to pick a restaurant this reminds me of it would be Regale Craft Food in that the food is always freshly prepared from scratch with respect and served in a cozy relaxing environment. Your choices are not necessarily all small plates here ,however, every bit is worth it. Just divide everything up and pass multiple dishes around. They do not have a large dining room and seating has moved well. My double patty smash burger with house made chips is my fav! Naked Burger uses Grass-Fed Dry-Aged Piedmontese Beef which is tasty and juicy. Their buns are yummy too! Old school quality and amazing flavor so worth it!

Marco J.

Yelp
First time trying this place, we were excited, but our expectations were not met. The burgers were barely warm, and to make things worse, the fries were hard, cold, and completely lacked any kind of seasoning. Given the amount of money we spent, we expected much better quality. I really looked forward to trying this place, but it was a very negative experience. I hope they can improve, but unfortunately we will not be coming back.

Yelp
Locate in a plaza it is non-descriptive. Inside the ambience is very nice. Has inviting bar with some inventive cocktails. Ordered the "Hangover" burger. The burger came with cheddar/ carm onions / candied bacon / sunny egg / avocado / tomato jam / garlic aioli. Burger had amazing flavor with a sweet flavor from the jam to complement the savory burger. Highly recommend. Ordered Onion Rings which were hearty with a light beer batter and a delicious chipotle ketchup. Overall great place for a date night or just going for a good burger

Daniel L.

Yelp
My favorite double smash burger and seriously the best cheese sticks I've ever had. Sooo light and fluffy! Service is always great! It's a hopping fun bar restaurant.
google avatar

Julie B.

Yelp
This place is awesome! The menu really got me excited right away. I love that they care about what they are serving! No seed oils, fries cooked in beef tallow... yes please!! The Dirty Fries were the family favorite out of all the ones we tried. The burgers were all fantastic! No one left a single bite of burger on their plate. Adam was our server, he gave great service and recommendations! We will definitely be back!
google avatar

Marlina K.

Yelp
GREAT SERVICE!!! This is the only reason for the 3 star! Service is 5/5 star! 1/5 for the food tho .. I'm sorry but if half your menu is dipped in hot oil that oil should be clean and pure. The "special" was the lamb burger but I was told the burger was not done defrosting yet .. but it was 7pm Everything tasted burnt - I did ask for my sweet potato fries well done , I do at every restaurant (please see picture) For those of you who don't know When the oil is OLD the food fried comes out a darker color than it was intended. The concept of it all is great The atmosphere was great The service was great The kitchen needs work

Ria S.

Yelp
Place is mad mid, cocktails were probably the best part. The service wasn't great our server was also the host so it was a bit of a wait. For the overall quality & price point you're getter off getting a burger from Burger King.

Eden B.

Yelp
Food: AMAZING. My burger is always cooked to perfection. I have been here a bunch of times since it first opened and NEVER ONCE have I had bad food. Every food item on the menu is great (trust; my family, friends & I in combination, have tried every single thing on the menu and it is always good. Some things may not be your cup of tea but it is delicious nonetheless. Service: EXCELLENT The staff is always super friendly. They work really hard to provide amazing service and it shows. Ambiance: Very relaxed and chic.
google avatar

Angel K.

Yelp
Just when I thought they couldn't get any better...my favorite grass fed burger place just got that much better.....now they also are frying in Beef tallow, avoiding seed oils with making their own mayo and sauces!! I only eat at like 3 restaurants because INGREDIENTS MATTER!! Thank you SO much new and improved Naked (healthy) burger!! oh, and did I happen to mention they have the best burgers ever

Randy W.

Yelp
Ordered carryout on Friday night. Had the Diablo burger with naked frys and an order of cheese sticks. It was the best burger I have ever had. Everything was on point and cooked perfectly. The cheese sticks are next level and not something from the freezer. It's a smaller establishment and kinda dark. It took 20 mins longer that stated but so worth it. You need to try it if you like burgers! The sauce on the burger was amazing with a bit of spicy and rich in flavor.
google avatar

Bryan L.

Yelp
This is a unique experience for the burger and cocktail lover. Craft cocktails here are amazing as well as the burgers. We always upgrade to the truffle fries and split them as they are big enough to share. Love to sit at the bar and watch them make craft cocktails. This is a great way to learn while talking with the bartenders or mixologists.

Yelp
I came across this place over the summer by accident when driving around during the shutdown when nothing was open. I had it on my short list of places to try since it looked like a really cool place to dine out at. Cool and fun is definitely the word to best describe Naked Burger! Walking in, it's not terribly big, but well decorated and very hip. There isn't much of a waiting area so I didn't know where to go. I noticed a sign a few feet ahead of me and what appeared to be a hostess station. I walked up and it said to please wait to be seated. I stood in the middle of the restaurant, awkwardly waiting for someone to approach me. Here's where stuff got awkward. I will explain it the best I can to try and be fair. First, I don't remember if the host was wearing a face mask or not, but I was. Several patrons were looking at me funny, and I think it was because I was "masked up." The host was a bit short with me, and asked if I had a reservation through their website. I said no, as I wasn't familiar with their policy and it was my first time here. He went through a list while I waited. I don't know if he was stressed out or maybe he didn't like me all that much. I couldn't tell. I thought he was going to turn me away for a minute. Why? I don't know. Really weird right off the bat. Eventually, A seat at the bar opened up a few seconds later and a bartender was wiping it down. They had up plastic dividers at the bar, so I had two empty spaces on either side of me. Cool, a place to put my purse, some extra elbow room and all for Covid 19 restrictions! There were two bartenders working at the bar, and I had to get their attention to ask a few questions and place my order. Again, I don't know what the deal is here, but I think they were ignoring me. I know they were busy but both didn't want to make eye contact until I flagged them down, despite both of them literally working right in front of my face. Yet another odd interaction with the staff. Weird. I ordered the Naked Burger and it came with fries and I stuck it out with water since I wasn't in the mood for drinks. Let me tell you, the burger rocked it and was fabulous. I was extremely happy with how it came out, and I was impressed since their prices are a bit on the higher end. ($13 to $15 average for a burger with fries, not including drinks or extras like specialty items.) In regards to food and décor, definitely exceeded my expectations and they do it right here. Prices I felt were on point and the quality of the food was excellent for me. But, here's where they lost points for me. I wouldn't say the service was bad, but I sense there's an attitude with working here. I've noticed some reviewers had poor service like I did, for no apparent reason. It seems to draw a certain crowd here, maybe more on the uppity, scenster side of things, I can't tell, but even some of the patrons here had an attitude about them. I'm not sure why. It's hard to explain. Eventually, the barenders' did warm up to me and took care of me, but the initial contacts with the host and getting my order placed was kind of frustrating and not very positive. It also took a while for my food to come out, which I expected because it was busy. Or maybe it was part of the "ignore this customer" mantage that seems to be going on randomly at this establishment. I really did enjoy my experience here and the food is top notch. I haven't had a burger this good in some time, so that was refreshing and worth the time. But, if the staff losses the attitude, I would bump it up to 5 stars.

Yelp
This place is way overpriced for what it should be. Out of items on the menu. Seems like that's the norm. I get it towards closing time but not when you have not been open for long. The cheesesticks are great, but burgers not so much. You flan get a better burger at many places for a better deal that are high quality. Poutine fries are not worth a $10 up charge - they are very salty as well. Overall it's mediocre at best.

Yelp
If I could put negative five stars I would. My friends and I went here on a Wednesday and we were one of three tables in the whole place. It took about 30 minutes just to get our orders taken and then another hour to get the food. When the food got to us it was cold and not the burger temperature we ordered. I ordered my burger medium well and the picture is what I received. It was also cold and the bun was stale. My friend sent back her burger which took another 30 minutes to get back to her. During those 30 minutes we did not see our waiter or anyone else that we could talk to, so when our waiter did come back my friend said to just cancel the order. She said okay. No apologies or anything, she just walked away and took another 20 minutes to give us our checks. I have been here multiple times before this experience and loved the food and the service. However, this time lacked and will inhibit me from being a customer again. The other two tables next to us experienced the same things, cold/ raw food and terrible service. Very upsetting.

Yelp
The food is impeccable! We like yo go at least 1x a month. I frequently will try new burgers and have never had one I did not like. The truffle fries and truffle sauce are a must, and the shopska is the best salad! Love that they have a selection of Macedonian wines and delicious drinks! A must try is the cheese sticks! I promise you have never tried anything like them!!

Yelp
After Quarantine, we have been more mindful of where we spend our money. We want to keep it local as much as possible! My husband found this online (not sure where). I didn't look into it online, I just took his word for it "gets really good reviews!" was all I needed. We popped in on a Friday evening (masks required while walking around) and were greeted right away. The dining room is very sleek and welcoming. Very nice! Our server Erin went over the menu. I like to ask for recommendations at new places. Erin immediately said her fav was the Lil Texas. After reading the description of it, I didn't really look at anything else. lol "grass-fed dry-aged beef * house brioche bun * aged white cheddar * shallots * butter lettuce * naked bbq sauce" . My husband decided to get that same. We chose to upgrade our fries. I got the Parmesan Garlic, he got the Feta Oregano. The burgers were outstanding. Good size, and the patties were not massive. They were just the right size! The beef was great! They were both cooked to our liking. The fries were equally good! Fresh cut fries (FINALLY! Someone who gets it!), and the portions were generous. Mine were topped with loads of parm and garlic, with a very nice garlic aioli for dipping. My husband really enjoyed his feta fries! They were also LOADED with high quality feta, a nice big lemon wedge and lemon aioli on the side. The lemon aioli was outstanding! 2 beers, 2 burgers, and 2 upgraded fries, our bill came to $46 and change. I know some people will scoff at that, but honestly, the food was outstanding, service was great, and the atmosphere was warm. We pay more at other places and are left feeling meh. This was the opposite. We can't wait to come back here and try more menu items.

Yelp
The Burgers are excellent! I love the truffle burger with real slices of truffle. The cheese sticks are like none other I've had absolutely delicious.

Yelp
After a busy day, I had a real hankering for a hamburger. I suggested this place to my spouse as an option. We'd never been there, it had good ratings, etc. So we called in a takeout order and they said 25 minutes for it to be ready. A bit long, but we can manage it. We ordered a Naked Burger and a Lil Texas, both to be done medium. Hubby wanted a side of the mac and cheese and I upgraded to sweet potato fries. Total bill was over $40. I wait for our order to be bagged after a pretty large takeout that 2 guys were waiting for at the bar. We go straight home. Never getting any food here again! Check out the photo of my RAW burger. It wasn't even what I would call medium rare. Hubby's was slightly more done, but the last thing I want is to get home and have a pretty cold burger that I have to nuke because the meat isn't safe to eat. The buns, on the other hand, were burned at the edges. My sweet potato fries, with a healthy $5 upcharge, were also burnt. Hubby's naked fries were better, as they were warmer and not charcoal. It's only a 10 minute drive home, max, so I don't get the COLD food. The mac and cheese had good flavor, but again was just warm, not hot. Overcharged and underwhelmed. Be warned.

Yelp
I have had naked burger three times now. The first two times I chose burgers which had too sweet of a flavor for me. This last time I asked for light sauce and the burger was just how I prefer it. The Mac and Cheese was phenomenal. The poutine was spot on. Now that I know how to avoid too much sweetness in my burger, Naked Burger will be my go to.
